    @lcmacewen @Xplornet Just call support and threaten to change plans. Works with every service provider. They’ll offer you some discount or some other offer.

    @Xplornet I have been on the phone with you for over an hour everyday since the internet has been “restored” and still, no resolution. I have to wonder what you think my time is worth? 6 additional hours and counting and yet no action!

    @Xplornet As a BC customer, you're so full of it. We haven't seen any kind of upgrade to our network. You actually lowered data limits and raised prices while lying about unlimited usage. Hope people see through these lies.

    @Xplornet HAHAHAHAH. Must be a staff member. Because I was with them for 4 years and it was utter bs for 3.5 of those. Oversold crap. Not upfront about how debilitating their ITMP is. Not upfront about their ITMP at all.
