Any time you can choose an alternative you should do so. @startca @TekSavvyBuzz or any other 3rd party reseller will treat you better and give you better options.

They tried to tell me I never sent them the equipment back ( that after some Telus goof tried to make me believe the Canada Post will come driving out to the sticks and pick it up ) luckily I didn’t believe him and sent it by registered mail. Took me almost 3 months and many phone calls and a lot of grandstanding by Telus before they finally stopped being jerks.
