I've reset modem and tv box at least 5 times in 2 days. Bell Fibe didn't even break a sweat to get 50+ mbps. #unacceptable

Additionally, I have been on the line for 45 minutes and I am now getting a $5 credit — for 4 days of interrupted internet.

I was on hold for 75 minutes even though the estimated wait time was only a pathetic 45 minutes, and then you hung up without answering. I've now signed up with Bell Fibe and will cancel Cogeco if I can ever get someone on the phone.
