  • GERRYODAY GERRY O'DAY (@GERRYODAY) reported from Penticton, British Columbia

Back in Peach City with no Telus at home and no vehicle on the road till Wednesday. Did I say it’s damn cold with that wind again.

  • AngelaHarveyYVR Angela Harvey (@AngelaHarveyYVR) reported from Penticton, British Columbia

@TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.

  • residualimage Residualimage (@residualimage) reported from Naramata, British Columbia

@stuff99 @TELUSsupport @TELUS Go to TSN then hit the "View Guide" button when you touch the screen, then toggle the channel down to 911. I went with that as soon as I saw the other game going to OT.

  • ZWineNinja Eliana Bray (@ZWineNinja) reported from West Bench, British Columbia

@vania_pacheco Telus has never been a friend in any place in BC for me. With Rogers for phone and Shaw for net, but no cable for years as streaming works for me. Too many providers, your choice :)

  • DirtyShirtBert Robert Haeberle (@DirtyShirtBert) reported from Penticton, British Columbia

@TELUS I’m really not like having my FastForward option being disabled while watching live TV!. Shaw Cable never disabled ANYTHING!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • bdanks Brad Danks (@bdanks) reported

@SailsAloha @gregobr @TELUS The problem is that Telus is mostly a utility company. They are regulatory monopoly so it begs the question why do we have private utilities at all?

  • dzuunmod Sweet Yardley (@dzuunmod) reported

@Mentoch Usually, when my phone is bricking, it's the whole she-bang. Like, no calls (outside of 9-1-1), no internet. I see bars in the corner of my phone. I am not on wi-fi. It says I am on the Telus network. But only phone calls seem to work.

  • danielhowlader Daniel Howlader (@danielhowlader) reported

@TELUSsupport Um. "10b calls to this number cannot be completed." When trying to call Telus Internet technical support to report an outage. That seems bad.

  • amorton2010 AMoe (@amorton2010) reported

@vibhorarora_vb @TELUS @HydroOne Everyone in the neighbourhood has been unable to use their phone since Sat … there’s no need for anyone to call it in again … It’s clearly a network / tower problem.

  • RBrooke Roy Brooke (@RBrooke) reported

@Telus your chat feature is broken, I have been 5th in the queue for 2 hours.

  • RMcshef Riley McShef (@RMcshef) reported

@6o4boi @iamkennethchan Who needs employment heading into a recession anyways. A deal he backed also has Telus threatening to move their HQ. He's yet to hit office and he's killed thousands of jobs heading into the worst economy since the depression. Show me an economist who thinks this is good

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

The TV file: I predict PIAC will support 1) whatever Telus has to say, 2) want people to have more ads and for 3) telco's to perform targeting with even richer data instead of people paying. They will claim TV is like Facebook, so let Bell be FB in terms of data use #CRTC

  • MrAaronArcher 🇨🇦Aaron Archer🇨🇦 (@MrAaronArcher) reported

@TrueNorthCentre Get Starlink and forget about the communist bell/ telus overpriced garbage.

  • waveyme1 waveyme (@waveyme1) reported

@TELUSsupport @Tonygeheran Do something about Koodo and the appalling customer service. I have had to travel 3x to the telus store to get koodo to call and tonight they just plum forgot. You can't call Koodo as a customer. Offering cheaper contracts while hosing me is wrong. Koodo gives ZF about you.

  • allisonjade Allison Jade (@allisonjade) reported

@KatieNEthan @thwartypants We did end up calling Telus to turn on that service and it stopped the calls for now! Phew. After talking to my cousin it seems like an illegal collections company breaking all the laws.
