Tongues companies will take advantage of their customers. Come on @TELUS treat your customers with a modicum of respect. Then they go to a paperless bill, without making their customers aware. Roll over the data, #Telus stop cheating your loyal customers!

  • jmwensley Matthew (@jmwensley) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Everyone needs to understand what a terrible decision this is @TELUS is putting profit ahead of national security. I hope customers leave. @jkenney

  • queensantos1984 🖤Rachel Santos🖤 (@queensantos1984) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@TELUSsupport is there an issue because I can't receive texts from boyfriend who Is with Rogers. His best friend is with telus and they can text no problem. This is annoying.

  • tanvir_z64 Tanvir64🇧🇩 (@tanvir_z64) reported from Toronto, Ontario

  • lauramcgrathh Laura McGrath (@lauramcgrathh) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@TELUS you are a joke. The worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life.... and that’s saying something.

  • mgamble Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@AlexanderDKB @peternowak 💯 percent agree. Telus admitted as much in their testimony- the competition isn’t in the RAN, it’s in the core. The network core and the functionality it provides is where an MVNO thrives or dies.

  • sheldonbk Sheldon Kerzner (@sheldonbk) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Ani1u7 @TELUSsupport For sure Telus is wrong.. Turning off Wi-Fi turns the feature off because it's something that has to be supported by the cellular network. I don't know what OS he was running. He's our IT consultant so he may be on a beta or something

  • johnndavis John N. Davis (@johnndavis) reported from Toronto, Ontario

20200605: National Post : As Ottawa dithers, Canada's major cellular providers shun Huawei ["Telus has not backed out of its February announcement that it would be incorporating Huawei tech into its 5G network likely because it would need to interface with its existing… network"

  • ugwumCee - (@ugwumCee) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Every time I get my phone bill, there's a little surprise. I'm tired bruh. Should've Kuku gone to Telus and not have to worry about this shit.

  • GSawision George Sawision me. (master electrician) (@GSawision) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@nspector4 Time to shut down Telus before it gets Canada shut!

  • shurmanator ℙ𝕖𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝕊𝕙𝕦𝕣𝕞𝕒𝕟 (@shurmanator) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@georganneb @char_lawyer @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Georganne, nobody dislikes those guys more than me but the systems were not designed for this. Same for internet. It’s like a water pipe to service an apartment complex is a foot in diameter but not if everybody is always home and taking showers simultaneously. Get used to it.

  • debbyhenry Debra Henry (@debbyhenry) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Disappointed with #Telus #CustomerService service. Was offered a great deal so I spent 30 minutes on the phone to only hear their sales office was incorrect about the deal.

  • rishabh_snh Rishabh Sinha (@rishabh_snh) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@TELUSsupport @TELUS I have been trying to upgrade my phone since 4 days. You automated prices shows 153+taxes for iPhone 11 Pro. I won’t pay that. There’s a technical issue with your chat box. I need a new phone in the next 3days. Help me out if you can.

    👇🏾#InThisTogether @RogersHelps @bell @TELUS Lets follow in @johnkrasinski and @ATT’s footsteps to support #HeathCareHeroes Adding @VancityReynolds because, well why not #COVID2019

  • Mayssia Mayssia (May) Elajami - Toronto Lawyer (@Mayssia) reported from Toronto, Ontario

2/2 even though it was $0.00 that is what companies like Bell & TELUS etc usually charge on the credit card at first to see if it is valid always check everything daily through online banking - it is good I caught it - but sucks now b/c I have to change all my automatic payments

  • ShaziGoalie ShaziGoalie (@ShaziGoalie) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I even said no one will call me back. I have never seen such bad controls between departments or any accountability from @adtcanada. This is probably the worst service I have received for a simple request to fulfill my order. Will anyone NOW listen to my concern @TELUS

  • sheldonbk Sheldon Kerzner (@sheldonbk) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Ani1u7 @Rogers @Bell @TELUS I have a sharing plan that's grandfathered so extra lines are cheap. We never go over 10GB combined but I like the cushion. I always bought phones outright but not last time and now flagships are crazy$. Approx $100/mo w/add ons (voice to text vcmail, etc).

  • BoomDiggyBang Rich Gomes (@BoomDiggyBang) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@TELUS 2007-2019 "No problem we can certainly collapse any calls or texts to the US you made a few hours prior to entering the US and adding the $7 package. 2020 "Hi Rich! Why don't you go kill yourself! Up yours!!" #telusyouvechanged

Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • janineallison Janine (@janineallison) reported

@xLiserx I was able to change my settings in my Telus app so that if someone calls, they have to press “1” to proceed. A regular person can do this but a robocaller cannot, and I haven’t had any issues since I set it up.

  • cramd cramd: Marc Sherwood (@cramd) reported

@Shawhelp No worries, @telus is helping out. The customer support person I spoke with at Shaw really did not care that I asked about the termination of my business.

  • Desi_denton Desirae (@Desi_denton) reported

@jo_stayo @TELUSsupport was able to cancel the order thankfully a promotional offer of $135/mo promotion ends, price goes to $267/mo Telus = scum

  • mackabelly662 ♣♣♣ (@mackabelly662) reported

@TELUSsupport I have like zero cell phone frequency on my phone. It’s been like this for a year. I call telus but my cell phone has 2 bars at best and the person can’t even hear me. Is there any fix for this? I love telus but might have to switch back to Rogers.

  • rgyatso Robert rGyatso (@rgyatso) reported

@RyanSarai1 Our landline through Telus would last 4-5 days on the copper-connected battery-stations if the region lost power. About 6 months ago we were forced to move our “landline” to their fibre-optic network, so the functioning time on the Cable network batteries is only about 36 hours.

  • WyattTanton Wyatt Tanton (@WyattTanton) reported

And let’s not forget about @JackieLovelyMLA and @jkenney using Augustana as a photo op for their “investment” in rural Alberta broadband (read: throwing more cash at Telus without solving the problem) as Augustana faces the risk of being shutdown because of the UCP’s PSE cuts.

  • __Contentment__ Contentment (@__Contentment__) reported

@TorontoStar Can you not come mess up the company we can actually identify with? Buy Telus, mess around with that. Maybe you can fix them.

  • RavT3 Rav Takhar (@RavT3) reported

@TELUSsupport your DNS is so painfully slow these past couple of days with no one in support able to help. To make matters worse the ability to change DNS servers with the latest firmware on the Telus Wifi Hub has been removed.

  • ClaytonBurnsPhD Clayton Burns (@ClaytonBurnsPhD) reported

@dexamethasones TELUS operates out of Charlottetown. This is an area where service is improving rapidly. I do not anticipate any difficulties.

  • JellyMurray murray (@JellyMurray) reported

@TELUSsupport I’ve lived in Cookstown Ontario for 10 years i’ve always had Telus but for some reason I have no reception at my house now it started last weekend is there a tower down or what’s wrong?
