Freedom Mobile Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • a_time2 Time2MakeAMove (@a_time2) reported

@freedomsupport Hi, they did not say they didn't have it in stock. They said Freedom Mobile as a whole, would not ever be carrying it - ie no stores and not online. So, not an inventory issue. I'm trying to determine if that is correct.

  • Rustykitty65 Yosh & Rusty's Mum (@Rustykitty65) reported

@FreedomMobile @TASSCouncil @cityoftoronto Well done! This is a great example of being a good corporate citizen. The digital divide is a real problem. A lot of people only have enough money for rent & food. Phones & plans are just too expensive but with everything going online have become a necessity

  • Jamhooriat 𝗡𝗮𝗲𝗲𝗺 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿 (@Jamhooriat) reported

@FreedomMobile Today, Pathetic service quality and poor coverage all the way from Rupert to production way on Lougheed Highway. No signals permanently on the east side of Burnaby mountain, Its quiet frustrating. I'll definitely change my service provider, soon.

  • Hockstedlers Hockstedlers (@Hockstedlers) reported

@FreedomMobile Too bad trying to get actual help or answers from anyone there is impossible.

  • gakrao AK (@gakrao) reported

@Bell I wanted to migrate over to your network back in September but due to non delivery of sim card from your end I put in a request to cancel the port request which never happened. @FreedomMobile says that they can still see a port request active from your end. 1/2

  • WinterBourneTO Winterr. Mask up! (@WinterBourneTO) reported

20gb + everything unlimited for 50 dollars with discounts. I love you @FreedomMobile. I wanna make love to you right now damn it. Right! Now! Damn it!

  • robsonlaine Laine Robson (@robsonlaine) reported

@Crackmacs @FreedomMobile @koodo If you generally stick to the city center, Freedom should be just fine. I live in Auburn Bay, and often have service drops on my Freedom phone (which doesn't have "roaming" plan coverage). My work phone is on another carrier, and never has issues in the same spots.

  • JF_Viljoen Jf Viljoen (@JF_Viljoen) reported

@Crackmacs @FreedomMobile @koodo I have 18gb + 2gb roaming with Freedom. Rebooking the phone when you need to hop onto a roaming network is a minor inconvenience for paying less AND having enough data to stream spotify all month.
