    @Videotron ...vouloir me transférer. Quand j'appelle et que j'essaie de negocier un prix et que l'on s'entend sur celui ci, j'ose toujours espéré qu'il sera valide plus de 2 mois. Le service est de plus en plus mauvais et moi et ma conjointe avons pris la décision de changée de ...

    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    Never take @Videotron, it's the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Now that I have had my experience with Videotron after having had @Bell, I can advise you to go to Bell.

    @Bryson_M The problem is that promises were made to the 2007 class of new entrants (of which only Videotron and Eastlink remain ( Wind was sold so not sure original promises still binding). Govt agreed to shield them from new competition.

    @HabsOnReddit I was able to watch them all. For some unknown reason, I never get blackouts from sportsnet. (Gatineau, Qc, Videotron)..

    What a crappy customer service by @Videotron fizz. Deactivated my service few months back but no refunds. There is no support either. Don’t go by their cheap price. The service is trash.@mtlgazette @CJAD800
