Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They have to reschedule due to being too late in the day after literally 3 hours of back in forth on the phone. Conclusion: cancel @bell even b4 it started
