Issa Sissoko (@IssaCheckmate) reported from Montréal, QuebecI switched to @Videotron on June 8th 2021. They offered their high speed internet service, Helix with no installation fees. They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

It will be on the bill. I said a videotron outlet is there (I pointed to it). I will buy their voip & internet. Boy did that end in a fight. She went banana's.
