    @RogersHelps All the same questions as the tech support person and it is very difficult to deal with a company who is unwilling to acknowledge their system is not working and blaming the customer device instead. Down detector is showing multiple issues but nil from Roger's website

    @KobiCasey @RogersHelps “Please DM us” = the scripted AI bot response loop. 5 months, no refund, endless hold times, and public replies pretending to care while the real support disappears in private DMs. If Rogers wanted to help, they’d call the customer directly. #Rogers

    I swear @Rogers is the worst phone provider in world and I’m taking legal action against them Every employee there is a joke They all lie , endless charges I have to dispute Since switching to a business account I’ve only gotten worse service I just paid them almost 1000$ to get my bill to zero Confirmed my next bill is 60$ tax in and that will be in going forward My bill is at 0 for awhile , I screenshot wondering what’s happening , then 160$ gets added to my bill They said 80$ suspension fee was added 💀 Rogers I’m coming for you

    @RogersHelps Service has been out for almost 6 hours now at 90 Waller St. there are a lot of disabled people in this building that require Internet access for a lot of things in their life including some of their health related equipment etc. It’s more than inconvenient for some.

    @RogersHelps Would you PLEASE hire more people to answer customer “ service “ lines??? 3 freaking days of trying to reach an operator, not sure why you guys think we have hours to wait on hold to speak a person , absolutely the worst company I deal with
