@stuff99 @TELUSsupport @TELUS Go to TSN then hit the "View Guide" button when you touch the screen, then toggle the channel down to 911. I went with that as soon as I saw the other game going to OT.

@telus Call-back: you say press 1 to speak with an agent. I press 1. You say, we didn't get that. Press 1. I press 1 again. And again. Then you hang up. This is service? This is absolute madness-making.

@harmless_exe There seems to be a localized issue for Telus internet customers in BC. A current workaround would be to access our trading platforms using mobile web, or through a mobile hotspot. Feel free to reach out to our customer service team for additional support if needed.

@TSNRyanRishaug @TELUS We had this happen a while back, we’re also in Sherwood park. Went to Shaw, gave us a new modem, set it up at home by ourselves, up and running with no problems since. Trust me change over

To the people that have Rogers as a Cellar service how are they? Do you recommend them at all? I am currently with Telus and seem to have little or no service when I’m out and about.

Went into #ShawCable to exchange a remote. Rude employee says "we have a similar one, it's $16.80. I'm paying $177.80 a month & they want to rip me for a Shaw remote? Calling #telus tomorrow. I think it's time to move on.

@Elliot_Coll I've worked for Telus and I was surprised to see that a lot of people still use very old devices. I think I unlocked a 3G model a year ago, calling your provider is the quickest way, write down your IMEI, they will need it.

@Patticus Even worse is changing the prices of other services when cancelling one service. You call to cancel TV, and they send you an email confirmation for that, along with prices of Phone and internet increased. The unholy trinity RoBeLus (Rogers Bell, Telus) is notorious for these.
