@cogeco To be honest with you I have reached out to them for several years now, there are lots of businesses around here and the demand must be greater than the supply the service is poor and it’s up to you to fix it. I’m the customer I would prefer you take it up on my behalf

@Bell_Support I’m new costumer I’ve been waiting a week for cable & wifi installation. contacted costumer service and what I got as a answer was “if you are not happy you can cancel you order” i will and go back with cogeco at least they’re nice ppl thanks !

@cogecohelps How do I find out WHEN internet service will be provided to my address in J0T 1J0 I know Cogeco has been contracted to expand service in the Laurentian’s. But no one can tell me when. It’s been almost a year since the Government funding has been provided. Still NO SERVICE AT ALL
