@cogeco Is cogeco busy? We report our 2 lines since yesterday and they tell us today from 8 am to 5 pm we would have someone checking the problem. Well it’s past 5 and nobody came to help us. Do you have too much work?

@cogeco Had service appt last night 5-8. No show. I called, was told it was rebooked for tonight 5-8. Rec’d verification call for TONIGHT. I called to confirm. Told it’s now tmrw 5-8. Why did someone not call to communicate? Do I need to change providers? 😡

Cogeco is down again! Cogeco went down at June 13, 2022 at 11:15AM in Ancaster. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. Cogecohelps

@cogeco @cogecohelps we have been without internet for TWO WEEKS. Each time we call the for answers you’re surprised no one has fixed the issue. We both work from home and have spent over $400 on data. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

@CanadianUkrain1 Umm… a VPN would never show a host as a residential ISP like Cogeco. Cogeco isn’t in the business of providing VPN hosting. It would show the name and IP of whatever server farm the VPN contracted in that country. Whoever clicked that link was using their unprotected IP.
