I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. I'd stay with them if the upload speed wasn't the same as I was getting in 2001....... I can't remote into my home pc or pull files from my own NAS because it's brutal slow and useless.
