-
Nunya Biznez (@GwapogiTalaga) reported from Toronto, Ontario@jacklynthinks @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile @Rogers Wrong, Skippy. You said they RUN on the same network, not that their owned by those telcos. PC Mobile runs off Bell's network but is owned by Loaws. Petro Canada has service but its run off Rogers. Their own company tho.

Wayne Rodrigues (@WayneRodriguez) reported from Toronto, Ontario@freedomsupport Sure, if I live in a basement or somewhere rural, but I refuse to believe this while I have excellent @Rogers and @Bell cellular service in the same condo unit which is located on a very prominent street in the city. My network is not even at half status as I type this.
-
Andrew Dignum (@TheDiggyShow) reported from Toronto, OntarioStill seeing H+. Called you at 611, got a tech who told me to restart my phone and reset my network. Did both. Didn't work. Back in hold. Not even a peep from you. @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile #FRUSTRATION #ghosting
-

-
Delroy Dyer 🇻🇨🇨🇦 (@DelroyDyer89) reported from Toronto, Ontario@ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.
-
Delroy Dyer 🇻🇨🇨🇦 (@DelroyDyer89) reported from Toronto, OntarioEverybody's giving deals for new customers. @Fidomobile has a good deal for @FreedomMobile customers, much better than what I'm paying now. If Fido internet wasn't giving me so many issues, I'd probably switch as it'd cut my bill 40%.
-
Cubby (@Cubby1412) reported from The Beaches, Ontario@FreedomMobile I phoned. Was told to go to another provider. Awesome customer support.
-
kat (@katlikethief) reported from Toronto, Ontario@freedomsupport Okay, but so help me god if it’s the same “we’re working on fulfilling pre-orders” response I’ve been getting for weeks...
-
Marty (@martymcflythedj) reported from Mississauga, OntarioIt's always disappointing when you're on the phone with @RogersHelps (*611) and they tell you they can't help you and then they suggest something you didn't ask for. Sadly going to @FreedomMobile as they sell the data only option I want for my cousin who's visiting Canada soon.
-
Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@thebigguy86 @FreedomMobile iPhone X isn’t known for connection issues. That’s not the problem. The further I get off any major highway the worse my signal even in the middle of Mississauga inside someone’s home. I’m down to two bars!
-
CZ (@codyzaz) reported from The Beaches, Ontario@Rogers @FreedomMobile .@rogers it's 10:50am, and Customer Service is STILL CLOSED

-
Virve Aljas (@VirveAljas) reported from Toronto, OntarioHi, @FreedomMobile. A friend's son died of cancer. You might imagine that negotiating your high fees to cancel their son's plan and return the phone is the last thing they need on top of their grief. Anything you can do to show some basic humanity and compassion?
-
Cubby (@Cubby1412) reported from The Beaches, Ontario@FreedomMobile Yes. Been a customer since 2013 and because I missed an appointment for a upgrade and new contract, no one is able to help me. It's sad.

-
Scott (@NevinMcScott) reported- @FreedomMobile why am I being told "check back again tomorrow" and "it's probably a glitch and it'll fix itself" when I asked why I was double charged on my phone bill this month? That's disgraceful customer service from your team
-
Farhan Z (@Far4Truth) reported@CRTCeng Finally. It has been long due. Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago
