    @TOBenfica Yeah I loved that service until Cogeco and TSN broke up in January. Frustrating. Cogeco is happy to let you get to the Sportsnet app but not the TSN one.

    More crappy service from Chatham’s Teksavvy - resellers of @bellcanada and @Rogers. Still waiting for internet service to resume after a move. But I got charged the moving fee already. @TekSavvyBuzz @TekSavvyNetwork @cogeco

    @RogersHelps None of what you described happened. Even after 6 calls. Each one ended with an assurance of a return but not once did I receive one. Stop failing. Your technical teams should be embarrassed. I've been a paying customer for 2 years. #consumers #canada #isp @Bell @cogeco

    @cogeco Thanks, Michelle. We spent another hour on the phone with the loyalty department and got things sorted. They admitted it was an error on cogeco's part, but wow- it took more effort and time to fix than any customer should have to spend. Thanks for replying - no need to follow up.

    @mattpietryszyn @cogeco We have had major issues for 3 weeks. New modems, multiple techs sent out and same internet issues. Today @cogeco told us they are having software issues with all modems but we do t believe them. Every call is a different excuse. Horrible service.

    @cogeco disappointed in the communication between your you and your contractors. Been waiting for a cable line to be dug since May. Every time I speak to a rep the story is different. Was told today markers and digging won’t happen this season. The markers are already done. Fix

    @cogeco Another horrifically awful #customerservice experience with #cogeco - 3 months in a row with billing errors, unhelpful phone support, constantly shuffled around. I have wasted hours every month dealing with broken promises and ongoing errors. #disappointed
