    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    Moi qui est client @Videotron au carré, j’entends leur publicité à la radio qui dit, échangez votre vieux téléphone pour un iPhone 11! Wow ! Je téléphone, on m’offre un Samsung pour seulement un de mes six cellulaires Apple @Videotron Pas la même affaire! Publicité trompeuse ?

    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    There are still no #CRTC outage reports from the ice storm that knocked comm's out for: -Videotron -Rogers -Freedom (which also negated French service during the outage) -Flanker brands -Resellers/wholesalers (Storm Internet aside)

    I reached out to @Videotron today to inquire into contractual penalties for ending the services I have with them. I have no qualms with the product - it has been pretty good. #eSim and unified billing though are not available. A thread on what went down... 1/9
