    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    Moi qui est client @Videotron au carré, j’entends leur publicité à la radio qui dit, échangez votre vieux téléphone pour un iPhone 11! Wow ! Je téléphone, on m’offre un Samsung pour seulement un de mes six cellulaires Apple @Videotron Pas la même affaire! Publicité trompeuse ?

    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    Freedom wasn't great for cell phones (lots of complaints online) but since Videotron bought them I expect things to be much better. We switched on phone to Freedom and so far, other than a bumpy setup(*), it's been great. *They put the wrong # in one of the account fields so RCS wouldn't work, couldn't explain how and couldn't fix it until we went two service tiers up. Also twice claimed they sent emails which somehow never arrived.

    There are still no #CRTC outage reports from the ice storm that knocked comm's out for: -Videotron -Rogers -Freedom (which also negated French service during the outage) -Flanker brands -Resellers/wholesalers (Storm Internet aside)

    @frankcain088 @PuckReportNHL @FriedgeHNIC Absolutely, so why do they want to stick with this awful setup? I went to the QMHJL draft last summer, it was the good, old, centralized setup at the Vidéotron Centre in Québec City. That was way, way, way better.

    @videotron Your Internet service went down again... It's beyond silly at this point. You need to get your **** together! I hope it was that someone tripped on a wire... and NOT planned router update in the middle of the day... out-sourcing more things to India. YOU ARE MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT to be a customer.
