When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

What's worse, in WiFi the name is Videotron & people can see your cable going into the house so it's not difficult to see who is using your services.
