They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. AZLO (@AZLOCDL) reported from Toronto, OntarioI’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

OLASEGA (@olasega) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support So my wifi at home is bell and today they sent 2 of their technicians around 1pm to come bury the wires underground as I moved to this house in the winter. After they left I noticed that the wifi shut off completely and I called them to resolve the issue.

Hardest part was cancelling the services because of the crappy incompetent barely English speaking agents at Telus. I don’t ever plan to switch back to any crap Canadian Cartel Communication company.
