@cogeco having issue with the internet again. Any outage in Niagara? Also is there a way to reset the tv channel so they stop cutting ? ( watching TV and the show keeps cutting and it’s doing this on all my channels

@cogeco @cogecohelps I'm very unhappy with the services and the customer service/support. There is no number to call. All are disconnected.(taking people for fools you give them the number from the website and the number doesn't work) BAD Service in looking for another provider

Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps the internet service is down in Vineland and the Community TV channel is out too. Any news on when this will be resolved. People are working at home and students are learning at home.

There have even been warning about Cogeco's networks becoming like Rogers network if the Cogeco entertained Rogers offer to buy them. Rogers Network is a [low] class on its own. I'm leaving #Cogeco once stores reopen. I'm paying for 40mbps (which I was getting before outages with no problems) now I'm getting throttled down to 1.8mbps repeatedly for 3-5 minutes! Not happy. Any suggestions for ISP?

@Teach_Laidlaw @cogeco I managed to get a board laptop and CB this time around (had them in school because I go from room to room) and brought home an iPad too. Last time it was completely my own tech as I was never given a computer. But internet (data, when that’s down) and doc cam are my own.
