    @cogeco Hi Jodi... called about 10x.... had a technician out he said a crew would be out to fix things two days ago. We havent had TV, Internet or Phone working since last Thurs! I want to see!!! ๐Ÿš๐Ÿšงโš’

    anyone know of good inexpensive internet. I use Cogeco for internet but I am trying to help someone out Not sure. My phone is with @virginmobilecan but I think they can be costly..

    @cogeco To be honest with you I have reached out to them for several years now, there are lots of businesses around here and the demand must be greater than the supply the service is poor and itโ€™s up to you to fix it. Iโ€™m the customer I would prefer you take it up on my behalf

    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, If u could please DM me w/ the best # to call. I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

    @cogecohelps @rivermeredith Acquired Cogeco last Sunday. This is the third outage in 5 days. I need to guess and search for information, you donโ€™t take calls... this is an absurd.

    @Execulink @cogecohelps @cogeco My biggest question is why Execulink relies on Cogeco owned lines? 2nd question is why Cogeco doesn't inform Execulink when there is a service outage? We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

    @cogecohelps Our Execulink Internet service out since approximately 4pm. At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. Is there any info you can provide? #BurlON

    @cogeco Thatโ€™s good advice but not everyone has a Smart TV. Itโ€™s a backward way to go about it. Much better if Cogeco fixes the problem at its source.

    Years using internet services in two different countries and the guys from @cogeco and support team has the best customer service until now so far !

    @cogecohelps I shouldn't have to follow anyone and DM but sitting on hold for 1:14 is ridiculous!! The call is because of the Cogeco creep, every few months the bill goes up! Is there better service, obviously not. Loosing channels but prices keep going up. So damn frustrating!!

    @Maisse51089073 @karinaoliva21 Whilst I agree it was a very poor choice to use that specific photo when one of the the main 7 wouldโ€™ve been the best call for this kind of award, it makes me sad for R GK mostly because yes theyโ€™ve now acknowledged H exists and is their main lead too! But even the cogeco awards was only a photo of Fran/ Hudson, so why not Fran/RGK? For that one and HudCon for this one? Their pr team really are Ffing up so badly!

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I called Cogeco before about some issue. When I got a call back I was driving my car! Hardly useful. Yes they renewed a backyard cable (which should have been checked on installation!). I guess you get what you pay for
