Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. We stopped all my elderly mother's Bell services, sent back the equipment, but they continued to charge her via a pre-authorized agreement.
