I've reset modem and tv box at least 5 times in 2 days. Bell Fibe didn't even break a sweat to get 50+ mbps. #unacceptable

I’m genuinely confused why I need to pay more money to obtain service after past debt was settled. I have the signed letter showing settlement. No agent can seem to provide me proof!

Had some tech issues needed a technician just got a $75 technician charge but I’ll fight it tomorrow

I refuse to pay for cable, I have antenna tv, use locally owned internet provider with awesome service & a streaming service. These companies don't care about you.

Never (and with the state of Canada's telecom industry this is saying something) have I ever seen a more disorganized, complete MESS of a company.
