I’m the customer I would prefer you take it up on my behalf

I had the engineer here yesterday and another one last week. We can just go on and on, it’s something outside my house. Down to you sorry

I can't get through to anyone and the website outage map is never updated. Help!

Drew Wallner (@trackofalljades) reported@erinpepler @cogeco If we treated education as a critical service, the teachers would have the support, infrastructure, and training to make this irrelevant...it’s absurd that we have them using residential class broadband for work. Cogeco’s business customers had zero downtime this week.
