    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    @TekSavvyCSR @Videotron And we get to start the phone calls ALL OVER AGAIN tomorrow b/c @Videotron seems keen to NOT come back out despite screwing up the TPIA (but claiming a non-existant outage b/c we have cable TV) and forcing us to call TekSavvy instead of sending back the Vidéotron technician.

    @lumpybag @Videotron You're going to switch to Bell? LOL..I guess you have no clue how bad they are. I left bell 20 years ago...best thing ever! Videotron's customer service is much better, you know, you can also call instead of messaging them on twitter.

    @JustNoOne3001 @yellmapper Just went to Ottawa and picked up n66 and a fuckton of B7 on telus Like, 20mhz of 7, another 20mhz of 7, 20mhz of 2, 15mhz of 66, 30mhz of n66 according to service mode. I didn't even know band 66 was that wide, nevermind having Rogers and Vidéotron also using spectrum

    @drewlevin IDK if you are able to put me in contact with the right person, but there has been a disconnection problem with all Videotron (Internet provider) users in Quebec, Canada since last patch... We randomly DC for 30 seconds literally every game/few times a game. Only LOL.
