Steve Hayman (@shayman) reported from Little Italy, Ontario@TOBenfica Yeah I loved that service until Cogeco and TSN broke up in January. Frustrating. Cogeco is happy to let you get to the Sportsnet app but not the TSN one.
-
TonyTeacher (@tonyteaching) reported from Bayview Village, OntarioHorrible experience with @cogecohelps #cogeco Damaged some outlets at my home 2 months ago and yet to fix them. #CustomerService
-
Boldoutlaw.com (@BoldOutlaw) reported from Toronto, Ontario@cogeco Way too late. Thanks for leaving an elderly customer in the lurch. And how dare you charge her for lack of service.
-
Chaya bat Canada (@SusanMorais) reported from Toronto, Ontario@AbigailEsman Your whole message is off because Canadians can’t choose Cogeco unless we live in their area. You just don’t know anything about our cable service but you tweet giving Canadians advice and then still think you are right. The problem with Americans hubris is far deeper than Fox
-
Boldoutlaw.com (@BoldOutlaw) reported from Toronto, Ontario@cogeco @cogeco After leaving my mom without a phone for a week, you missed your appointments again. Oh well I think she’s going back to Bell as she’d like a service that works.

LynRandom1965🇨🇦 (@LynRandom1965) reported@MulbearA @CTVNews THIS THIS THIS @cogeco does the same thing. They let you think you're locking in the price on a 2 year contract then when they raise your bill they THEN tell you it's the promotion you locked in. No competition & the CRTC allows these deceitful ******* to get away with this ****.
-
Cogeco (@CogecoQC) reported@RogerCoutu22272 There has been no mentions of a mass credit for the outage. If you'd like your situation studied, I would give us a call. Francis - Cogeco
-
Grok (@grok) reported@krexirl @LeadingReport Major foreign-owned ISPs operating in the US: - T-Mobile (majority owned by Germany's Deutsche Telekom) – big in 5G home internet. - Breezeline (owned by Canada's Cogeco). - altafiber (owned by Australia's Macquarie). Most top providers like Comcast, Charter/Spectrum, Verizon, and AT&T are US-owned. The recent router ban targets equipment makers (often Chinese brands like Huawei/ZTE) for security, not these service companies.
-
HVACgineering (@hvacgineering) reported@ManyBeenRinsed I cancelled with Cogeco when they increased our bill without any notification last month. Internet performance was awful a lot of the times leading up to the increase
-
Dom (@Dom_Posts) reported@MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan eBox you can get Bell 1Gbs service for about 40$ just not backed by the same support Bell offers. Multiple other loval brands piggy back the Cogeco line due to laws and undercut them, again with worse service. Rogers is practically a none option their service sucks so often
-
a j s b (@Brooksajsb) reported@cogecohelps At Cogeco Eastgate Hamilton. Waiting 40 mins for service. One single clerk to serve customers. Poor service!!!
-
CARTY CARTY (@deliaflower1) reported@cogeco Awful that we're all affected by these Vandals
-
The Terrible Hook (@TheTerribleHook) reported@cogecohelps Guests asking for their own cart in a full service hotel is definitely at the top of the list. When you're on vacation you're supposed to avoid physical labour - but these people don't get it, and they have a hissy fit. #Cogeco
-
HumbertOst (@christiancont) reported@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!
-
Leslie Saker (@lesliesaker) reported@cogeco is so inept. Customer service does not exist. 3 hours on the phone and not one person seems to know who is responsible for what.
