    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    @Videotron ...vouloir me transférer. Quand j'appelle et que j'essaie de negocier un prix et que l'on s'entend sur celui ci, j'ose toujours espéré qu'il sera valide plus de 2 mois. Le service est de plus en plus mauvais et moi et ma conjointe avons pris la décision de changée de ...

    @TimoVainionpaa @RitaTrichur They are, with their other flanker brands. Cogeco flanker Oxio is riding on others networks. All the bell flankers Videotron's flanker is on everyone's network. Rogers is riding on others & makes up like 50% of Cogeco's network use. They all are, they just hide it.

    @MarkJCarney 15 min city model lacks adequate internal regulatory mechanisms. Vidéotron breaking CRTC & own regs by allowing unauthorized personal internet/tv account at my location Agora /Villa in Gatineau. Centurion failing to uphold its responsibility as service facilitator.

    And all 3 also operate under their own names So you got a total of 9 different carriers, but in reality it's actually 3 Videotron, Freedom, and Sasktel are the only independent cell providers in Canada There was MTS (Manitoba Telecom Service) but Bell took them over in 2017

    Still no #CRTC outage reports from: -Videotron -Rogers -Wholesale/resale (Storm Internet aside) -Freedom mobile (which also couldn't provide french service during the outage).

    @ScottXfan The thing is with the vast territory around Quebec city, a lot of people would travel up to 2hrs to go watch a game. They have the building, the tv network in TVA Sports with Videotron, just the QMJHL games there have 8000 people in the stands. For many it would make sense.

    @Videotron I am beyond frustrated. I work from home and the Internet cuts every 5-10 mins it’s been a solid 2 hours I am not able to work. It’s very infuriating when you can’t even work because the wifi keeps going down.
