    If @RogersHelps isn't able to inform public what caused this outage was or assure us it won't happen again, part of their "compensation" for customers should be to allow us to void our current contracts (without penalty) & switch providers. Rather this than some measly discount.

    Scam calls are getting out of hand. Over the past couple of days, I've had 5 calls for missing packages from DHL, CRA is sending someone to arrest me three times over and as of 5 minutes ago, my fourth covid emergency and I need to call back ASAP... Hey @TELUS and @Rogers , I bet

    @RogersHelps you're claiming service has been restored, but I cannot receive SMS messages. As a result, I cannot log into my bank because @TD_Canada solely supports SMS MFA (which is also a joke). When will your services be fully restored including SMS? Thanks.

    @jerZboyUSA @hydroquebec @Rogers Whoa! That’s brutal!! I doubt Hydro will reimburse anyone either. And insurance will but rates will rise. Rogers, however, might have to. Last cellular outage, they signed an act saying it wouldn’t happen again. Useless, that. Being cut off from the world sucks.

    @RogersHelps I just had the absolute WORST experience with Jay from home monitoring. I’ve never been spoken to so poorly by someone after having a burglary scare in my home. You guys need to train your team better. We don’t pay for service just to be berated by your staff.
