    Chère @hydroquebec et @Videotron Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j'essaie de vous rejoindre pour vous avisé du décès de mon père sans succès. Votre service à clientèle et pas mal nulle et me référer à l'espace client pour une personne âgée de 83 ans décédé et encore plus nulle.

    @Videotron Vraiment désolé de mon commentaire. Je sais que ca peut paraître déplacer mais l'appel que j'ai fais cet après midi a été désagréable. Je demande toujours le service de rétention par automatisme. Il a fallu que je racroche et rappelé parce que la préposée s'est entêter à ne pas..

    @senstalk_ What is the last inch provider? Bell Fibe? Rogers? VideoTron? Cell data? Honestly the signal is switched through so many possible networks it is hard to know where the bad network is? My current one is @Rogers CO-AX and it is 5 min delayed.

    @Lenovo Either Lenovo cloud or someone is hacking into my internet on @Videotron . I moved the bios setting to USB first but network became the top item magically.

    Issue can be resolved in my favor. I'm pretty sure @MarkJCarney wants Canadian gobal 15 min city Agora/ Villa to succeed. I know for a fact it's not. I'm NOT the problem. Videotron not following plan they're supposed to & Centurion too ignorant. Centurion/employees need to be OUT
