It's as if they don't want new customers. @Bell it should not take 3 appts and counting to figure out what is needed for my installation. Terrible first impression.

If you donโt remove them without charging me donโt worry Iโll cut them myself and you can deal with the outages that it will cause.

They tried to tell me I never sent them the equipment back ( that after some Telus goof tried to make me believe the Canada Post will come driving out to the sticks and pick it up ) luckily I didnโt believe him and sent it by registered mail. Took me almost 3 months and many phone calls and a lot of grandstanding by Telus before they finally stopped being jerks.

One time they put her on hold just for the automated message to come in about 20-30 mins later saying theyโre closed and to call back. She was hung up on, berated etc. **** you @Bell
