Her mantra was that she didn’t care about solving problems. Her only measure of success was that phone calls were answered promptly. Nothing else. No other metric mattered. She was useless.

If I change my internet from 3gig to to 500mb/s its only $20 difference but fvcking bell keeps increasing the internet price so eventually I will be paying just as much as 3gig but getting 500mb speeds. they don't offer any cheaper phone plans either. I should have just switched service provider when the monthly credit expired, but its fvcking annoying having to re-setup internet and phone every other year. and who am I gonna switch to? back to @Rogers again ?
