-
elle alder (@analogmotoring) reported from Toronto, Ontariofun: 3 hrs referred from @Bell store to store to store to find one to verify my identity at this address, only to find that I can only do so with a gas/power/water bill, but *not* a rental agreement—even though that covers all of those utilities. Never thought I’d consider Rogers
-
et (@etisme65) reported from Toronto, Ontario@marywells_xo @Bell_Support For everyone having issues, the Bell Fibe app is working so you can at least use that in the mean time.
-
𝓐𝓵𝓵𝓲𝓼𝓸𝓷 𝓜𝓲𝓬𝓱𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓮 𝓓 🇨🇦 (@Miss_Allison_D) reported from Markham, Ontario@JohnnyR45382020 @Bell Last week for example our wifi and cable which are both connected went out Friday morning at 8. We could get a connection for 3 mins maybe then it would disconnect for 5mins for 2.5 days. They didn’t send a tech out until Sunday! Dude confirmed there was a problem with a box
-
Charlie Li (@CharLehLi) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell already regretting for being a new customer with you guys. Way to go with false advertising and tricking your customers with your incentives that never happened. #getittogether #falseadvertising
-
Robert Montemurro (@rmontemurro1) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell_Support you guys are just terrible. I’m looking to open a new account and after two hours in a bell store and 55 minutes on the phone with 5 different people I’m still not done. They keep transferring me to the wrong department. I’m going to @rogers much better company!
-
Kevin Edward Proulx (@kevineproulx) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support FIBE TV still out in Scarborough, but Internet & phone OK. I had been out running errands & working outside most of day, only realized TV was not working near 9pm. Guess scheduled shows won't be recorded to PVR. Watching Netflix.
-
Bobby Barbie (@BobbyBarbieX) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support Hello. Are affected customers being compensated for the outage? My services have been affected.
-
𝓐𝓵𝓵𝓲𝓼𝓸𝓷 𝓜𝓲𝓬𝓱𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓮 𝓓 🇨🇦 (@Miss_Allison_D) reported from Markham, Ontario@snughaven @Bell Bell screwed us over so they offered my mom a rate that no other company can beat she’s grandfathered in for life with this rate and doesn’t want to give it up. I keep telling her what’s the point if it’s below par service! I’d rather pay for decent wifi!
-
𝚂𝚎á𝚗 𝙾’𝚂𝚑𝚎𝚊 Global News (@ConsumerSOS) reported from Toronto, Ontario@PhillSnel @Bell The anchor was disconnected. That’s bad for connections!
-
Barry Waite (@Toronto_PR_Guy) reported from Toronto, OntarioBell continues to have the worst mail platform ever. Glitchy, not user-friendly and now not working. @Bell_Support
-
Lauren O'Neil (@laurenonline) reported from The Beaches, Ontario@Bell_Support hi my internet is down and I really, really, really want to watch Shrinking. I pay you guys soooo much money every month, please help???
-
Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario@imthegaybaker @Bell @comcast Good luck! Bell responses are indeed robotic. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.
-
Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, OntarioMake a note how surprised I am the technician made everything worse because they were determined to switch me to fibre optics which I didn’t want then was unable to finish due to some problem but another tech is coming in a few days. Thanks for nothing @Bell_Support
-
Kevin Kerr (@KerrEteach) reported from Toronto, OntarioNot usually one for these type of tweets but DONE with @Bell @Bell_Support. Into day two of no phone, wifi or TV. ZERO outreach, only info is from us calling or DM. Vague details of a fix by 10 pm tomorrow. Unacceptable. Rogers, here we come.
-
Ralph Oliveira (@oralpholiveira) reported from Toronto, OntarioTwo of your agents are in my house right now installing a new order that I put of pure fiber, @Bell_Support Jesus Christ, why those guys have to speak on the phone all the time while they are at customer's house? This is completely inappropriate!
-
J Terra (@terrator) reported from Toronto, Ontario@CP24 She is such eye candy. Too bad that the only avenue she has is to use the human rights quasi court. @Bell should treat its workers better.
-
𝓐𝓵𝓵𝓲𝓼𝓸𝓷 𝓜𝓲𝓬𝓱𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓮 𝓓 🇨🇦 (@Miss_Allison_D) reported from Markham, Ontario@Withloveamber1 @Bell Is it a router problem for slow streaming services on the tv too? Half the time Netflix and Amazon and other steaming services freeze or take forever to load? Bell continually tells us their modem isn’t strong enough for our house 🤔
-
Mrtn Rd (@Mrtnreid) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support We have had our Internet down all day today. As a business with 28 employees and many customers coming in we can’t afford to wait till Monday for a service call. What can we do?

-
Dominic ferris (@Gristmill2002) reported@Bell. On phone with Bell for 1:20:44 so far to cancel TV package!!! Still on hold
-
Anik Dattani (@DattaniAnik) reported@Bell_Support Tried activating the $15 BYOD Smartwatch Standalone plan as a new customer. Website says it’s allowed, but phone support & stores keep passing me back & forth because your system forces a smartphone IMEI. Left on hold for over an hour. Please DM to fix this.
-
DB Steiger (@DBSteiger) reported@Bell You have proved time and again that you don't actually care. The DM's go nowhere, solve nothing, and never escalate things to where they need to be. Pretending to ride in on white horse going "WELL ACTUALLY!" doesn't help. I gave up using Bell in favor of the slightly less horrid Telus, and at least I can get service when I call them. Hell, even that reply sounds like it was AI written. I have zero faith in your company left, and at 41 I hold a long grudge. It would take something significant to change my mind, after the hell you caused me.
-
𝕰𝖑𝖎𝖘𝖘𝖚𝖍 ×͜× 💌🥀 (@H0pedivisionn) reported@_KRub__ @Bell i wouldn’t be either that’s such bs. they should be refunding you bc wtf is this “no return fee” just reading this pisses me off esp these days, everything is so expensive and people are struggling
-
IbbiKB (@IbbiKb) reportedIf you're a @Rogers mobile customer and take the Barrie Line @GOtransit train, does your internet just not work majority of the time once you leave downtown core? Is @Bell better? I just might have to switch coz this is pathetic
