    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    The greatest concern RE: #eSim is that #Videotron has been absolutely silent on it. The forums are filled with crisp responses - "Not available, but we'll pass it up along the chain". That's not good enough in my view. It's not cutting-edge; it's not customer-focused. 8/9

    @DouglasPollitt While I 💯 agree there is a ton of anti-competition stuff, I haven’t been able pin down what says they HAVE TO report scores. Does CBC? Local news? Do newspapers? (it bugs me that OS didn’t prove their case by getting on Cogeco, SaskTel, Videotron etc. Would’ve been faster)

    @alphalink @TartanTragic @FringeViews Nice. Mine is still the original from when the house was built 1931. Have to use Videotron, but I will NEVER get rid of it. Ditched my cell & never will own another. I do not care how difficult they make it, for me. Cheers neighbor !
