I cancelled @Rogers for issues half this bad. Worked great for a week. $149 a month gets you 4 work days of access and 2 hours with Support.

I have noticed my ability to use cell networks in Ottawa and area seem to have greatly gone down on multiple devices(Apple/android) many friends agree the service has gotten really lousy and slow. Many of us signed up based on a specific monthly price. Instead of raising rates, Bell should be rewarding loyal customers. I encourage Bell to reconsider this increase and provide existing customers with the option to keep their current rate.
