    @Bell nothing can be easy with you. I got told if I purchase the pods (3) they would be bundled with our other bell items. Today I’m told I can get 2 and of course I’m being charged. Plus I waited on hold 30 minutes to find out why our highest level internet u offer is slow AF

    I need to call @Bell internet support and get them to fix my parents google home. It says the home isn’t communicating with the internet. The solution it says is to fix it on the router.

    So here’s a new one @Bell comes out, says they can’t install high speed but wants to be paid. When it was voiced that no service was actually provided they added more onto the bill @bellcanadalies #bellsucks

    4 conversation with @Bell talk to the loyalty dept. to upgrade a cell, the CS rep said "sorry cant help you, good luck on the new company", I am now going cancel all 4 of my #Bell services #Canada needs 2 do better & stop allowing these corporations to monopolize telecom industry

    Bell Canada sucks ***!! I told them I was in the hospital, twice, still suspend my account. Had/have hepatic encephalopathy. Legally could not pay them. Still want to screw me over for $1000 of there mistakes. FML (I did give them $200) @Bell

    @Bell while installing Bell5 have trespassed multiple times on my property and left damage. Been an ongoing problem for over a year. Never requested Bell5. Nobody knocks on your door to advise of anything. Multiple complaints. Terrible customer communication.

    @Bell @Bell @Bell help a customer out here! With 3 months of service that include 2 cells, tv and internet. 6-7 technicians, replaced all equipment, yesterday actually, and still problems! Leafs tonight and husband furious and on phone to you now. Help!!

    @TELUS is so far the Cheapest deal @rogerrwireless and @Bell both over $170.00 now per month. This is getting #OverPriced #CellPhoneBillsTooHigh wasnt our bills supposedly going down in 2 years. Yet all plans have gone up.
