At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported@NBomb Toronto Hydro had such a network, sold it to Cogeco. Don’t be surprised if the City of Toronto’s network will go the same way eventually. Also, from what I read, this is just trunks/backbone, doesn’t have last mile, expects someone else to do it. (maybe I am wrong).

One time I was desperate enough that I actually purchased a month of Sportsnet thru Apple TV even though I already had it through Cogeco. Please fix so it doesn't happen again.
