    On god if you’re Canadian stay away from @RogersHelps. Go to Telus or Bell Every other provider is better, TRUST ME. By far the worst cellular provider

    ZOMG I have cell phone service again. I may have waited on hold for 2 hours, but the woman who attended to my account was ******* amazing and she clearly should be running the company, not just answering inbound customer service. @TELUS, can you please promote the helpful woman?

    @TTChelps @DemandAccess hey @TELUSsupport @TELUS please consider finally letting your customers access phone network coverage in the TTC tunnels, if an emergency were to happen i would want to be able to contact family and us not having that option is sad and disappointing 😬

    @darrylw71 Which is fair. But Koodo isn't a smaller company. It's owned by Telus and operates on Telus' network, so your reception would be no different on one versus the other.

    @AlexanderDKB @peternowak 💯 percent agree. Telus admitted as much in their testimony- the competition isn’t in the RAN, it’s in the core. The network core and the functionality it provides is where an MVNO thrives or dies.

    I even said no one will call me back. I have never seen such bad controls between departments or any accountability from @adtcanada. This is probably the worst service I have received for a simple request to fulfill my order. Will anyone NOW listen to my concern @TELUS

Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

    @robnicholsontor Classification is an oligopoly at a high level, but the pressures are monopolistic when they can fail and take out the whole banking system. Bell and Telus were fine, but just a Rogers failure was able to grind the country to a halt.

    @TELUSsupport is there an issue because I can't receive texts from boyfriend who Is with Rogers. His best friend is with telus and they can text no problem. This is annoying.

    @AnthonyFarnell Telus has a service that blocks those calls. You can create an approved list but anyone else has to enter a code.

Bell Network Family ◦Bell Mobility: Major national carrier. Visit Bell. ◦Virgin Plus: Flanker brand offering mobile and-home services. ◦Lucky Mobile: Prepaid discount brand. Rogers Network Family ◦Rogers Wireless: Major national carrier. ◦Fido: Popular flanker brand. ◦Chatr Mobile: Discount brand focused on talk, text, and budget data. One Independent / Regional Network ◦Freedom Mobile: Major regional carrier owned by Quebecor. It looks like Virgin Plus at Bell offers the best plan at the best rates and Koodo at Telus plays a lot of pricing games on customers. So few choices in Canada. Wonder how that happened?

    Telus posted a $1.8 billion net loss, mostly a $2.1 billion writedown on Telus Digital, its customer service arm. Rough news. AI is eating the contact center model that arm was built on. I've watched Lagos BPO firms sit on this exact bet for years now, and the clock feels like it's moving faster than anyone priced in.

So don't quit your current income source because someone showed you a $50/hour screenshot. Treat it as an opportunity until you've actually established consistent work.

    @policytensor @Tasnimnews_EN (1 of 2) I don't know but my hunch is that the US Gov't issued a blocking order to my service provider, Telus, (apparently a Canadian-owned firm that does not operate in the US) and it obeyed. During the 1962 Cuban missile crisis, there was a standoff between the US and Canada

    It is shameful that during fire evacuations that the cell service providers cannot provide better service throughout the valley in the safe areas. From Enderby to Cherryville to Okanagan Falls, two bars is not sufficient let family know we are ok. Do better! @Telus @Bell @Rogers
