    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    @drewlevin IDK if you are able to put me in contact with the right person, but there has been a disconnection problem with all Videotron (Internet provider) users in Quebec, Canada since last patch... We randomly DC for 30 seconds literally every game/few times a game. Only LOL.
