This is the first time fibre has been cut in that area in the course of the time I've worked for them. I rarely see issues in Pembroke/Petawawa. My advice is to work with Cogeco as it's likely isolated to you.

This has been the case for weeks, and when we asked to have the older hardwired boxes instead were told - oh that’s $10/month more. Your service is a complete waste of $$.

rj_tweety (@rj_tweety) reported@cogecohelps Not unusual at all in my experience. Thank god for Cbc streaming it without requiring the authentication from Cogeco like sportsnet does. When the message indicated it's a problem on your end I shouldn't need to call tech support.
