Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

Many of us signed up based on a specific monthly price. Instead of raising rates, Bell should be rewarding loyal customers. I encourage Bell to reconsider this increase and provide existing customers with the option to keep their current rate.

After waiting & being let down twice eventually put cable in on 17th but didn’t bring any more equipment. Promised to be out today to complete job for tv and internet. Amit Jaiswal (@AmitJai20) reported@Bell @Bell_Support Pathetic service. My monthly payment was deducted, then reversed and I was charged a $30 NSF fee 3 times. Bell store told me to call Bell Finance Support, but my outgoing calls are barred. Why can't store handle billing issues? Very frustrating.

This is in response to a July 12 outage. Seriously??
