Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

    @RogersHelps It was never listed as a “free promotion” anywhere or by anyone, and I know this because I asked the agent upon selecting that plan. It was a major reason in coming off a corporate plan and going solo.

    Just opened my @Rogers bill, and to my surprise, I’ve been charged a $99 “Equipment Removal Fee” for my Smart Home Monitoring service. This fee was never communicated to me, @RogersHelps.

    @Rogers Without internet the past 2 days. I confirmed with Rogers that there is a optic fiber cable break. Now I have to take vacation days since I am unable to work from home. Rogers CSR was rude and only offered $13 credit. This is unacceptable considering my tenure w/ them.
