    @vania_pacheco Telus has never been a friend in any place in BC for me. With Rogers for phone and Shaw for net, but no cable for years as streaming works for me. Too many providers, your choice :)

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.

    I'm paying $100+ for a phone I don't want spam callers. I won't fall for it as I'm somewhat vigilant and understand that telus or any company won't take Gift Cards as payment, but i know my Grandma or someone's mom may not understand. Its 2026 fix it.

    @TELUSsupport I need a service technician to come to my home and check my phone line. Telus chat hung up on me without helping me. I do not have a cell phone so I can not phone for help. I have no dial tone on my phone.

    @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport And if you need support BILL issues (a lot of errors), they send you to some country in Africa if you speak french, where the people doenst have experience to solve your problem. SHAME YOU TELUS!!!!

    @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport And let’s add home internet and cable… i pay $85 for home internet with Telus…. My 2 years is almost done. Currently I think I have 250 something. They offer me about $90 a month and upgrade to 1Tb which I don’t need at all. However,Rogers doesn’t service my area, so I am stuck

    @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport first of all the $25 is USD, and you can find plenty of very cheap cellphone plans in Canada. You want to finance an expensive device through your plan and that is why you pay over $100. Telus is known to NOT be a budget provider - they have Koodo and Public Mobile you idiot
