Rather this than some measly discount.

Now try to get Anna to route you to cable tech support - impossible. Mobile CSR is apologetic and offers to send you to cable tech support, where you wait for over an hour and then wait some more. Absolutely terrible, terrible customer experience. You force your customers to use your app, but do not make DAMN sure the app login process is robust. You could just let us use the modem with our laptop browser because we don't need the internet to to configure the modem on the table in front of us, but apparently that's too easy.

You would think that @Rogers would learn from the mistakes made when 1040 was shut down and not do it the same way. Horrible way to treat people.
