Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.

The Last of us!! (@ocp_sumit) reported@bellcanadahater @Bell Worst tech support. Transferred me to 4 different people within 2 hours, each of them left no notes on the account and I ended up doing same thing for each of them still no resolution and was asked to pay 75cad for a technician visit.

Appointment was made at store level by Sales person on the phone to Appointment desk. Yes, between 8 and 12. Up early...waited..no show. We had to go back to @Bell because @Rogers took 2 months to call us to say did we want someone to come out to assess the problem, with the contract we signed up in march or cancel the order. We kind of had enough. Missing out on the stanley cup games , my only regret.
