@Bell it is unclear to me why when cancelling my TV service my internet service has been interrupted this morning - your #CustomerService leaves a lot to be desired. Will be seriously considering an alternate provider in the future

I'd like to encourage more tows like Toronto does. Toronto towed a constant FedEx scofflaw. So ticket plus tow plus impound plus customer refunds for missing delivery deadlines equals mucho buckos.

It’s now been an hour dealing with @Bell_Support. I’ve spoken to one agent then transferred to “level 2” only to explain my issue again and be told I’ll need to speak to a different “level 2” rep. Been on hold for 36 minutes. Oh and I have to be at the airport in 4 hours.

You go through everything then you are passed to another rep, who asks for same info then they start trying to upsell different (aka more expensive) services while you're on line. It is awful.
