I keep telling her whatโs the point if itโs below par service! Iโd rather pay for decent wifi!

They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they donโt appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Half the time Netflix and Amazon and other steaming services freeze or take forever to load? Bell continually tells us their modem isnโt strong enough for our house ๐ค

All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

They told us they would do nothing and told us to buy a Fire Stick. Which wouldn't work as we cast to the streamer. So we aren't getting what we paid for.
