Tech says there's no lines left so has to downgrade our service in order to stabilize it. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket can’t created because it’s a ongoing issue in brampton. Many of us signed up based on a specific monthly price. Instead of raising rates, Bell should be rewarding loyal customers. I encourage Bell to reconsider this increase and provide existing customers with the option to keep their current rate.

Freedom wireless is where it is at if you want to save money, (as long as you live in a region with it) Rogers uses 3rd party call centers in India and other nations as well. While charging you premium prices.

They told us they would do nothing and told us to buy a Fire Stick. Which wouldn't work as we cast to the streamer. So we aren't getting what we paid for.

They haven’t turned up YET AGAIN and can’t find record of him. This started on 3rd July!! BELL has to be WORST IN COMMUNICATION. Canada needs more competition!
