@Videotron @DjBlaster Interesting. We’ve dealt with Videotron maybe 3 times as potential customers and every time we’ve had agenda flat out refuse to speak English. Even when we get telemarketing calls, when I say I don’t speak French they just say “ok bye” and hang up. Always a bad experience.

@fagstein @Videotron No internet problem on my Videotron account but two days ago I did notice my Videotron PVR cable box's time display was lagging by seven minutes!! Never saw that before. Just putting it out there.

@jacktodd46 I was looking at switching to Fizz since it’s cheaper & faster than @TekSavvyBuzz and since they’re both on Videotron network, there’s no installation. But I just can’t do it, knowing them it’ll jump 40% after a year or they’ll harass me 24/7 to go back to cable TV

@jacktodd46 I used to have a roku but it was slow. We then got an apple tv and it was soooo much faster. Then a 4k tv and another apple tv 4k. You can do anything with that. We have the Videotron 4k terminal that can record 8 shows.
