You guys should really increase it. Even in the states you can get up to over 100gig up and down for less than the price of your highest package.

That means if you're still having issues connecting to certain sites, or, say, images aren't loading on Discord, you're prevented from fixing the issue!

The call got disconnected and I never heard back. Horrible customer service and you can’t blame this on Covid!

We moved to our new home in December 2020 and have been waiting for #newFiberOptics to be blown to our place. Technicians have come a number of times to make “quick fixes” but nope it doesn’t help.
