    Moi qui est client @Videotron au carré, j’entends leur publicité à la radio qui dit, échangez votre vieux téléphone pour un iPhone 11! Wow ! Je téléphone, on m’offre un Samsung pour seulement un de mes six cellulaires Apple @Videotron Pas la même affaire! Publicité trompeuse ?

    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    @MarkJCarney 15 min city model lacks adequate internal regulatory mechanisms. Vidéotron breaking CRTC & own regs by allowing unauthorized personal internet/tv account at my location Agora /Villa in Gatineau. Centurion failing to uphold its responsibility as service facilitator.

    @Videotron URGENT ! The CNBC World feed is routed to the CNBC feed. Can you fix this pls. That's 2 days in a row and a common occurrence tbh. CNBC World is of no value to me. I want channel 106 with Squawk Box, a stock market ticker and economic data.

    @drewlevin IDK if you are able to put me in contact with the right person, but there has been a disconnection problem with all Videotron (Internet provider) users in Quebec, Canada since last patch... We randomly DC for 30 seconds literally every game/few times a game. Only LOL.

    If you decide to register your business and need a provider PLEASE DO NOT USE @Videotron They are the worst. Overpriced and their customer service is the worst. I’ve been on the line over 1h 30 and they keep transferring me like a ping pong ball! 🏓
