    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    @Videotron No problem. I know you were busy. We got it back Tuesday. Thank you. I did use most of my 24 GB of mobile data though... I still have quite a bit of the 20 GB monthly bonus left... but will the data be cut off if I get to the end of that 20 GBs before the cycle finishes on May 6?

    @TimothyHansford @codedandunited They will never allow another team in Canada which is crap. The Videotron Center where the Remparts play is already NHL ready. No team. Hamilton? Nope. But they want to put another team in Atlanta or in Houston? Makes no sense.

    Cllr Ainslie asks why not emulate the model in Montreal? In 2013, Bell, Rogers, Telus and Quebec-based Videotron invested equally in a $50-million project to bring cell service to Montreal’s Metro.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS They are all terrible. Bell, Rogers (blech)...now you are telling us Telus. Videotron in QC is ok, not the best deals, but business line service is decent.
