    Moi qui est client @Videotron au carré, j’entends leur publicité à la radio qui dit, échangez votre vieux téléphone pour un iPhone 11! Wow ! Je téléphone, on m’offre un Samsung pour seulement un de mes six cellulaires Apple @Videotron Pas la même affaire! Publicité trompeuse ?

    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    @Videotron ...vouloir me transférer. Quand j'appelle et que j'essaie de negocier un prix et que l'on s'entend sur celui ci, j'ose toujours espéré qu'il sera valide plus de 2 mois. Le service est de plus en plus mauvais et moi et ma conjointe avons pris la décision de changée de ...

    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

The Tribunal put great weight on how competitive backhaul markets were & how that would underpin the success of Videotron as a replacement for Freedom Mobile & even as a new rival for bundled ISP & TV services. All w/ no public data to support the claim.

    @frankcain088 @PuckReportNHL @FriedgeHNIC Absolutely, so why do they want to stick with this awful setup? I went to the QMHJL draft last summer, it was the good, old, centralized setup at the Vidéotron Centre in Québec City. That was way, way, way better.

    @fanCRTCProfling Nope. One important aspect of Videotron is that the service is reliable and the billing's accurate. I never have to fight with them.

    The greatest concern RE: #eSim is that #Videotron has been absolutely silent on it. The forums are filled with crisp responses - "Not available, but we'll pass it up along the chain". That's not good enough in my view. It's not cutting-edge; it's not customer-focused. 8/9
