Both didn't any issue with 5G connectivity. Also Telus investigated confirmed that I have 5G and i shouldn't have this 5G connectivity issues. The adviced me to replace the phone.

I’ve been a member since they started. 7+ years ago. There was a 2 to 3 hour wait. Normal wait time has never been more than 30 minutes. This is the goal, for private healthcare to proliferate.

They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Sounds like Canada-wide Bell service outage. Glad my mobile phone is with Telus!
