  @YRP @AMBERAlertONT You spend millions of taxpayer dollars to set up any system to help the community. Not burden it. Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

  @AdamReid_ @Bell @Bell_Support I used to work for a woman who was in charge of their customer service many yrs ago. Her mantra was that she didn’t care about solving problems. Her only measure of success was that phone calls were answered promptly. Nothing else. No other metric mattered. She was useless.

Their agents are ****, plans are atrocious, and god forbid you need to miss one frigging payment! One month missed and shut my phone off. 0 customer service help when called!
