Tried calling bell 7 times from the store. Hang ups wrong transfers. Wasted 5 hr. All it took was 2 call Rogers

Never requested Bell5. Nobody knocks on your door to advise of anything. Multiple complaints. Terrible customer communication.

Just signed up at cottage with EBox for 500 meg speed for $45, bell internet price was $75 for both 500M and 1.5G. Called Bell for home and asked for a better deal and they would only go down to $90. I said my next call will be to cancel .
