    @lcmacewen @Xplornet Just call support and threaten to change plans. Works with every service provider. They’ll offer you some discount or some other offer.

    @kevinki16180099 @Shawridgefarm @RSHFarms I've had starlink for 7-8 years.. never had an issue longer than an hour outage.. Watching the Pink Pony Pole Massacre show of Xplornet and government funded shenanigans.. glad we went the route we did.

    Dear @xplornet. Thanks so much for the worst service. 2wks for a service call is unacceptable. How can any business survive without internet for 2wks. Starlink is on it's way.

    @BrentStaeben My parents live in a dead spot for cell service, but have Xplornet and seems to work pretty well for them (and me when I visit)

    @mario4thenorth Same thing as with EORN...Eastern Ontario Regional Network, tasked with getting broadband to rural eastern Ontario. 20+ years and a house bought in '98 can only access Starlink which is not part of EORN. Xplornet satellite latency and cost not competitive. Cell service spotty. When house was purchased Bell Canada promised DSL in 6 months. LOL. First of all too far from local switching central office for DSL.

    @MtlYlavoie @simard_colette He was the only way we could get decent, fast, reliable Internet after Xplornet. With Xplornet it took between 2-3 minutes just to go from one email to the next. Speed was crap but with Starlink lightning fast. We only got rid in September because Bell Fibe arrived,

    @xplore_ca You need to fix your internet it's getting really annoying I use YouTube to help me sleep and it never works I try resetting and nothing

    @xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 My service is so ****** at this point. I don't know weather to buy my own tower for lines or just off myself in the name of Xplornet. THIS IS CANADA how can your service be so ******* bad
