    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    If you decide to register your business and need a provider PLEASE DO NOT USE @Videotron They are the worst. Overpriced and their customer service is the worst. I’ve been on the line over 1h 30 and they keep transferring me like a ping pong ball! 🏓

    @Zontar_Dow These surveys assume the entire population was watching TV. It's an outdated metric from the 20th century. They should use the data from service providers...I used to work for Videotron 12 years ago. They could get those real numbers back then if they wanted to...

    Internet supposed to be incl in rent- lease agreement between me & Centurion. Centurion & Vidéotron have an agreement. Vidéotron technician installed my old router continuing service I'd canceled, refused to give me router re Centurion internet account. I had internet for 3 months. Vidéotron said no one was paying for it.

    @JustNoOne3001 @yellmapper Just went to Ottawa and picked up n66 and a fuckton of B7 on telus Like, 20mhz of 7, another 20mhz of 7, 20mhz of 2, 15mhz of 66, 30mhz of n66 according to service mode. I didn't even know band 66 was that wide, nevermind having Rogers and Vidéotron also using spectrum
