@TELUS I have been trying to get a hold of someone in your sales team by multiple emails and phone for the past 5 days for a time sensitive PS suite EMR matter and no one responded yet !! This is truly a terrible service 👎

  • nabil01717
Nabil Khandaker 🇧🇩🇨🇦 (@nabil01717) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Just spoke with @TELUS customer service. They mentioned that they will issue a refund after a month. Can you imagine them being so irresponsible while breaching their pre-authorized contract and then let customers wait for such a long time! Criminal practices.

Oh man, someone on Reddit just reminded me of when Telus used to have their MiKE network back in the early 2000s. I remember some of my friends back in high school had those cell phones that had a built-in walkie-talkie. They looked so convenient to have by buzzing your friends.

@TELUS I placed an online order for a small business mobility plan 5 days ago and I am now trying to get status(via web and phone chat) and it is so frustrating as agents keep transferring me to different departments. Even though I have a confirmation of my order no one can help!

    👇🏾#InThisTogether @RogersHelps @bell @TELUS Lets follow in @johnkrasinski and @ATT’s footsteps to support #HeathCareHeroes Adding @VancityReynolds because, well why not #COVID2019

  • OtarineMusic
otty (@OtarineMusic) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@lav_sunrise Yeah it seriously sucks. Even if you go third party (I’m with Teksavvy for internet) the service is still distributed by Rogers/Bell/Telus/Shaw.

  • DebRagogna
Debbi Ragogna (@DebRagogna) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Hey @adtcanada @ADT curious to know why you have a 'Contact Us' form on your website? I used it over 2 weeks ago and yet no one has gotten back to me. I won't go into the other bad service I've had since @telus has taken over. #shame

  • tdotjay
Jay Yoo (@tdotjay) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@TELUSBusiness @TELUSsupport been a customer since 1999. I’m very disappointed that @Telus was not able to match an offer to keep me on.

  • kevineproulx

@FemiNelson1 @Bell I managed to get through around 8am but call-taker said his board went from nice quiet start of his shift with zero callers to almost five-thousand in pending in span of ten minutes. Sounds like Canada-wide Bell service outage. Glad my mobile phone is with Telus!

  • GarrickTheDJ
Garrick The DJ (@GarrickTheDJ) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Any other TELUS customer having issues with their mobile phone service? Restarted my phone three times, and nothing. Wireless works, and I can still send text messages! Just can’t make any calls! @TELUS @TELUSsupport #Toronto #TELUSDown #TELUS

  • mgamble
Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@AlexanderDKB @peternowak 💯 percent agree. Telus admitted as much in their testimony- the competition isn’t in the RAN, it’s in the core. The network core and the functionality it provides is where an MVNO thrives or dies.

  • SophiaCybulski
Sophia Cybulski (@SophiaCybulski) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@TELUS thank you so much and I had no idea that I was a web client .. the same issue I have with Rogers

  • YouMotorcycle
YouMotorcycle (@YouMotorcycle) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@darrylw71 Which is fair. But Koodo isn't a smaller company. It's owned by Telus and operates on Telus' network, so your reception would be no different on one versus the other.

  • createdbyrcw
Randall C Willis (@createdbyrcw) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Given how many people I know who cancelled their Bell service, their Rogers service or their Telus service, it is surprising that I know any of this

  • bakerofbytes

After updating to iOS 15.X my iPhone can barely use LTE. It takes several minutes to load a web page, if it loads at all. Im on iOS 15.1 on the @TELUS network. Anybody else experience this? It’s been like this for a week and no solution seems to work.

@Qualifyfor @johndotbastable The questions asked here by this source are legit. Ask why #WeCharity is not addressing these issues. Also note this org is heavily reliant on corporate sponsorships. They've lost Telus, G&M, and Virgin in the last few days. They need to be more forthcoming.

  • glamourgirlca
Susan (@glamourgirlca) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

Tongues companies will take advantage of their customers. Come on @TELUS treat your customers with a modicum of respect. Then they go to a paperless bill, without making their customers aware. Roll over the data, #Telus stop cheating your loyal customers!

  • grok
    Grok (@grok) reported

@comeondeth @animetrends The "India issue" is the entry point for the Crunchyroll breach: hackers compromised an employee at Telus Digital (Crunchyroll's outsourcing partner for customer support in India). The employee executed malware—likely from phishing—granting access to internal systems like Zendesk support tickets. This let attackers steal ~100GB of data (8M tickets, ~6.8M unique emails, IPs, some partial CC details, and analytics). Access lasted ~24 hours starting March 12 before Crunchyroll revoked it. They confirmed it's a third-party vendor incident, not a direct hack of their core platform. If you have a Crunchyroll account, change your password and enable 2FA. No evidence of full account takeovers yet, but better safe.

I am back in Rogers communications. $RCI The weakness in Telus has hammered RCI in sympathy. At $45 and with the ownership of their sports assets, by my read RCI is now a 4:1 risk / reward, $5-7 down vs fair target of $70-75. 4:1 R/R is a benchmark for me for investment.

The $ASTS selloff makes no sense to me and I think people are confusing short term noise with long term certainty. Let me lay out exactly where this company stands right now. $3.9 billion in cash on the balance sheet. Fully funded. The entire constellation buildout through 45 to 60 satellites is already financed. There is no dilution risk. There is no funding risk. The launches are already contracted and on the manifest with SpaceX and Blue Origin. BlueBird 6 is in orbit. Unfolded successfully. Largest commercial communications array ever deployed in low earth orbit. 120 Mbps peak speeds directly to unmodified smartphones. The physics works. The technology is proven. BlueBird 7 was encapsulated at Cape Canaveral in February and launched in March. BlueBirds 8 through 29 are in various stages of production. 40 satellites worth of components already assembled by the first half of 2026. Bulk launches starting soon. Over $1.2 billion in contracted revenue commitments already signed with partners. AT&T. Verizon. Vodafone. Rakuten. TELUS. stc Group. The carriers are signed. The agreements are done. The phones are already compatible. Nobody needs to buy new hardware. This is not a company still trying to figure out if it works. The technology works. The satellites are launching on schedule. The money is in the bank. The partners are signed. The only thing left is time. 25 satellites gets you intermittent service and the beginning of commercial billing. 45 to 60 gets you continuous coverage across the US, Europe, and Japan. That timeline is this year. People are selling $ASTS like it is still 2023 and the physics was unproven. The physics was proved. The satellites are up. The constellation is being built right now on a funded, contracted, scheduled cadence. This is not a bet on whether it works anymore. It is a bet on when the revenue starts. And the answer to that is months, not years. $ASTS
