    It’s pretty bad when a major corporation like @TELUS @TELUSsupport can’t do anything for a long term Customer since 2008 - bring out a plan much less expensive then my current one and tells me I have to buy out my current contract in order to switch. Great loyalty TELUS.

    Every time I call @TELUS @TELUSsupport I always get 150% customer service. Heather was amazing this morning, she couldn’t fix the problem right away but found a solution and called me back right away. I want to thank you TELUS for 20 years of great customer service

    @koodo @TELUS is fooling people with hidden charges that you are able to see only once you check your bill and find it to be $200 $190 and when you contact customer care, they will say we understand but won't be able to provide u with clarification #koodo #TELUS #worstconnection

    @darrylw71 Which is fair. But Koodo isn't a smaller company. It's owned by Telus and operates on Telus' network, so your reception would be no different on one versus the other.

    Unimpressed at the rate increase for my plan. Feels like I’m being gauged by @TELUS. I’ve been a client for over 20 years - time to switch. The gradual erosion of your customer service and increase in fees is too much to bear.

    @YRP @AMBERAlertONT You spend millions of taxpayer dollars to set up any system to help the community. Not burden it. Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

    @CanAmeriConsult @TELUSsupport Lisa, even with call back option telus service poor. This a.m. Telus called me back, then put me on hold, phone ringing at their end, then call dropped. So even with call back they take you in circles. Poor service at Telus.

    @edmontonjournal @TELUS I live rural… pay full price for a cell phone that has zero service unless I drive to town. Have to have a landline and when Telus pedestal had faulty wiring and I had no phone service, it took over three weeks for a repair to be done. Missed two calls to go for a 2nd vaccine.

    @TELUSsupport is it a normal practice for ADT by Telus to leave customer hanging? We signed up for new equipment 3 days ago and still not functioning properly. I’ve called support so many times still without resolution! We are missing equipment and the installed isn’t working!

    @edmontonjournal @TELUS Cell service would be nice in our town of 850… used to work 10 years ago fine and has gotten WORSE over the years. The last two months it is gone So we rely on internet for wifi calling but it’s down 2 hours of every day too. Can’t work, can’t call. Telus for both of course

    @TELUSsupport It didn’t help , why disconnect devices when they should be able to stay connected. My old system 5 years ago was much more stable then this one. My neighbour across the road has Telus 50 internet, how is that possible when I was told it’s not.

    @the_cra this is to advise that my phone has been stolen and @TELUS and @PublicMobile are refusing to shut down the instrument and SIM Card respectively. Pls ensure that the crooks in your organization do not use this as an opportunity to steal my money or adjust my information.

    @edmontonjournal @TELUS I live 1km from a city of 68k and my provider has given up on trying to get my 25mbps service working due to neighbors trees. Haven’t had internet for days now. Try working from home with no internet. Towns in the middle of nowhere have better internet than me.
