    @lav_sunrise Yeah it seriously sucks. Even if you go third party (I’m with Teksavvy for internet) the service is still distributed by Rogers/Bell/Telus/Shaw.

    I’ve been with @TELUS since 2011 and Virgin Mobile is prepared to offer me the same contraction for 2/3s of the price..... so much for customer service

    @Qualifyfor @johndotbastable The questions asked here by this source are legit. Ask why #WeCharity is not addressing these issues. Also note this org is heavily reliant on corporate sponsorships. They've lost Telus, G&M, and Virgin in the last few days. They need to be more forthcoming.

    Disappointed with #Telus #CustomerService service. Was offered a great deal so I spent 30 minutes on the phone to only hear their sales office was incorrect about the deal.

    @Ani1u7 @TELUSsupport For sure Telus is wrong.. Turning off Wi-Fi turns the feature off because it's something that has to be supported by the cellular network. I don't know what OS he was running. He's our IT consultant so he may be on a beta or something

    @TELUSsupport please explain how it takes 2 weeks to email a return label for a return that should’ve happened over a month ago? No responses via email. 2 hours on customer service and no refund issued. @CRTCeng can you help here? I think I’ve been scammed by #telus

    2/2 even though it was $0.00 that is what companies like Bell & TELUS etc usually charge on the credit card at first to see if it is valid always check everything daily through online banking - it is good I caught it - but sucks now b/c I have to change all my automatic payments

    @TELUS I signed up for @TELUS a week ago. My first bill is due in 3 days already. I haven’t even received my SIM card yet and @TELUSsupport expects me to pay for 10 days of service. Is this a Scam or a service?

    @TTChelps I see, did not know, apologies. I am on Telus. Will do that, connect to the wifi. Did not know where to get off and was using google maps to guide me. But of course you need wifi for that. Fortunately the trains come out from the tunnel after Bloor and I had signal again

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS They all bad. Took me exactly 12 months to close my satellite TV account with bell. They demanded return of already paid off obsolete receiver or pay $600 for it. Glad I did not toss it away after service was terminated.

    @TELUS While we’re at it fix the volume of the Apple TV app. It’s 30% lower than every other app resulting it wild volume fluctuations when switching apps.
