@Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

@Videotron You keep saying 90%, but that means nothing when you're the other 10% & you can't get an understanding as to what areas are being worked on next. An outage map similar to HydroQuebec would have been appreciated, but that must have been too hard. How about just naming burroughs?

@Videotron My service is back up in the h9h. No videotron you don't get to take credit. It only came back when hydro restored a patch nearby that was without power.

@Videotron Update! We found Videotron this morning. Finally spoke with a CS rep. Videotron scheduled an appointment to reconnect wire on April 17th. We are expecting a credit for service time lost.
