First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket can’t created because it’s a ongoing issue in brampton. They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. If you don’t remove them without charging me don’t worry I’ll cut them myself and you can deal with the outages that it will cause.
