    Hey @Bell_Support promised end to outage in Downtown TO did not materialize. What is ETA? And maybe @CTV_PR can advise incoming boss Wade Oosterman & ask him when ppl can have Bell service and watch Crave TV again.. ? Ppl do pay for Bell service....

    @Bell_Support I spoke to CS - estimate is Sat @ 1030pm. They can provide 50gb additional lte data to bell cell customers. Otherwise you can request a credit from billing that will be calculated based on the duration of the service outage.

    @Bell_Support I spoke to CS - service restore estimate is Sat @ 1030pm. They can provide 50gb additional lte data to bell cell customers. Otherwise you can request a credit from billing that will be calculated based on the duration of the service outage.

    @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support Yes. Was told a month then 14 days. Honestly just done with Bell. Its always the customer service that makes me swear I won’t be back and somehow I get sucked in again.

    @Bell_Support No TV connection in North York. I was told it is an outage problem after 4 hours being on the phone with “level 2” They did not accept to schedule a technical service. Please inform me which outage problem is this and where? Why no other people not experiencing?
