I’ve never ever been treated with as much disrespect as I have been from @Bell_Support I hope no one I know ever signs up with them. Their customer service reps are the absolute worst.

Just got off the phone w @bell re cell phone upgrade. We've been customers for 10 yrs at a minimum of 225$ a month for 2 cell phones. Was offered 50 credit against upfront cost of cell phone. As a new customer I can walk off the st and get the IPHONE 11
@Bell spent over an hour on the phone as our internet went down (ongoing problem for bell for several months). The agent seemed less than concerned that this was not really anyone’s problem and I could wait till tomorrow. Thanks @Bell can always count on your poor service!
Feel like maybe I should just switch to @bell at this point with all the issues lately.
This is every conversation I have with @Bell_Support each tim I call for my mobility account : Hi can you help me with <Insert problem>. Sir you need to go to a mobility store... *sigh*
I would personally like to thank @Bell for not including my last bill when i paid out my contract and cancelled service in May and ALSO not emailing me to tell me this AND THEN sending debt collectors after me for $70 that no one told me I still owed :-)

@RogersHelps It’s all good we are bell customers now. I don’t make the decisions on my business cell plan but if I did you would have lost that too. @bell can’t pay for better marketing than Rogers horrible customer service
@Bell_Support the first company to give data to charges but don’t have that same energy regarding providing me service
