    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    @Videotron So it went from our teams are on the ground working day and night to passing the buck onto Hydro which is at 95% at the moment. Is the management so obtuse? I've never seen a company in this day and age so unaccountable and with a serious lack of transparency. You're a disgrace!

    @Videotron Ahuntsic-Cartierville H2B still down. Been on and off since Friday evening, and this is currently 24+ consecutive hours without power. This is starting to get slightly annoying. Can we have more than just numbers thrown at us, and some actual mapping of restoration efforts?

    @honeylust5 @IFizziks @Videotron So I don't know if it's true, what I read was since some towers were down (which Helix uses) it left the ones still up eventually overwhelmed, which is why the net was up and down
