    Tu sais quoi @Bell_FR @bell_soutien , quand j’appelle votre service à la clientèle et qu’on me traite avec arrogance, je me dis qu’il y a plusieurs autres options pour mes services télé et internet... 🤔 @Videotron @EBOX_CA

    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    Moi qui est client @Videotron au carré, j’entends leur publicité à la radio qui dit, échangez votre vieux téléphone pour un iPhone 11! Wow ! Je téléphone, on m’offre un Samsung pour seulement un de mes six cellulaires Apple @Videotron Pas la même affaire! Publicité trompeuse ?

    @Videotron ...vouloir me transférer. Quand j'appelle et que j'essaie de negocier un prix et que l'on s'entend sur celui ci, j'ose toujours espéré qu'il sera valide plus de 2 mois. Le service est de plus en plus mauvais et moi et ma conjointe avons pris la décision de changée de ...

    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    @JaredDapena Not sure if they’re out east, but I switched to videotron years ago. With their bring your own device rate it’s much cheaper and way better service than all the big 3

    @MartinSLewis Not in the last 6 months but was a Virgin Media customer from when it was Videotron, then Mercury, etc so about 28 years. Last few years had constant problems in renting films whereby it would play for 30 mins if I was incredibly lucky then freeze so stopped renting films.

Recently, Rogers and Fido have already started cutting off working phones that were using its 3G networks, in what was deemed accidental. Rogers is also charging a $75 network fee if users continue to use 3G networks. "

    @PringleJosh Hi. I'm a resident tenant at AGORA. Internet/tv included in rent signed LEASE- WAS NEVER DONE= NO INTERNET SINCE JULY 2024. Centurion my landlord/owner facilitator of internet/tv corporative account Vidéotron monopoly provider- ony only authotized by CRTC- no personal interbet/tv accounts TAL ruled against me told me I have to appeal. I am to Cour Supérieur du Québec for punitive damages, stress & compensation due to loss of income vs Centurion & Vidéotron who colluded fraudulently vs me & my son to TAL. I'm on disability broke my neck in 1999 an ARTIST I CAN'T TEACH OR SELL ART. We must go public. Help me make this happen.

    @eltseak They will understand it better, when I cancel my Vidéotron and any other subscription with PKP companies. I encourage others to follow the same way.
