When connected he was not able to locate the Account Info for 30 mins. Provided every Personal Info and Modem Info, only to be hung up on. Absolutely disgusting and beyond unprofessional !!!!

Been a customer for 25+ years and still have to make the annual call to get the bill and rate adjusted to latest promo. Such a bad business practice! DVR is garbage and try to even find the 1-800 number. We keep it on the fridge because you can't find it anywhere on the website which is useless.

Your customer service chat drops and we have to start all over, itβs impossible to talk to anyone (such a poor connection on your end that they ended the call). This is atrocious for what people pay.
