@freedomsupport Asked CS for instructions to access/activate my voicemail. They responded by giving me something completely different. Then asked for my email address/pin. Then they asked how they could help me. Told them again I was trying to activate voicemail!

It's always disappointing when you're on the phone with @RogersHelps (*611) and they tell you they can't help you and then they suggest something you didn't ask for. Sadly going to @FreedomMobile as they sell the data only option I want for my cousin who's visiting Canada soon.

@freedomsupport Your assistance means nothing. Since you can’t improve my connection to your Network. you’re still miles away from being able to get the same signal strength as your competitors! According to you coverage Map,I shouldn’t have any signal issues, but the truth proves otherwise

@Rogers Everyone should drop Roger's (and Bell for that matter) and RUN to the nearest @FreedomMobile store. Rogers bragging about these absurd prices is really bad comedy. I left Roger's after renewing for three years. I had to buy my way out. It was WELL WORTH IT. #FreedomMobile

@thebigguy86 @FreedomMobile iPhone X isn’t known for connection issues. That’s not the problem. The further I get off any major highway the worse my signal even in the middle of Mississauga inside someone’s home. I’m down to two bars!
