Additionally, I have been on the line for 45 minutes and I am now getting a $5 credit — for 4 days of interrupted internet.

I called to confirm. Told it’s now tmrw 5-8. Why did someone not call to communicate? Do I need to change providers? 😡

For the amount of money we pay for your service we don’t expect this to be happening so often. Please look into making things better for your customers.

Even then how does @cogeco @cogecohelps not notify us before hand or even have records in their systems of what's going on at our house. We literally had to read the letter to them over the phone because they didn't know what was going on.

MJ (@Northern_MarkJ) reported@Eastlink Thank your techs for restoring service. Generally extremely pleased with Eastlink's stability 99.9% of the time. May I suggest you consider a text message based alert system for outages similar to what Cogeco uses.
