They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Was paying about $120 month for "high speed internet" of 6mbps cause that was the fastest offered to my house/town. Parents paid the same price for same package, but was 500mbps for them.
