They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

Freedom Mobile is being sold off to Quebecor, keeping a 4th competitor in Videotron/FM. I am all for more competition, but Jag is out of his element here. How does it "make things worse"?
