I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. One minute my speed is lightning, and then it’s gone. My cameras cut out, my alarm won’t work, but they refuse to do anything!
