Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

@Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

@CompBureau Notice of Appeal raises 2 grounds: 1. Tribunal should have analyzed original deal (Rogers buys all of Shaw including Freedom), then considered whether Freedom divestiture to #Videotron resolves competition problems.

@peternowak I was curious re: part of the Freedom sale to Videotron, Rogers would provide Videotron access to their wired network at rates below what was established for any other competitor ( e.g. Teksavvy ). Doesnt this violate some rule, og give grounds to get that lowered rate for all?

There are two big problems with the @CompBureau position. (1) The original deal will not, cannot, happen: the parties have entered into binding agreements to sell Freedom to Videotron.
