    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    Dude! Honestly videotron helix tv yesterday bugged the entire Argentina vs Croatia match. Missed the penalty kick from Messi and today they send me an email saying there’s a fees increase. Lol talk about bad timing videotron. This is one piss off latina now. #Quebec

    Bell lowers 911 rates by 1-cent, videotron sent a letter out to its customer that phone is going up 2$ because suppliers are economically squeezing them. #CRTC I dunno.

    Would not Videotron face same issue? Counsel: no, because Videotron will upgrade the Freedom network (Freedom has always been behind) so it can compete with the current successful incumbents. (Q from me: if Freedom customers are budget customers, where will they get service?)
