Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. Working on it, no one needed on site after waiting all day today

He’s saying another week to fix it and you have today at 10pm - that’s after saying Sunday at 10, Monday it was fixed, yesterday expected to be fixed in 3hrs or today by 10pm. You’re all liars.
