Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

@Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

@slimyswampghost man this sucks. Everyone in Canada had cool video stores and i had "Superclub Videotron" where you could buy cable boxes and rent movies and games. kinda wild how the TV people were ALSO in the market of giving alternatives to TV though.

The CRTC's decision is in response to a complaint from Videotron against Bell, Rogers and Telus, claiming that the Big Three were inflating the costs of wireless devices in order to charge higher cancellation fees.

@LazerothYT @Videotron yup, basically impossible to game 90% of the time. I have a top tier router, bought new cables, bought a good intel internet card to make sur the issue wasnt my motherboard's nic, factory resetted my router. Basically did everything possible on my side and nothing worked

It’s now done, the @Videotron landline account is closed. It’s going to be a lot of work to notify schools, work, doctors, offices, and God knows who else, but I could no longer trust this service.

@TheLastLinda Glad to know he’s trying. I’m with @FreedomMobile which is cheap but they only have a 4G network. And since Shaw announced the sale to Rogers, which has Videotron buying Freedom, talk of upgrading their network has ceased.

@Bryson_M The problem is that promises were made to the 2007 class of new entrants (of which only Videotron and Eastlink remain ( Wind was sold so not sure original promises still binding). Govt agreed to shield them from new competition.
