When we called in their only solution was that we "might have unplugged our bell boxes" and that they haven't been hearing about any issues. Other neighbours are also having issues.

She never said it was 120.00

Never requested Bell5. Nobody knocks on your door to advise of anything. Multiple complaints. Terrible customer communication.

That way we could pay close to $200 a month just for 5mbsp speeds - but that still doesn’t solve the speed, inconsistency or reliability issues It just means the internet in the house is divided between devices

I paid 1/2 monthly for gigabit to the closet in the city. When i asked to pay to run the 600m of fibre to the home i got a hard NO
