After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Then upon reaching out to customer service, more foreigners. No Telus No Timmies No Thanks.

I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.
