New customer with 700+ credit score and solid payment history, yet @Rogers & @Redwireless keep asking for unexpected down payments. @Rogers your pvr sucks. I was recording the Canuck game and YOU decided to END it because who knows, there was room on the pvr but you took priority recording bc there may not have been room if all recordings continued without any being watched and deleted. Brutal.
