We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. When connected he was not able to locate the Account Info for 30 mins. Provided every Personal Info and Modem Info, only to be hung up on. Absolutely disgusting and beyond unprofessional !!!!

My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!
