    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    " With Rogers shutting its 3G network on July 31 too, it’s likely that Freedom Mobile and Videotron’s 3G shutdown is related, since its wireless customers also roam on Rogers. “Starting July 31, 2025, one of our Canadian partners will begin shutting down their 3G network, beginning with the province of Quebec, as well as Ottawa, and it’s surrounding areas,” says Freedom Mobile. Recently, Rogers and Fido have already started cutting off working phones that were using its 3G networks, in what was deemed accidental. Rogers is also charging a $75 network fee if users continue to use 3G networks. "

    @LovesCanada8 Maxime, my son & I signed lease- tenant of 15 min globalist city Agora In Gatineau last July. Monopoly Corporative Accounts internet/tv owner/landlord facilitator Vidéotron provider- internet incl in rent! We never had! Corrupt Tribunal Administratif du Logement ruled against us!

This is already the case when you are travelling in the United States.” How to check your phone Freedom Mobile recommends dialing #TEST (#8378). If the call goes through, your phone is VoLTE-ready. If it doesn’t, you’ll need a newer phone and SIM card to stay connected. "

    @drewlevin IDK if you are able to put me in contact with the right person, but there has been a disconnection problem with all Videotron (Internet provider) users in Quebec, Canada since last patch... We randomly DC for 30 seconds literally every game/few times a game. Only LOL.
