The call got disconnected and I never heard back. Horrible customer service and you can’t blame this on Covid!

Some weird dude shows up, trying to upsell us on everything but he tell us it's 20 less per line if we follow his advice. We fall for it. Get our bill today, 150$ higher and after hour with support. Just a couple months ago I had this issue, figured it out and it was okay. I tried myrogers, Shaw, both apps. I think im too old for this.
