    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    Moi qui est client @Videotron au carré, j’entends leur publicité à la radio qui dit, échangez votre vieux téléphone pour un iPhone 11! Wow ! Je téléphone, on m’offre un Samsung pour seulement un de mes six cellulaires Apple @Videotron Pas la même affaire! Publicité trompeuse ?

    @Videotron ...vouloir me transférer. Quand j'appelle et que j'essaie de negocier un prix et que l'on s'entend sur celui ci, j'ose toujours espéré qu'il sera valide plus de 2 mois. Le service est de plus en plus mauvais et moi et ma conjointe avons pris la décision de changée de ...

    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    @videotron Your Internet service went down again... It's beyond silly at this point. You need to get your **** together! I hope it was that someone tripped on a wire... and NOT planned router update in the middle of the day... out-sourcing more things to India. YOU ARE MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT to be a customer.

    Update on the ongoing outage: power is restored, but our network provider (Videotron) still has issues with the power outage. They did not provide an ETA yet.

    @lumpybag @Videotron You're going to switch to Bell? LOL..I guess you have no clue how bad they are. I left bell 20 years ago...best thing ever! Videotron's customer service is much better, you know, you can also call instead of messaging them on twitter.

    @Videotron city crews put my neighbor's cable on my property. he told me you're only showing up in two weeks to reconnect the service...does that mean it will be hanging from the post and hanging down onto my front lawn for that long?

    If you have a business please do NOT use @Videotron nor Vidéotron Affaire. They are the worst. I’ve been on the line for 1:20 being pass around like it’s a ********! All I’m trying to do is paid them and ask about my plan…that’s the worst part 🥲
