    @Videotron ...vouloir me transférer. Quand j'appelle et que j'essaie de negocier un prix et que l'on s'entend sur celui ci, j'ose toujours espéré qu'il sera valide plus de 2 mois. Le service est de plus en plus mauvais et moi et ma conjointe avons pris la décision de changée de ...

    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    @Sparklepuss1 @Videotron Issues don’t seem to be with the Helix towers it’s the modems that are not connecting to Vidéotron. Wifi is up and running but no access to internet, so no TV land line, nor land line phone
