Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

@Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

@Videotron Why do people act like they own videotron and that they should fix it right away, if they could do that they would. If your wifi went down its probably because that **** is weak as ****. Im 1.2Gig down and im still running, "Fix it up or im switching to Bell" Its not that easy
