Each has bounced her from rep to rep & supervisor to supervisor to follow up with what they promised to do to help.

They trespased my house and aftr calling them one technician comin to fix and called that i dont hv expertise to fix, and some guy will fix tomrow at 12pm. switching to Bell. @cityofhamilton

If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.

A DNS blocker on the home router catches the follow-up step: when the caller texts a link to a fake Service Canada page, the page refuses to load.

Was on chat for over 2 hours twice in one day and both times the chat ended when my turn was due. Tried calling them but was on hold for over 2 hours. Maybe it is time to let go of them & look elsewhere.
