It seems to come back up on its own after a couple of minutes, but it’s happened three times this afternoon now. We had issues with our router resetting two days ago as well.

I'm not under contract right now, and there's little reason why I'd stay with Rogers instead of switching to Bell for cable tv. It's not like your services are cheaper or better.

I sort of thought @rogers would proactively wave sport programming fees during the pandemic. instead, it made it impossible to cancel the package without booking a call back. The reason is obvious NO SPORTS ON TV!
