I've reset modem and tv box at least 5 times in 2 days. Bell Fibe didn't even break a sweat to get 50+ mbps. #unacceptable

Been a customer for 25+ years and still have to make the annual call to get the bill and rate adjusted to latest promo. Such a bad business practice! "You dont need one" On to the service department. Within 2 seconds, it will cost you $75 dollars. I wiuld switch but Cogeco would have to dig up my driveway
