Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

Moi qui est client @Videotron au carré, j’entends leur publicité à la radio qui dit, échangez votre vieux téléphone pour un iPhone 11! Wow ! Je téléphone, on m’offre un Samsung pour seulement un de mes six cellulaires Apple @Videotron Pas la même affaire! Publicité trompeuse ?

@Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

@IndianaTux @TekSavvyBuzz It’s a Videotron issue. I’m on ebox, tek would be the same. Months of Videotron coming to « fix a hardware issue in the neighbourhood » with no improvement, there clearly are just too many of us uploading during the work day, it’s fine at 2am...

@perreaux Follow-up on my Blinknet to this comment of yours: Blinknet in my case uses cable to a routing point, at which case it goes directly into their servers/system. I was worried the cutoff issue was due to the line, but it proved due to Videotron's servers, as blink's work solidly.

@perreaux Ebox or techsavvy. But ebox is a Qc (Longueuil) company so I’d go with them (they run on videotron network while techsavvy’s on bell I think)

@EAUclaire2010 @Bell_Support I disagree, Videotron had a huge outage in Montreal that lasted for days for some clients just 2 weeks ago. The grass is always greener on the other side. I had an issue with my service due to moisture on the equipment outside & they were very quick to change it. Thank you Bell.
