Mahmoud "Moody" Shabeeb (@ItisMoody) reported from Toronto, OntarioTalking to @Fidomobile is always a pain. First, their callback service never works (they end up leaving a voicemail message instead of calling me, which is useless!) Then I was on the line with one of the agents after waiting for a while. Before sorting out my issue I lost her!

Nikunj Lunagariya (@OfficialNikunj) reported from Toronto, Ontario@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile This is a joke. Why can't you just tell us the issue that has us all without data for well over 14 hours? I hope there is a nationwide credit coming to everyone's bills for this "intermittent service interruption"
-
rr. (@iamdieroiramor) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Fidomobile contacted me today with the worst retention offers. I’ll gladly stay with Virgin mobile since my over 10 years of loyalty meant nothing. In this economy, I refuse to spend more than $40 for a phone plan.

Fido Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Ammi jangra (@jangra0215) reported@Fidomobile We have been trying to contact Fido for months with no response. We repeatedly requested to cancel our mobile plan as we are no longer living in Canada, yet we keep getting charged. Emails have gone unanswered, and this ongoing lack of support is totally unacceptable.
-
Ad'Amore (@A_d_Amore) reported@Fidomobile I switched to a $27 plan that covers US roaming and free calls to 27 countries. After switching there are significant glitches that did not happen before. Is this a low tier service?
-
Jennifer (@JMazda26) reported@Fidomobile I’m having trouble getting the support to help with my mobile! Your customer service team is not helpful at all?!!!
-
Intrepid Critic (@Who_knewit) reported@Fidomobile please switch me back to LTE. This switch to "5G" has made my phone slower, everything takes longer to open, chatgpt takes forever to give answers now. Podcasts just stop streaming as I randomly lose service. Switch us back, 5G isn't ready and it sucks.
-
Omotalade Kikelomo (@wandeomot) reported@Fidomobile why does a customer have to wait a week to speak to a specialist in order to dispute a bill? No regard for your customers?
-
Faye 🙋🏻♀️ (@ffurdyk) reported@Fidomobile why are you charging 2x for Travel Passes - due to a KNOWN billing issue - but decline my case when I’ve spotted the obvious overcharge of $160 on my monthly bills? Appreciate an explanation.
-
Raphael Daniel (@RaphaelDan86238) reported@Fidomobile I think Fido is the most irritating telcom service in Canada right now!! Very horrible service experience
-
Canadian Crimes (@canadian_crimes) reported@Fidomobile how is reception even worse with 5g plus zero customer support
-
Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My Bell plan is actually even cheaper than the one with Fido thanks to some special discounts, so I was actually willing to go up a bit higher for the supposedly better Rogers network. I am not impressed. No big deal though right? (3/21)
-
Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile I originally signed up because of their $27 plan for 80gb Can/US/Mex, overall a great deal. Thing is, the service is really bad in my area. I can currently get around 500mbps down with Bell where I live, and with Fido I consistently get 2-3, maybe up to around 20mbps. (2/21)
