Tim (@tim2gill) reported from Guelph, Ontario@RogersHelps lost several cables channels tonight. Including CNN. Citytv. TSN and others. Just a blank screen. Rebooted box and did not fix issue. Looks like signal is low. Please check signal strength in Guelph ON area and will check again tomorrow.

I just got my service back and running and I been calling non stop and waiting. Lines are stupid busy🤬😭

At 7 for up to feed my Goldens it was still down. Went to the basement restarted modem and routers. It came back on. I’ve had this happen after it’s been down before. I’m in Guelph.

Is there a service interruption in the Scarlett Road/Eglinton area? That is all I need to know. Rogers Ignite not working for the TV.

Tony (@Leaferbyblood) reported@GowshiganS @Rogers @RogersHelps If you're leaning on staying I suggest buying a decent router from best buy and trying it out. Imo Rogers biggest issue is the piece of **** they call their "top end" modem. I planned to do this but the guy got me so pissed I cancelled.
