I’ve been a member since they started. 7+ years ago. There was a 2 to 3 hour wait. Normal wait time has never been more than 30 minutes. This is the goal, for private healthcare to proliferate.

They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. If your network is good and is number one, why don't you give us the ultimate plan? Give us a truly unlimited data plan. Not this high speed throttled stuff.
