@cogeco @cogecohelps I'm very unhappy with the services and the customer service/support. There is no number to call. All are disconnected.(taking people for fools you give them the number from the website and the number doesn't work) BAD Service in looking for another provider

@cogecohelps @cogeco is it your policy to request payment for service even after debt is settled? I’m genuinely confused why I need to pay more money to obtain service after past debt was settled. I have the signed letter showing settlement. No agent can seem to provide me proof!

Hey @cogecohelps @cogeco. New customer here. Why was I promised/paying for 1 Gig internet speed when I'm barely getting 5 mbps? I've reset modem and tv box at least 5 times in 2 days. Bell Fibe didn't even break a sweat to get 50+ mbps. #unacceptable

@cogecohelps and yet another outage in our area. Also, the website you refer everyone too that’s “always up to date” with outages is not up to date. I had to call and find out. Wasting 1.5hrs of work time. Guess work from home isn’t an option if you have cogeco as a provider.

@MissyDeyo Just curious. I'm with Cogeco and they can be a pain in the *** sometimes. I got epico last summer and after the technician left, I had to sign in to watch T.V. I kept trying it and it wouldn't work. I kept screaming at the t.v because it wouldn't work.
