When connected he was not able to locate the Account Info for 30 mins. Provided every Personal Info and Modem Info, only to be hung up on. Absolutely disgusting and beyond unprofessional !!!!

This is quite unusual. Is there network maintenance going on or something?

They can take ownership of the situation but refuse to do so. It feels punitive for having chosen a reseller, who incidentally provides fantastic customer care.

Only thing that works on the network is my Firestick. Iβve reset the modem as well, nothing worked! Thanks in advance
