Only thing that works on the network is my Firestick. I’ve reset the modem as well, nothing worked! Thanks in advance

They can take ownership of the situation but refuse to do so. It feels punitive for having chosen a reseller, who incidentally provides fantastic customer care.

They’ve stolen from her in the past too, absolute scum of the earth.

The call is because of the Cogeco creep, every few months the bill goes up! Is there better service, obviously not. Loosing channels but prices keep going up. So damn frustrating!!
