This is quite unusual. Is there network maintenance going on or something?

I had the engineer here yesterday and another one last week. We can just go on and on, it’s something outside my house. Down to you sorry

NOT ONE PERSON KNOWS ANYTHING. “We’ll pass a message along and somebody will call you”. Couldn’t finish the call, my phone died.

I have 500 up/down and it's more than good enough for a 6k bit rate with multiple people using internet. 1K would be more than enough and that should run you ~ $120 ish a month?

Stevo (@puulima) reported@elkenergyinc Apparently they came back. Closed the breaker at the pole, and left. Still no phone call/knock at the door. Talked to the Cogeco guy sitting across the street. They also had no power/low voltage overnight. So assuming this issue affected all the houses on the transformer?
