Apparently your credit card system is not working

Then they said I have to pay an extra $125 to get my line opened even tho their credit card system not working

Ridiculous 🤬 the only store near me shows that it is open but they aren’t picking up the phone. Your “offer” to upgrade expires on Friday - please help!!!

They offered an IPhone XR for zero down. $10 a month for 2 years for the phone and $55 a month for the Promo Freedom plan which is 6GB plus 4B at no additional charge. That promo is locked in for 2 years. They lose $550 on the phone.

They finally told me to go (on a holiday) to the mall to have my phone looked at.
