When connected he was not able to locate the Account Info for 30 mins. Provided every Personal Info and Modem Info, only to be hung up on. Absolutely disgusting and beyond unprofessional !!!!

I had the engineer here yesterday and another one last week. We can just go on and on, itโs something outside my house. Down to you sorry

I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. DVR is garbage and try to even find the 1-800 number. We keep it on the fridge because you can't find it anywhere on the website which is useless.

I'm keeping an eye on her, checking on her regularily. This should never happen. We aren't in a war zone, a Corp. must always have back-up.
