Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

@Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

@CowabungaDeetz @OrdinaryGamers videotron isnt owned by rogers. Rogers,Fido,Chatr were without cell service. anyone that does not use the rogers network still had service.

@kittonna_saber @bookingcom The router name and codes they provided didn’t exist, and they use a different company than rogers for their internet (Videotron) .. could have been why their phone # was down, but still- they had live chat and didn’t answer and left us stranded..

@SamyiMo @TheBeaverton Clearly they should have redundancies. The fact Bell, TELUS, Shaw, Cogeco, Videotron, Sasktel, etc. already exist didn’t prevent Interac’s service from going down. How would another 5, 10 or 100 competitors have?

@mat_schmaltz Capitalism is the reason why the problem was not worse than it was: there were still lots of other options available because private companies made it so. Millions of people weren't affected by Rogers outage at all, because they were on Shaw, Telus, Cogeco, Videotron, etc.
