My favourite line working with @Bell_Support when I asked them to try calling my phone line when it suddenly went down. “We cannot call out by phone.” The phone company said (wrote) that to me. They cannot call out by phone.

  • JeffreyLuscombe Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Third times the charm! Was a production number for the poor guy to fix it tho. Thank you, Bell. ! Now let’s talk rebate for no phone or Internet for 2+ weeks, @Bell_Support. More in my DM. 👍🏻

  • JeffreyLuscombe Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Nope. Tech didn’t understand problem and he can’t divert from his service ticket. Internet won’t be fixed (tho still being billed). @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support is in the internet down in Scarborough, Ontario?

  • JeffreyLuscombe Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Make a note how surprised I am the technician made everything worse because they were determined to switch me to fibre optics which I didn’t want then was unable to finish due to some problem but another tech is coming in a few days. Thanks for nothing @Bell_Support

  • JeffreyLuscombe Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Tech can’t fix the problem with my Internet but he did understand the problem. He’s trying to fix the one phone jack but Internet can’t be fixed (tho still being billed, of course). @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support Hello. Are affected customers being compensated for the outage? My services have been affected.

  • Toronto_PR_Guy Barry Waite (@Toronto_PR_Guy) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Bell continues to have the worst mail platform ever. Glitchy, not user-friendly and now not working. @Bell_Support

  • stepz168 Stephan Chan (@stepz168) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support Horrible. You guys sent me back to call and waited another 2 hours with no resolutions

  • itoope ist🏌️⛳️🥃🍻🚴‍♂️ (@itoope) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support your new fibetv update has been horrible. Freezing for the last two days. Rebooted. Restarted. Re everything. Still sucking.

  • nejsnave jennifer evans 🇵🇰 (@nejsnave) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support interested in the policy. as you know we pay sone of the highest rates in the world for mobile service. what is the rationale behind service demotions? is it supposed to discourage ppl from using bandwidth? is there an upgrade option?

  • oralpholiveira Ralph Oliveira (@oralpholiveira) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Two of your agents are in my house right now installing a new order that I put of pure fiber, @Bell_Support Jesus Christ, why those guys have to speak on the phone all the time while they are at customer's house? This is completely inappropriate!

  • Bucky_5000 Ariel White (@Bucky_5000) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Ok @Bell_Support four texts, several emails and app updates are appreciated during an outage but the outage was like seven minutes. I’m ok.

  • BoissiereRealty Damian Boissiere, CFA (@BoissiereRealty) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Trying to switch from Rogers to Bell for internet and somehow Bell keeps dropping the ball. It's as if they don't want new customers. @Bell it should not take 3 appts and counting to figure out what is needed for my installation. Terrible first impression.

  • MLarmon Michael (@MLarmon) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support I would like to know how to get off your telephone spam service. I am getting multiple calls a day from 18669880885 after installation of services to my apartment. I would like the incessant calls from your marketing department to stop.

  • terrator J Terra (@terrator) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@CP24 She is such eye candy. Too bad that the only avenue she has is to use the human rights quasi court. @Bell should treat its workers better.

  • JeffreyLuscombe Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I was told an hour ago @Bell_Support is on the way to fix the problem the other tech couldn’t fix a couple of days ago after days of them trying to fix remotely. Think I’ll get a rebate for the weeks not working?

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • RyanOnBoard Ryan A (@RyanOnBoard) reported

This @Rogers @RogersHelps outage (still not back up properly...funny how I can only use Twitter & Reddit via cellular data, but YouTube is fully functional) further emphasizes we cannot have two companies monopolizing our telecommunications (yes, calling you out too @Bell)

  • valdezsays Valdez (@valdezsays) reported

Hey @Bell , what packages do you have to offer @Rogers customers that would like to move to a dependable service?

  • DesTanyEmpire no filter (@DesTanyEmpire) reported

@hillsje @mark_slapinski @Bell You do realize that Bell has higher, and more hidden fees, and some of the most unstable service in the country right? But good try, you should get a job with Mark at T99

  • katie44121 Kathy (@katie44121) reported

@emarceg @Limbictweets We pay very little for Bell landline as it is bundled with internet & Fibe TV ( we pay way too much for crappy service from @Bell). Cell is Rogers. Bell landline stand alone service starts at $50/month. Bell or Rogers -choose who you would prefer to get screwed by

  • steveslacker Steve Slack (@steveslacker) reported

Lesson learned from yesterday’s @Rogers outage: diversify. Our household is currently Rogers everything: TV, internet, home phone and cellular. Won’t be much longer. Will be moving some of those services to @bell or @TELUS.

  • jhlm2004 JHM 🇨🇦 (@jhlm2004) reported

@Bell_Support Do you have hardwired landlines? Like phone lines what won't go down in the event of power failure or internet disruptions?

  • AngusMemes4 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬 🇨🇦 🇺🇲 🇷🇺 (@AngusMemes4) reported

@TorontoDad5 @Bell Yeah Rogers has lost me as a customer.

  • drumbonsai AsianofUganda(pj) (@drumbonsai) reported

@gmbutts #rogersoutage Gov of Canada should take over this monopoly. @Rogers charges arm and a leg and 1 eye for ****** service. Gov of Canada makes it very reliable. Want to go to bell 🤢 🤕 Hate @Bell

  • realjluque Jason Luque (@realjluque) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Amazes me that @Bell reps aren't going door to door right now. The trust & faith in this company has been broken & a token credit won't cut it. The ppl that have suffered medical emergencies the last 30 hrs & didn't get immediate help (911) should class action #rogersoutrage

  • Ribeiroc78 Carlos Ribeiro (@Ribeiroc78) reported

@INTERAC Let me guess, adding another useless supplier like @Bell to your network.
