    @vania_pacheco Telus has never been a friend in any place in BC for me. With Rogers for phone and Shaw for net, but no cable for years as streaming works for me. Too many providers, your choice :)

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport could you please tell me the status of the tower at (50.7738609, -97.0034533) near Arnes MB? Is it still operational, are there plans to keep it or deprecate it, and what LTE bands does it support? It no longer appears in online cell tower maps.

    The saga continues. UPS outlet on Yates St/ #YYJ lost my new phone shipped by Telus and refused to help locate it, even though tracking # shows they signed for it. Only way Telus can f/u, is if I file a police report which I've now done. Insane

    @rwittstock @KarmSumal @lululemon It would be nice if more of Vancouver's corporate community would help fill in the big gaps of what this city is missing (arts, big events/festivals), instead of doing things that are funded by government (👀 Jim Pattison & Telus) and/or only align with their corporate mission.

    @TELUSsupport my alarm went off @ 11pm saying a window was broken and carbon monoxide was detected. Neither was true but scared us - called the fire department myself. Telus did nothing. Never called authorities or me. I called them and was told someone would call me. #bullshit

    @TELUSsupport internets been down due to the weather all day and the tech I spoke to on the phone told me “no one wants to come out on the weekend to come fix.” So now I’m stuck waiting till Monday? Bc hydro was quick to come fix their problem. Wth Telus get your **** together.

    @TELUSsupport I was told numerous times a manager would call me and I am still waiting. If I get charged for a service that has not worked and have been trying to cancel for 2 months I am not going to be happy. I’m already beyond frustrated. Get it together Telus ADT.

    @telus took a month to hook up our internet when we moved locations so they gave us a free month of service. Not a free month at all when we didn’t have access to it. Thanks for nothing Telus. Your customer service is brutal by any measure.
