They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@Bell_Support @Bell @Bell_Support lies again. Service repair for a telephone cable issue is now expected to be fixed by May 19th at 10 pm. That puts it at 10 days for 94 yr old who relies on her home phone for communication as well as safety with a life alert system.
