    @cogeco I speak to them about 4 times a week and every weekend it just goes on and on...the service is consistently awful. My neighbors all think the same too, we think itโ€™s something in the road.

    @cogecohelps Cogeco Internet service seems to have been restored as of 6:33pm on Tue Aug 10 However I am not getting the Gigabit bandwidth performance I am paying for. Are there additional issues that are being addressed?

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Yes still problems. Tech support says it will take up to 2 weeks to rectify.

    @cogeco it amazes me that you can get through to sales within seconds but end up on hold to cancel one of three services. Your website for self serve Epico premium internet has been down for days. It seems easier to switch to @Bell?

    @cogeco There was a power outage in Burlington this afternoon. I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Agent was clueless and useless

    @Bell Iโ€™m new costumer Iโ€™ve been waiting a week for cable & wifi installation. contacted costumer service and what I got as a answer was โ€œif you are not happy you can cancel you orderโ€ i will and go back with cogeco at least theyโ€™re nice ppl thanks !

    @cogeco Just spent 1 hour trying to get ahold of Technical Support. When connected he was not able to locate the Account Info for 30 mins. Provided every Personal Info and Modem Info, only to be hung up on. Absolutely disgusting and beyond unprofessional !!!!

    Years using internet services in two different countries and the guys from @cogeco and support team has the best customer service until now so far !

    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, If u could please DM me w/ the best # to call. I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

    @cogeco Just a heads up after the storm. Tree has taken out lines in my neighbours backyard and tore down our cable line for TV and Internet. PM for address as I know your phone line is very busy (to be expected)

    @cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

    @cogeco I already called in earlier and the lady I spoke to said she would be back to me in 5 mins that was several hours ago now. I had the engineer here yesterday and another one last week. We can just go on and on, itโ€™s something outside my house. Down to you sorry

    @cogeco @cogecohelps It is utterly frustrating to have internet issues in Milton - Beaty Neighbourhood, EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! So difficult to be able to work like this. We tried all, restarts, etc. No Solutions

    @MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan Bell and Cogeco don't over charge new customers, they charge less than most US providers. They simply do. The only issue Canada has with telecom, is that there is nothing to stop them from increasing that price on existing customers unless it's a contract price freeze deal

    @ManyBeenRinsed I cancelled with Cogeco when they increased our bill without any notification last month. Internet performance was awful a lot of the times leading up to the increase

    Update. After over 2 days without service it has been restored. Apparently another Cogeco tech physically cut the connection to their terminal box. How does that happen and why could your system not detect it? Finally, when will I be refunded?

    Big thanks to @cogeco for having my wifi down all day and tell itโ€™s costumers itโ€™s gonna be up by a certain time then delay it every hour and so on, Iโ€™m going back the @Bell I guess you get what you pay for!

    @zubic_eth @cogeco @Starlink Yeah theyโ€™re all a problem. In my hood itโ€™s cogeco or bell. I dont know much about starlink but might look into it for my dad. Heโ€™s stuck with execulink which is just another reseller.

    @cogeco is saying thereโ€™s been a fibre cut in the #Burlington area and working towards a fix by 3:26 AM April 13!!!!!!!! Not good enough sons.

    @cogecohelps Everyone I speak to from @cogeco says all the right thingsโ€ฆ then nothing happens. It actually said in the work order that 2 techs are required. One showed up. This is the 3rd time this exact problem has occurred.
