So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

  • CobyBudgell Cobyisme (@CobyBudgell) reported from Erin, Ontario

@RogersHelps please give me a timeline for service restoration. Postal code N0B 1T0. I am assuming it will be up and running for the next Leafs game. That is Saturday BTW.

  • SandyRStuckless Sandy 'Captain Typo' Stuckless (@SandyRStuckless) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

  • PhotoMediaGuy Jason Miles (@PhotoMediaGuy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@RogersHelps The issue isn’t the internet at all. The cameras keep going offline.

  • micktbarnard Takin' Putin to the Ram Ranch (@micktbarnard) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

@BauxiteBeard @mokirokio @RogersHelps You should probably read your contract with Rogers. There is a paragraph in there about their liability for outages being limited to pro-rated refunds, if it's even that generous. Yes it sucks but that is the contract you signed

  • Bweiser30 John Cox (@Bweiser30) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

@RogersHelps @Rogers once again just horrible #CustomerService & #CustomerExperience when dealing with Rogers. Can’t call them....no numbers posted anymore.

  • crazyjdk5 Jdklaw4 (@crazyjdk5) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

@RogersHelps This was not intermittent service interruption. We had total disruption of service the entire day. Get your messaging correct abd say it as it is.

  • kriztoper1978 Kriztoper 🇨🇦 (@kriztoper1978) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@RogersHelps @rogers sending slimy, rude, & aggressive sales people to my home is a shit way to keep costumers. Can’t wait until my cell phone contract is up.

  • PhotoMediaGuy 𝙹𝚊𝚜𝚘𝚗 𝙼𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚜 (@PhotoMediaGuy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

  • JatinderSinghC JatinderSinghCheema (@JatinderSinghC) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

@RogersHelps Do customers get compensated for what they lost in business just because of your stupid network ??

  • crazyjdk5 Jdklaw4 (@crazyjdk5) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

@RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and what’s being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...

  • rayissap rayissa palmer (@rayissap) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

@RogersHelps Your Rogers worker was on our street, climbed up a pole, did something to the wire, and the wire is now hanging about 10 feet off the road. Pls advise - how do we report this. Technical support is 45-60 min wait on the phone.

  • Arturo_JAlvarez Arturo J Alvarez G 🇻🇪🇨🇦 (@Arturo_JAlvarez) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

@Rogers we still have problems with WiFi in my area For the absurd amount of money we pay for service these disruptions should never happens. Do you think one day credit will suffice for all the problems this is causing? Get your act together and fix this #rogersoutage still on!!

  • StxleGram 𝐒𝐂 | 𝐒𝐓𝐗𝐋𝐄 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐌 (@StxleGram) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

@RogersHelps your internet connection is so glitchy in my area 😡 with people working from home these days you should really get your s*it together!! My neighbours and I have called to report problems many times with no resolution. I’ll be switching to another service provider.

  • rayissap rayissa palmer (@rayissap) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

@RogersHelps Our Rogers line got knocked down by a tree yesterday, that runs to our house. I cannot get thru via phone nor with Anna. I just want someone to add us to their list to get it fixed. It’s also a hazard lying low across the road. Pls advise.

  • jasdeep_notay Jasdeep Notay (@jasdeep_notay) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

So done with @RogersHelps .. reduce your ****** departments so one person can actually help clients. 6 call transfers and counting… #Pathetic #Frustrated

Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JenniferPlayer3 Jennifer Player (@JenniferPlayer3) reported

@Rogers Logged into my account. There was an offer waiting…tried to accept the offer…been on hold for 1.5 hours…still waiting. I don’t understand why when I hit ‘accept offer’ it doesn’t just change my service. #legacyprocesses #notdigital

  • VanTraffic2 Marnee Klintworth (@VanTraffic2) reported

@davidguitard @RogersHelps Pretty much all the same. I'm not with either, not had problem (yet). Oh don't you worry, "we've got secure services",.....isn't this twice in six months with the big carriers?

  • poirierli Linda Poirier (@poirierli) reported

@Rogers @Rogers does your commitment to connecting communities include providing access to service in TTC subways?

  • joshsflickr Joshua D (@joshsflickr) reported

@xUsagiTsukino @RogersHelps Worst case just swap to third party they run off the same infrastructure so the services are as reliable and generally cheaper down the road. I was going to go Teksavvy but Bell literally just did fiber in the entire neighbourhood so they are running promos so they can pay it off

  • lukrious907 Lucas Bullied (@lukrious907) reported

@RogersHelps @nnammmer Same problem, yall needa get your stuff in line. constant problems day in and out. seriously considering switching to another provider

  • sugeknowles Chris Knowles (@sugeknowles) reported

@Rogers why does your service suck every time we interact? Went to Rogers store, got new SIM, they activated it. Go home, didn't work. Call support to be told it's not activated and can't/won't fix it, so now I have to go back to the store. Bell here I come with all my biz.

  • hunkybill Dave Lazar (@hunkybill) reported

@christocracy @TaylorSicard @Rogers I was just trying to make the point, that in Quebec, when you turn your back on Bell, you quickly realize you end up with the coax solution. Not to mention, PKP is a bit of a jerk too. So the lack of choice here sucks pretty bad. They keep buying up the small guys too.

  • RPendergast RPendergast (@RPendergast) reported

@RogersBiz on hold now for going on ONE hour to set up new service. Do better rogers

  • joshsflickr Joshua D (@joshsflickr) reported

@soberdetermined @RogersHelps Since I got the "new" internet box our wifi is spottier and the net cuts out a few times a week. The old rocket shaped box was actually way better. The new fiber lines alone basically guarantee stability. If Bell ***** around then we'll just dry loop off the fiber infrastructure.

  • mandippal Mandippal (@mandippal) reported

@RogersHelps any updates on the outage in Kitchener?
