  @Videotron still charged me upfront $388+ tax with installation fees of $60 even though I chose to pay in $12 for 24 months. When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

  @Videotron Besides, I didn't because I wasn't aware of my limits till I received my bill. However, this month I did receive an alert regarding with my usage limits. So it wasn't a technical problem.

  @Videotron Three times in the last month you have needed to send a technician to my house to fix my internet and TV, and the same issues keep reoccurring. Internet has been AWOL since last night and TV signal weak. This is absolutely unac-*******-ceptable. Disgraceful. Do better.

  I switched to @Videotron on June 8th 2021. They offered their high speed internet service, Helix with no installation fees. They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

Watched the game last night on SNE, and had access to it on the other Snet channels too of course I turned it off in the 3rd when they were down 4-1 in the 3rd but still.   @PringleJosh Hi. I'm a resident tenant at AGORA. Internet/tv included in rent signed LEASE- WAS NEVER DONE= NO INTERNET SINCE JULY 2024. Centurion my landlord/owner facilitator of internet/tv corporative account Vidéotron monopoly provider- ony only authotized by CRTC- no personal interbet/tv accounts TAL ruled against me told me I have to appeal. I am to Cour Supérieur du Québec for punitive damages, stress & compensation due to loss of income vs Centurion & Vidéotron who colluded fraudulently vs me & my son to TAL. I'm on disability broke my neck in 1999 an ARTIST I CAN'T TEACH OR SELL ART. We must go public. Help me make this happen.

  Money isn't even an issue anymore. It's ideology. Vidéotron more than happy to pay my 900$ bill they manufactured when they refused to give me a local phone # & forced me to keep so I could still have internet- They used this bill to disconnect it anyway & openly admitted to denying me router/access to Centrurion Corporative Intrrnet/tv account- the only CRTC authorized internet/tv account at my location- Global 15 minute city Agora in Gatineau. My lease should guarantee me. So what I'm poor I can't survive w/out internet- no one can bit especially me a as a disabled artist! I SIGNED THE LEASE. IT'S TOO LATE. LEASE IS TREATY. I'M SO ANGRY. I've been without internet since Oct 2024
