We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

Steve Hayman (@shayman) reported from Trafalgar, OntarioCogeco dropping TSN Go is a minor thing but it bugs me. Researching internet options ... 2 blocks away from my house - in a new development - Bell offers 1.5 Gbps fiber service. Here, Bell only offers 50 Mbps. Grrr.

At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco.
