    Tu sais quoi @Bell_FR @bell_soutien , quand j’appelle votre service à la clientèle et qu’on me traite avec arrogance, je me dis qu’il y a plusieurs autres options pour mes services télé et internet... 🤔 @Videotron @EBOX_CA

    @Videotron mon fortat vien etre changé mais pas dans mon espace-client, ou il est le probleme , on vas encore payé du surplus pas fort !

    @mgeist So all together, the "no-shows" I know of: -Bell & Videotron refused to show up at LCJC (was stated last year ~ last committee meeting), but they were consulted & support it, Senate Sponsor said it can develop for other content. -Justice & Public safety refused to show Others?

    @Videotron worst service. Waited all day for technician. Kept telling me I was next call. Nobody showed up. No wifi, No television, No telephone. Missed an entire day of work.

    @Videotron I just got off the phone with one of the rudest agents. I was wanting to know why I was being charged when the phone line was in vacation mode. I spent 4 hours on the line to rectify a mistake that videotron admitted to making in Jan. Only to encounter a horrible experience now.
