When connected he was not able to locate the Account Info for 30 mins. Provided every Personal Info and Modem Info, only to be hung up on. Absolutely disgusting and beyond unprofessional !!!!

I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Agent was clueless and useless

One minute my speed is lightning, and then itβs gone. My cameras cut out, my alarm wonβt work, but they refuse to do anything!
