    Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    In her response, she had made clear she was not trying to minimize what I was saying, but she said that my issues were "non-issues". She followed up by saying that if I stick with @Videotron, #eSim should be supported by the time I finish my contract in 2024. Seriously? 6/9

    Internet supposed to be incl in rent- agreement between me & Centurion. Centurion & Vidéotron have an agreement. Vidéotron technician installed my old router continuing service I'd canceled, refused to give me router re Centurion internet account. I had internet for 3 months. Vidéotron said no one was paying for it.

    Money isn't even an issue anymore. It's ideology. Vidéotron more than happy to pay my 900$ bill they manufactured when they refused to give me a local phone # & forced me to keep so I could still have internet- They used this bill to disconnect it anyway & openly admitted to denying me router/access to Centrurion Corporative Intrrnet/tv account- the only CRTC authorized internet/tv account at my location- Global 15 minute city Agora in Gatineau. My lease should guarantee me. So what I'm poor I can't survive w/out internet- no one can bit especially me a as a disabled artist! I SIGNED THE LEASE. IT'S TOO LATE. LEASE IS TREATY. I'M SO ANGRY. I've been without internet since Oct 2024
