    @freedomsupport You're apologizing that I feel this way, but not for making me feel this way! I've sent almost a dozen DM's, but continued to get the runaround! Paying for a service that I can't use!

    @AMV86941518 @FreedomMobile @TELUS You should switch...been with @freedomsupport for 7+ years and I am so happy. Was with the other 3 early on when moved from Chicago, kept my US cell at the same time cuz they were horrible. As soon as Freedom came to town, I switched!

    It's always disappointing when you're on the phone with @RogersHelps (*611) and they tell you they can't help you and then they suggest something you didn't ask for. Sadly going to @FreedomMobile as they sell the data only option I want for my cousin who's visiting Canada soon.

    @freedomsupport Asked CS for instructions to access/activate my voicemail. They responded by giving me something completely different. Then asked for my email address/pin. Then they asked how they could help me. Told them again I was trying to activate voicemail!

    @chopstix21 @mitch909 @Rogers @FreedomMobile I’ve live in Hamilton. Joined two years ago and signal strength off major highways it mediocre at best. I suppose to get LTE. In most places I don’t. And at best it’s 3g. Never mind indoors of most buildings. iPhone X.

    @Rogers Everyone should drop Roger's (and Bell for that matter) and RUN to the nearest @FreedomMobile store. Rogers bragging about these absurd prices is really bad comedy. I left Roger's after renewing for three years. I had to buy my way out. It was WELL WORTH IT. #FreedomMobile

    @freedomsupport Your assistance means nothing. Since you can’t improve my connection to your Network. you’re still miles away from being able to get the same signal strength as your competitors! According to you coverage Map,I shouldn’t have any signal issues, but the truth proves otherwise

    @ALL_CAPS @half_banked @FreedomMobile If you never need to make phone calls and you only need working data sometimes, then Freedom Mobile is a great option.

    I spent my #snowday speaking with @TELUSsupport service reps. In December 2017 @TELUS and other major Cell companies matched the @FreedomMobile #10GB plans. 14 months pass they raise the fee $10. The price we pay for #Cellphone service in #Canada is ridiculous. @CRTCeng

    @thebigguy86 @FreedomMobile iPhone X isn’t known for connection issues. That’s not the problem. The further I get off any major highway the worse my signal even in the middle of Mississauga inside someone’s home. I’m down to two bars!

    @freedomsupport I was never notified when my home networkwas changed to “Freedom” and my texts are no longer sending as iMessages, only texts. Help please!

    I don't have @FreedomMobile , but some people I know do and they're having issues with trying to make calls. They just fail.

    My current network want me to pay $10 more for a plan because I’m already a customer, to get the price that’s offered I would have to get a new number. So basically loyalty with @FreedomMobile is rewarded with customers having to pay more. That’s one way to lose a customer 👋
