  Unimpressed at the rate increase for my plan. Feels like I’m being gauged by @TELUS. I’ve been a client for over 20 years - time to switch. The gradual erosion of your customer service and increase in fees is too much to bear.

  @TELUSsupport Who can we talk to at Telus that will help us? March 25- we pay $150 April 2- suspended April 3- we pay $144 Services back on April 9- next payment if not paid we get suspended AGAIN! WE told telus we can pay remaining amount in full on the 16th. Telus said nope!

  @TELUSsupport I was by use the setting use location for time zone. But I tested again around lunch and unchecked the setting, and it again switched to Atlantic time. Was wondering if this a Telus network issue. I will try to reboot my phone at the end of the day.

  @TELUSsupport My Telus app, lacking features. Could not migrate prepaid to postpaid and had to call in. Agent was very helpful but could not complete the migration for the day. The profile was left in a limbo not able to manage prepad services anymore (new account added caused problems).

I got fiber optic running through a corpse like a puppet. i'm hosting a mirror of the north korean intranet on a calculator duct taped to a raccoon. they tried to cut the line again so i'm transmitting data via the fillings in the teeth this **** aint nothing to me man
