julia ribeiro (@juliarib) reported from Toronto, Ontarioyou may not care about the telecom monopoly in Canada until you need something urgent from @Bell_Support or Rogers and all the alternatives use the same cables/networks and you have no option but wait and miss work so they can solve issues as they wish.

Michael Hainsworth (@hainsworthtv) reported from Toronto, OntarioHey @Bell, way to kick a guy when he’s going through a COVID divorce. @AnnDooseTO moved her phone to her own account and now you’re hitting me with a $368 “cancellation fee” even though you haven’t lost a customer. “Let’s Talk” about THAT.
-
Shital Desai (@SaTSlabYorkU) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support I have already done that several times. The support staff keeps giving new timelines. 12.30 pm was the latest, there is no solution. Do you think that giving us 30$ as compensation is enough after an outage for 2 days
-

Damian Boissiere, CFA (@BoissiereRealty) reported from Toronto, OntarioTrying to switch from Rogers to Bell for internet and somehow Bell keeps dropping the ball. -
Follow your Bliss (@Frisky_Risky) reported@Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?
-
BCOz (@BCOz70) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell I’d love to know who gets a Retention rebate, I’m pretty certain you see a demographic behind it. Why does my bill state $141 for Fibe 1.5g minus a $30 bundle. But if you go online the service is $90 for 1.5g and bundle discount for $70. I’ve called numerous times to retention and always told I am getting the best rate they can offer.
-
Luc Groleau (@LucGroleau) reported@Bell 2/2 ....she bought a variety pack of Quest bars. There were 4 peanut bars which she cannot eat without dying. 3 bars remaining now. Only Bell techs were here. Khan (@FerozKh08656482) reported@Bell @Bell_Support Shittiest internet ever I use to be with rogers and I switched last month and I am fed up already this is so annoying especially since I work from home and heavily reliant on good internet and bell sucks

Chump_Canuck (@ch_morson) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell we learned this in grade 9, as a very basic concept. Large box companies equal zero competition. Always support local. Unfortunately local lost.
-
Linkies4life (@linkies4life) reported@stunlokked @Bell Wait for a scamming (you know the demographic) door to door salesman. He will tell you about a new customer promo. You tell him you already have service. He tells you to pretend you're moving out of the country and close the acct. Sign up with another member of the house.
