    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    So can we just assume Videotron is incredibly lazy? Helix REFUSES to play on a Linux based system, and that's been the case ever since they phased Illico Web out! Get your damn platform working on Linux like two weeks ago!

    @MartinSLewis Not in the last 6 months but was a Virgin Media customer from when it was Videotron, then Mercury, etc so about 28 years. Last few years had constant problems in renting films whereby it would play for 30 mins if I was incredibly lucky then freeze so stopped renting films.

    Freedom wasn't great for cell phones (lots of complaints online) but since Videotron bought them I expect things to be much better. We switched on phone to Freedom and so far, other than a bumpy setup(*), it's been great. *They put the wrong # in one of the account fields so RCS wouldn't work, couldn't explain how and couldn't fix it until we went two service tiers up. Also twice claimed they sent emails which somehow never arrived.

    @dagecky @emanningwrites Most likely yes, the owner of Videotron. The problem is he’s a hardcore Quebec separatist, not sure the NHL would want to be involved with that.
