Sounds like Canada-wide Bell service outage. Glad my mobile phone is with Telus!

Both didn't any issue with 5G connectivity. Also Telus investigated confirmed that I have 5G and i shouldn't have this 5G connectivity issues. The adviced me to replace the phone.
