@Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

To end this thread, I'd ask @Videotron: 1) Is there a plan to implement #eSim? Don't simply say it's not available -- we know that! The question is whether there is a plan? 2) If "yes" to #1, what is the timeline to rollout? Saying it's a "non-issue" just doesn't cut it. 9/9

@Lenovo Either Lenovo cloud or someone is hacking into my internet on @Videotron . I moved the bios setting to USB first but network became the top item magically.

@drewlevin IDK if you are able to put me in contact with the right person, but there has been a disconnection problem with all Videotron (Internet provider) users in Quebec, Canada since last patch... We randomly DC for 30 seconds literally every game/few times a game. Only LOL.
