They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. We’ve had sporadic internet connection all day today and I’ve already restarted the modem a dozen times throughout the day and am now having to do the same (system reboot) with the cable 2 times in less than 5 minutes already 😡😡😡

I work from home and because of the long time wait trying to retrieve my wifi I was told to log off work(so I don’t get paid).
