I've reset modem and tv box at least 5 times in 2 days. Bell Fibe didn't even break a sweat to get 50+ mbps. #unacceptable

Been a customer for 25+ years and still have to make the annual call to get the bill and rate adjusted to latest promo. Such a bad business practice! I have had the worst experience with them and more outtages than I ever had with bell fibe. I switched because bell got crazy pricey but **** it's worth it at this point.

If I had the option to get Telus, I'd never, ever get Rogers or Bell again. I'd even take Cogeco over both of them. But, I really want Telus to come to Atlantic Canada.

I'd stay with them if the upload speed wasn't the same as I was getting in 2001....... I can't remote into my home pc or pull files from my own NAS because it's brutal slow and useless.
