    If youโ€™re considering switching your internet provider, DONโ€™T switch to @Bell. My area has had an Internet outage for FOUR consecutive days.@Bell_Support has no idea whatโ€™s going on. Iโ€™ve already missed two days of work and at this rate who knows if weโ€™ll have Internet on Monday

    And the award for the worst possible internet service is @Bell our modem is less than feet away from the TV and this is the second day in a row @PrimeVideo wonโ€™t work bc of our crappy connectivity ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ not to mention the 8 hour service outtage a week ago!

    @mom2_k_and_p @Bell @Netflix_CA Yes I was damn near about to cancel my subscription. I pay for 2 screens but our tv in the basement isnโ€™t a smart tv with internet. It only worked down there bc Netflix had a channel on FIBE but now they donโ€™t Iโ€™m going to downgrade back to one screen

    @snughaven @Bell Bell screwed us over so they offered my mom a rate that no other company can beat sheโ€™s grandfathered in for life with this rate and doesnโ€™t want to give it up. I keep telling her whatโ€™s the point if itโ€™s below par service! Iโ€™d rather pay for decent wifi!

    Ok @Bell_Support four texts, several emails and app updates are appreciated during an outage but the outage was like seven minutes. Iโ€™m ok.

    Fun day. I find out that @chaptersindigo hasnโ€™t delivered an e-gift card I paid for and they said they had sent, but just as Iโ€™m trying to contact customer service my @Bell home service abruptly craps out. (Iโ€™m using my Telus mobile phone to tweet.)

    Hey @Bell_Support your Phone Based AI tech support keeps bumping me before routing me to an agent. Error 1102, and self repair isn't helping. I need to speak with a real person or do you not employ those anymore? $183 a month and I can't even get a technician scheduled jeez.

    @bellcanadahater @Bell Worst tech support. Transferred me to 4 different people within 2 hours, each of them left no notes on the account and I ended up doing same thing for each of them still no resolution and was asked to pay 75cad for a technician visit.

    @Bell_Support Hi, would you guys be able to help me with a new phone? I've switched over to bell mobility from virgin. I did it at best buy and they migrated my cell phone number over and setup my esim, now that im home, my phone cannot make calls and cannot text or has data.

    Not often one to be an angry customer, but here's a solid piece of advice for @Bell_Support: Take that AI chatbot offline and stick to exclusively human technical support, your bot is utterly useless. My router's power supply cable failed, but the AI refused to understand it.
