Currently it is OFF peak time for me, according to customer service. Still bad laggy internet. Ive had ALL your available packages and no difference.

We found 52 acres WAAAAY up in the rockies, no cell coverage at all, but we needed internet of course. Xplornet was the only previous option, and not at all reliable.

I know that as soon as an experienced tech gets here, he'll be able to fix it without an issue and he'll shake his head when I tell him about what the last guy said. Same thing happened last time. With Xplornet it took between 2-3 minutes just to go from one email to the next. Speed was crap but with Starlink lightning fast. We only got rid in September because Bell Fibe arrived,
