    @JohnnyR45382020 @Bell Livid, I called the support number they were able to restart the modem on their end and after about 30-40mins the connection came back. Their service is subpar for all the boasting they do

    @ShamanaDreams @Bell I got so mad I said Iโ€™ve done this countless times now itโ€™s not working you NEED to send a tech out! She finally agreed and when the tech came out he realized we did have a faulty box in the tv room in the basement and no cable down there for 6 months

    @ShamanaDreams @Bell Even the in person guy was like ya there was NOTHING you could have done on your own on your end to fix this. The box isnโ€™t working properly and he replaced it in 5 mins and left. Such a fricken hassle when the phone agents are clueless

    @mom2_k_and_p @Bell @Netflix_CA It is. That has nothing to do with it. Netflix used to be available on BELL fibe and now it no longer is. Itโ€™s not an โ€œaccount issueโ€ I have a Samsung smart tv luckily it has a separate app for Netflix, figured it out

    @Bell just a tip. Teach your door to door people to not ask a woman what kind of car her husband drives so they can know when heโ€™s home...nor comment on the fact of my alarm company. This is not service and is terrifying

    @ShamanaDreams @Bell We had one out the other week again and he told us this whole time we never actually had bell โ€œfibre opticsโ€ it was the old wiring and a ****** old modem which is why it wouldnโ€™t reach half the house and we kept getting โ€œblackoutsโ€ of service

    @Bell_Support Every time they do they just tell us our house is too big for the wifi to reach every angle which is a ridiculous excuse. We got the boosters hoping to fix the issue but as you can see itโ€™s very much hit and miss

    @Bell_Support Our wifi has been cutting in and out for about 10 hours a day for the past week. When we called in their only solution was that we "might have unplugged our bell boxes" and that they haven't been hearing about any issues. Other neighbours are also having issues.

    @bell why wonโ€™t the automated service allow me to speak with a live service agent for repair after they announce the issue that was fixed yesterday wasnโ€™t really fixed and may not be until Friday the 15th at 10pm? Working on it, no one needed on site after waiting all day today

    @its_gooseyy @Bell @Bell_Support Theyโ€™ve been lying to me all week - no phone service. They keep saying it will be fixed - now itโ€™s today by 10pm. A tech in the neighborhood told at least the end of next week. Canโ€™t even speak to someone because they say they are aware - then give a fake date to be fixed.

    @nath_beauregard @Bell I cancelled Bell a year ago. They give you a good 2 year deal and then screw you when its time to renew. After i cancelled they then want to give you a deal. Screw Bell. Never again

    @Bell was a firmware upgrade they told me I had to call in for which is unreal. Great support though. Hiwever, now, again trying to watch the game in 4k and keeps cutting out with an error code 101 im not calling to give through trouble shooting and miss it. #fail

    @Samsung crappy phones, crappy TVs and just all around crappy company. I dont think ill ever buy a samsung anything ever again. Its just throwing away money. And places like @Bell and @Rogers promote selling garbage.
