    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    @Videotron Just meant to thank you for the rapid restore flow you got with your techs going all hands on desk to fix these. We had one in Sherbrooke last week. I was in the middle of a DR SQL recovery playbook while it shut down. You resolving the matter within 15mins saved our team a lot.
