    Moi qui est client @Videotron au carré, j’entends leur publicité à la radio qui dit, échangez votre vieux téléphone pour un iPhone 11! Wow ! Je téléphone, on m’offre un Samsung pour seulement un de mes six cellulaires Apple @Videotron Pas la même affaire! Publicité trompeuse ?

    @Videotron internet isn't working so I can't use their helix app to talk to their customer support to tell them their internet service isn't working. Phone support tells me to use the helix app. That's some real catch 22 BS there.

    @Videotron I dnt think I have the energy to walk anyone through my issue for 10000 times. Still on the phone (for more than an 1h now)issue still not solved. Second time Im calling for this, you would think that it would help. Im too upset to be nice anyways thats how great your services R
