-
jennifer evans 🇵🇰 (@nejsnave) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support interested in the policy. as you know we pay sone of the highest rates in the world for mobile service. what is the rationale behind service demotions? is it supposed to discourage ppl from using bandwidth? is there an upgrade option?
-
Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, OntarioI was told an hour ago @Bell_Support is on the way to fix the problem the other tech couldn’t fix a couple of days ago after days of them trying to fix remotely. Think I’ll get a rebate for the weeks not working?
-
Philip Casimiri (@EMS_Medic) reported from Mississauga, OntarioThis is why @Bell is so bad. Wires down, across multiple houses driveways and all they say, is we will get someone there in 2 days or more. People can't leave their house all Bell is taking +2 days?!?!?!?

-
𝓐𝓵𝓵𝓲𝓼𝓸𝓷 𝓜𝓲𝓬𝓱𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓮 𝓓 🇨🇦 (@Miss_Allison_D) reported from Markham, Ontario@ShamanaDreams @Bell We had one out the other week again and he told us this whole time we never actually had bell “fibre optics” it was the old wiring and a ****** old modem which is why it wouldn’t reach half the house and we kept getting “blackouts” of service
-
James Rubec (@JamesRRubec) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell The continued journey to find good internet returns #Mississauga @steve_cornwell Internet with Bell has been down all morning. I cancelled @Rogers for issues half this bad. Worked great for a week. $149 a month gets you 4 work days of access and 2 hours with Support.
-
pickle (@tonkotsuchashu) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support network/system reset, but still my fibetv lags/buffers every few minutes. This is the new fastest service? Unbearable.
-
AY ✨ (@kuso055) reported from Toronto, OntarioIf you’re considering switching your internet provider, DON’T switch to @Bell. My area has had an Internet outage for FOUR consecutive days.@Bell_Support has no idea what’s going on. I’ve already missed two days of work and at this rate who knows if we’ll have Internet on Monday
-
Chef Boehmer (@ChefBoehmer) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell worst customer service. My business internet down getting the runaround to get a Tec to the restaurant, have been told they will come on Monday but they can’t even find the work order. And refuse to send some immediately. Will be calling @RogersBiz first thing
-
Alessandro Stillo (@alstillo) reported from Vaughan, Ontario@AmazonHelp @Bell_Support - Be advised, a multitude of newly "refreshed" network names/items continue to mask their own digital identifiers (IP/MAC) to my network's integrities, accessing and serving remotely for their unauthorized accesses to my devices...
-
Space & Defense Sector (@SpaceSector001) reported from Purpleville, Ontario@Coffee4Life365 @Rogers @Bell Yeah. Telus are stupid that way. I use to work for Telus in BC. AST is the total solution even in airplanes. But dtarlink was lol he good for laptops and stuff in the air.
-
Charlie Li (@CharLehLi) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell it’s been 3 months, where’s my prepaid Visa card at, like you promised for being a new customer?
-
Modern Pundit (@sen127) reported from Toronto, OntarioIf you want to have the worse telecom experience go with @Rogers. They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Go with @Bell or @TELUS
-
Amanda Mae Risser (@AmandaRisser1) reported from Toronto, Ontario@UniforTheUnion @Bell why would an employee that doesn't get the same pension, etc. vote yes to strike to support people they don't even know and possibly lose money(income) and/or their job? They have nothing to gain from it. They aren't 'brothers' and 'sisters' as u say.
-
Mobeen Lalani (@mobeenlalani) reported from Toronto, OntarioThis is the third or fourth time this has happened with no communication to the customer this year. Beyond frustrated. @Bell, time you lost another.
Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jon Stone (@Stoney_13) reported@harbourtechx @Bell @Bell_Support Any resolution yet?
-
ildi (@illin33) reportedHey @Bell does 30 yrs of loyalty mean nothing? My parents have no land line and no one is going out to help them!!
-
Brenda Of The North 🇨🇦🌻🇬🇱 (@BrendaJeanCDN) reported@Reil76 @Bell I had the same issue, then it was completely off, turns out a squirrel chewed through my fibe cable.
-
SportsMom 🏒🏒🥅🏒 (@Nilan3073) reported@Bell_Support I have an unknown charge on my cc and an having trouble getting through to a human. Miss the good old days where clients can reach service providers.
-
DB Steiger (@DBSteiger) reported@Bell You have proved time and again that you don't actually care. The DM's go nowhere, solve nothing, and never escalate things to where they need to be. Pretending to ride in on white horse going "WELL ACTUALLY!" doesn't help. I gave up using Bell in favor of the slightly less horrid Telus, and at least I can get service when I call them. Hell, even that reply sounds like it was AI written. I have zero faith in your company left, and at 41 I hold a long grudge. It would take something significant to change my mind, after the hell you caused me.
-
Jimmy Davis (@JimmyDavis28) reported@Bell Unless you’re going to fix the issue of cell service in the province there’s nothing to discuss. This isn’t an issue isolated to a few people. As previous posters have said. 1st world prices for 3rd world service. I actually had better cell service when I was in Cuba.
-
April (@aprilsets) reported@Bell_Support is there an outage in Stoney creek, Ontario?
-
Cassidy Vermeeren (@CassidyV6) reportedHey Bell! Curious, does your fraud department actually exist? Have contacted and created multiple claims and haven't heard or seen anything come from Bell. So much for customer support. Explains why people end up with people hacking their accounts and stealing. @Bell_Support
-
Mike Moore (@HueyTheFrenchie) reported@mobinfiltrator @Bell The best choice I ever made was not having my tv/internet from the same provider as my cell. This way if one of them goes down I’m still good.
-
Carolyn Stanzel (@cstanzel2) reported@Bell Good Lord!! I have had a landline at my cottage for years. Last 10 years I have to call at beginning of season because of loud hum on line. I had tech out yesterday. Phone worked for 1 F’ing day!!! Today loud hum. I pay $57+/month for a phone I can’t use! Time to cancel!
