We’ve dealt with Videotron maybe 3 times as potential customers and every time we’ve had agenda flat out refuse to speak English. Even when we get telemarketing calls, when I say I don’t speak French they just say “ok bye” and hang up. Always a bad experience.

My ISP (Cronomagic) is a reseller for one of the major ISPs (Videotron). Disney+ is blocking me, identifying my IP address as "outside of Canada", which it is not (!). No service unless my cellular data. Not happy!

When a collision does happen, it's often treated as an oopsie because most of the time they get away with it and it was just bad luck that a collision happened.

Agent insisted I would be credited lots and my bill this month should have been lower due to credits from previous overcharge. Was very upset to see a double bill again.
