Holy **** i just spent an increasingly exasperated 2 hours on chat with customer service at videotron and eventually i was so annoying that they figured out SOME way, i don't know how, to get me my new phone Monday instead of in February. GOD BLESS being annoying.

Shame on you @AltimaTel your internet connection has been awful for almost a month I am not able to watch my nba matches I swear first thing am doing tomorrow is switching to @Videotron 😡
