    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    In her response, she had made clear she was not trying to minimize what I was saying, but she said that my issues were "non-issues". She followed up by saying that if I stick with @Videotron, #eSim should be supported by the time I finish my contract in 2024. Seriously? 6/9

    4. Allowing vertical integration: The cable companies bought the TV networks, and the CRTC thought this would help give them bigger pockets. Bell bought CTV (and later V/Noovo), Shaw bought Global, Rogers bought Citytv, Videotron bought TVA. But it didn't help the balance sheet.

    @troybeno @Videotron Day 6 here. I don't even bother calling as it's clear they have no clue when it will be back. I understand there was a storm and all, but for it the issue to persist this long is ridiculous. I'm switching to Bell as soon as I can get someone on the phone to cancel.
