    @cogeco There was a power outage in Burlington this afternoon. I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Agent was clueless and useless

    @cogeco Hi there, just over the last few days my Wifi network will not connect to my phone, laptop & PS4, it says our password is wrong & it was never changed. Only thing that works on the network is my Firestick. Iโ€™ve reset the modem as well, nothing worked! Thanks in advance

    Itโ€™s 9:48pm in Oakville Ontario. Anyone else still having issues with #cogeco Internet and phone services. On hold with them and there is no recorded messages about problems.

    Excuse me @cogeco . Iโ€™m trying to watch WRESTLEMANIA 6 on the WWE Network and itโ€™s working fine except a pop up comes up every 30 seconds saying the channel is unavailable. Fix this please

    Couldnโ€™t agree more - @cogeco recently scammed my 92 year old grandmother by telling us her phone service ended a month later then it actually did, then removed the promo rate from her bill. Theyโ€™ve stolen from her in the past too, absolute scum of the earth.

    @cogeco I have 1 box is shut down, rebooting has not helped. Just says โ€œthis channel available shortlyโ€, also another box doing same thing but I shut off for 2 mins it comes back

    @cogeco Thank you ๐Ÿ™ I use Cogeco internet and enjoy your service. Otherwise I donโ€™t get why Cogeco contractors hang the cable lines everywhere like spider webs. Dynes road is an example of this type of Cogeco handy work.

    @cogeco Just spent 1 hour trying to get ahold of Technical Support. When connected he was not able to locate the Account Info for 30 mins. Provided every Personal Info and Modem Info, only to be hung up on. Absolutely disgusting and beyond unprofessional !!!!

    @RetroLabs_com interesting. im getting 2gbit down now from @cogeco - but 140mbit up.... which is sad. I'd stay with them if the upload speed wasn't the same as I was getting in 2001....... I can't remote into my home pc or pull files from my own NAS because it's brutal slow and useless.

    I live in a townhome complex. Wifi has been down since noon when road crew cut cable. I called immediately and was told they would fix it THIS afternoon. This evening, I spent 1-1/2 hours on hold with @cogeco only to be told it will be another 24-48 hours!!
