@Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

Videotron est décevant car une panne générale du réseau, pas de communiqué sur Twitter pour savoir quand le service sera rétabli et pas moyen de joindre le service à la clientèle

@Whereismypart @Videotron The tinfoil hat wearer in me thinks this could be a bigger plan. Maybe @Videotron has been incentivized to help bring workers back to the office by slowing down their restoration of service? Something feels off about this one, no loss of power but 3+ days without internet
