I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Agent was clueless and useless

Receive my epico yesterday and I get 1 box and find out more boxes cost extra???? Are you serious Cogeco? Cancel. I don't want it.

I have been told that there is work order in place but won't be completed in 6 10 business days. I can't even do my online school.
