    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    So Bell, Cogeco, Videotron and CNOC wanted a cartel where everyone must be paying CNOC members to wholesale internet at affordable rates. **** CNOC. For Bell Cogeco, Rogers & Videotron to push this, they sure as hell want protection from another bundle player. No denying that.

    In her response, she had made clear she was not trying to minimize what I was saying, but she said that my issues were "non-issues". She followed up by saying that if I stick with @Videotron, #eSim should be supported by the time I finish my contract in 2024. Seriously? 6/9

    @PringleJosh Hi. I'm a resident tenant at AGORA. Internet/tv included in rent signed LEASE- WAS NEVER DONE= NO INTERNET SINCE JULY 2024. Centurion my landlord/owner facilitator of internet/tv corporative account Vidéotron monopoly provider- ony only authotized by CRTC- no personal interbet/tv accounts TAL ruled against me told me I have to appeal. I am to Cour Supérieur du Québec for punitive damages, stress & compensation due to loss of income vs Centurion & Vidéotron who colluded fraudulently vs me & my son to TAL. I'm on disability broke my neck in 1999 an ARTIST I CAN'T TEACH OR SELL ART. We must go public. Help me make this happen.
