    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    I reached out to @Videotron today to inquire into contractual penalties for ending the services I have with them. I have no qualms with the product - it has been pretty good. #eSim and unified billing though are not available. A thread on what went down... 1/9

    @AEWonTV Why did they present him like a heel? Lol an interruption via videotron? This company just does whatever it wants hahaha its honestly satire at this point. Have MJF come back and a WEEK later wins the World Title in a 4 way. WHAT A BUILD…. Its just TERRIBLE booking

    Update on the ongoing outage: power is restored, but our network provider (Videotron) still has issues with the power outage. They did not provide an ETA yet.

    @cd_lmh @psac_afpc Why would u want the same ******* u can't stand dealing with when u call Rogers/bell/Videotron etc..... To now be the ******* you have to deal with when ur trying to get ur passport or deal with taxes etc

    @PapiDitzyHarpy @GinoHard_ The language barrier is a pretty weak argument! In Quebec, we’re practically all bilingual and the Montreal Canadiens don’t seem to have any problem! Yes, the market is small, but at least the Videotron Centre would be full for every game!
