    @Execulink @cogecohelps @cogeco My biggest question is why Execulink relies on Cogeco owned lines? 2nd question is why Cogeco doesn't inform Execulink when there is a service outage? We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, If u could please DM me w/ the best # to call. I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

    @cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

    Itโ€™s 9:48pm in Oakville Ontario. Anyone else still having issues with #cogeco Internet and phone services. On hold with them and there is no recorded messages about problems.

    @cogeco To be honest with you I have reached out to them for several years now, there are lots of businesses around here and the demand must be greater than the supply the service is poor and itโ€™s up to you to fix it. Iโ€™m the customer I would prefer you take it up on my behalf

    The new #cogeco interface is absolute sh*t ...nothing works... when it does for a bit itโ€™s slow as molasses... and then decides to reset Result= when premier league season is over, weโ€™re dropping cable

    @cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

    @cogeco I speak to them about 4 times a week and every weekend it just goes on and on...the service is consistently awful. My neighbors all think the same too, we think itโ€™s something in the road.

    @cogeco you don't have a phone number anymore for technical support? It has been a week I have rebooted the modem three times. I am paying for one gigabyte per second service, but the damn thing is not working at all. It just keeps on stalling all the time.

    @cogecohelps Why are you making this so hard? I live a hour and half from Detroit. I want to get the Detroit feed every night. Cogeco for some reason never puts on the Detroit feed. I know it is not Rogers's fault. The one night I complained. Cogeco during the game flipped to the Detroit feed

    Signed up for 2Gbps service from @cogeco this morning! Was done very conveniently online through their chat service and had the modem in 2 hours! Got home and set it up and only have 1Gbps! Now I have been on the phone with 3 agents who canโ€™t help! @cogecohelps #help

    @cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

    @cogeco I have a problem. I spent the last 50 minutes dancing through your menu system trying to fix my internet. I can't get hold of a actual person to resolve the issue after using the self help portion. I want to talk to an actual human!

    Cogeco is hands down the worst telecom monopoly in Canada. They pay employees poorly and charge exorbitant rates that rise every few months. **** the Competition Bureau, the Ontario labour minister, and **** this company.
