@Food_Nomad @WriterWong @Bell is a mechanism for looting the poor of Canada.

  • EMS_Medic Philip Casimiri (@EMS_Medic) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

This is why @Bell is so bad. Wires down, across multiple houses driveways and all they say, is we will get someone there in 2 days or more. People can't leave their house all Bell is taking +2 days?!?!?!?

  • AZLOCDL AZLO (@AZLOCDL) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @ItsWayzy @Bell @TorontoUltra I need help

  • AZLOCDL AZLO (@AZLOCDL) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

  • tonkotsuchashu pickle (@tonkotsuchashu) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support network/system reset, but still my fibetv lags/buffers every few minutes. This is the new fastest service? Unbearable.

  • JamesRRubec James Rubec (@JamesRRubec) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@Bell The continued journey to find good internet returns #Mississauga @steve_cornwell Internet with Bell has been down all morning. I cancelled @Rogers for issues half this bad. Worked great for a week. $149 a month gets you 4 work days of access and 2 hours with Support.

  • jhndryl John Daryl (@jhndryl) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support @Bell Can someone help me apply it on my account?

  • JamesRRubec James Rubec (@JamesRRubec) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

Ok so here's the skinny. A plow knocked out the @bell transmission box a week ago. The next day, Bell had someone out and they fixed it. Almost a week out we've had ZERO issues. The internet is stable. #Mississauga

  • ChristineMF21 Christine Marinho (@ChristineMF21) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Awful experience with @Bell_Support! Over 4 hours that included a visit to the store and calls to over 5 agents with no resolution. How hard is it to connect an Apple Watch to your phone plan? #bellissues #nocustomerservice

  • _Jaspreet_Somal Jaspreet (@_Jaspreet_Somal) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@CRTCeng @Bell @CCTS_CPRST Hello, yes I have contacted them multiple times. And they say it has been a ongoing issue in my area. They gave me a 40 $ rebate on this months bill as well. However, I don’t have my phone working. It is really difficult to survive in these times where you need data and phone

  • _Jaspreet_Somal Jaspreet (@_Jaspreet_Somal) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@Bell_Support Hello, I have called your toll free number numerous times. First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket can’t created because it’s a ongoing issue in brampton. But brampton is a major city and I live in centre of it. 3 months of ongoing issue!? Weird

  • hqaddomi Hisham Qaddoumi (@hqaddomi) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

I woke up this morning to find that my #Bell internet is down! After many trials I called @Bell_Support to find out that my area has an outage. No email, no text message and they told me that they posted it on the website but I couldn't find it anywhere! Really?

  • CarylDineen Caryl Dineen 🇮🇪🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇨🇦 (@CarylDineen) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@DiLaheurte @medic6018 @Bell_Support That didn’t happen as this has been going in since Sunday the 28th and today is the 30th of November. What has happened to cause this S. Ontario and beyond problems? And when will I get my internet/wifi back?

  • DJFuzzboy Max Power - fake internet doctor again (@DJFuzzboy) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@TorontoFC @Bell I really liked this. He seems like a person you could easily hang out with for a while.

  • kevineproulx Kevin Edward Proulx (@kevineproulx) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Shudder @ShudderCanada You should know that Bell Canada is beyond lacking when it comes to customer service. This particular problem, it's been nearly a month ... nothing done. Sadly, not an encouraging launch for your partnership with them. @Bell_Support has never responded.

  • MarcoJBraam Marco Joshua Braam (@MarcoJBraam) reported from Brampton, Ontario

Another "Not my problem" experience with @Bell_Support . Tech says there's no lines left so has to downgrade our service in order to stabilize it. Bell won't fix the infrastructure until they can bring in Fiber to the neighborhood, not any time soon. #Monopolywithnoaccountability

  • gio_graphical Giovanna C (@gio_graphical) reported from Toronto, Ontario

We’re in 2021. Why is home internet so terrible @Bell ?

  • _Jaspreet_Somal Jaspreet (@_Jaspreet_Somal) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@CRTCeng @Bell @CCTS_CPRST no resolution of my problem with bell. They always tell me that a tech representative will visit my area but this never has happened. And funny thing is, 5g symbol shows on my phone screen wen calls are dropping and data is slower than 2g. This looks like a scam. Plz look into it

  • jhndryl John Daryl (@jhndryl) reported from Toronto, Ontario

1/2 Hi @Bell_Support! I would like to commend Mr. Euly from Loyalty Department +1 (866) 301-1942, for shedding me some light on our Bell Service. He has showed good customer service and did way way better than the previous customer representative I have spoke to.

  • JamesRRubec James Rubec (@JamesRRubec) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@JamesMacKNZ @Bell @TELUS Same network different company. Same problems.
