    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    @Videotron No. I have spent 10+ hours on the phone with you over the past 2 weeks. Not only were your staff very rude & acknowledge their mistake but refused to fix it. I am absolutely done with you guys and will switch.

    The terrible @Rogers situation today reminds that I am no longer on contract with them and therefore can literally leave right now. Also, reminds me of the reliability and excellent service of @Videotron .

    @Videotron How is it that I used to be on Videotron proper for internet and never had an issue. Now since I switched to Helix, I get nowhere the speed that I am supposed to be getting. That makes no sense.

    (cont) I am sure Bell’s lawyers though of this when they wrote the 2021-130 #CRTC decision, but it would be way cool if they didn’t and the Bell/Telus network sharing deal (and Rogers/Videotron, and Bell/Telus/Sakstel) would to be challenged and get the 7 year limit.
