🇨🇦 Mel Deydey 🏈 (@Mel_Deydey) reported@RogersHelps We have had no television service in #MedHat (Medicine Hat, AB) since 4:45 pm this afternoon. We get the message from Roger’s that “We are having some trouble.” If this persists, please try another channel. After 4.5 h, no channel works. Anyone else having issues?

Customer service tells me my account is too new for a loyalty discount - not too new for a price hike eh? Unbelievable. @RogersHelps - you guys paying attention?

Nicole Thomas (@Travelling_Nic) reported@RogersHelps Yes I am sure they will be able to, but what you don't understand is that it will be WEEKS before I can get through to speak to someone and I'll be stuck paying for services I do not need an ld cannot afford. Your system is broken.
-
Pygo (@Pygowsky) reported@RogersHelps Hey Eric, my problem this time was actually mainly with your tech support not having a clue how to troubleshoot properly. I called to ask why my modem keeps power cycling consistently today and was told I need to restart my separate router. Literally makes no sense.

comm eng (@CommEng) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?
