I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Iโve spoken to one agent then transferred to โlevel 2โ only to explain my issue again and be told Iโll need to speak to a different โlevel 2โ rep. Been on hold for 36 minutes. Oh and I have to be at the airport in 4 hours.
