    @wordford @Xplornet We pay $108 per month with Rogers. Service is fine tho!

    @Xplornet We have been told by your customer service people that we will not have an appointment until June 2nd. It sucks because we use the wifi for Buisness purposes and staff are not able to do their work. But we still have to pay them. I will forward our details later.

    If you are an @xplornet customer it helps to have a back up system. One storm and they are out for a day (and counting.) No response from their (smirk) customer service on when service will be restored.

    @tammyrobert Nope. We don’t even have good cell service here. I have xplornet lte and it’s actually really good. But 110$ per mth. I also have a land line $70/mth. Cell phone $80/mth. And we bought a cell booster for $800 when my husband had to work from home. It’s expensive to be connected.

    @Xplornet I've been trying for 2 days to disconnect. The disconnection dept is overwhelmed & I can't get through or get a callback. How can I stop my service?
