Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

I’m so incredibly frustrated with their garbage service when I signed up for internet and whole home security system and I had to upgrade my internet, pay extra and still haven’t got
