Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

Based on the #CRTC rules in regards to the outage reports, and the fact the no one else filled an outage report, we can conclude Bell actually own Rogers, Freedom and Videotron, or they just buy access from Bell which, per the rules, is allowed to be hidden.

  • s_slosada sLosada (@s_slosada) reported

@Videotron Hi, That's not in my property, I'm only trying to help you. If Videotron wants to get emergency calls and unhappy customers once it breaks, it's your own decision.

  • SBHSNGL IDK (@SBHSNGL) reported

@clogicca @Videotron You attitude is worst . If that is how you define civility we are in big trouble

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@BigBadJuan They want to charge for a service that was not &could not be delivered. There are still no reports from: -Videotron -Rogers -Freedom -Flanker brands -Resellers/wholesalers (Storm Internet aside)

  • lexharvs Lex Harvey (@lexharvs) reported

Cllr Ainslie asks why not emulate the model in Montreal? In 2013, Bell, Rogers, Telus and Quebec-based Videotron invested equally in a $50-million project to bring cell service to Montreal’s Metro.

  • LarryFishermang LarryFisherman (@LarryFishermang) reported

@Bell, you really need to start offering better internet packages if you want me as a customer. 5mb download and 680kb upload for 60$ a month is crazy, I'll stay with videotron

  • somaeck James Somaeck (@somaeck) reported

The greatest concern RE: #eSim is that #Videotron has been absolutely silent on it. The forums are filled with crisp responses - "Not available, but we'll pass it up along the chain". That's not good enough in my view. It's not cutting-edge; it's not customer-focused. 8/9

  • somaeck James Somaeck (@somaeck) reported

In her response, she had made clear she was not trying to minimize what I was saying, but she said that my issues were "non-issues". She followed up by saying that if I stick with @Videotron, #eSim should be supported by the time I finish my contract in 2024. Seriously? 6/9

  • clogicca Steven (@clogicca) reported

@SBHSNGL @Videotron duh .. EVERY ape pays for it .. doesn't change the fact that attitude doesn't fix anything

  • b2caron Brandon Caron (@b2caron) reported

@FreedomMobile will Freedom's home network be expanded with Videotron's Quebec network? I don't want to be roaming when I go to Montreal anymore 😢
