    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    @Videotron my Helix internet and home phone have been down for about 5 hours. I just tried calling the 24 hour / 7 days a week technical support (according to the user centre app) and it tells me that customer service is closed.

    @dominicgrenier @Videotron They should call this service HELSHIT and not HELIX...I've had it since launch. Went well for the first couple of years. Now it is crap.....guess I'll play yo yo again and go back with Bell (painful) and then switch back in a couple of years. LOL

    @gmbutts @Rogers Have a look at @Videotron Ottawa is part of their service area. We switched a few years back and have saved money and are very happy with their service. Multiple lines on the same account save money for all, for each extra line.
