  @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

  @lizaledwards You can move with your number to a different service provider. I moved with mine from Fido to Videotron without any problems.

  Never take @Videotron, it's the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Now that I have had my experience with Videotron after having had @CentreBell , I can advise you to go to Bell.

  If you’re with Ebox or Videotron, don’t panic, it’s not just you. Their support line seems to be down as well. Either it’s hosted on the same network, or it’s overloaded with calls. More information to come for sure. #InternetOutageMontreal
