I went to both @AppleSupport @Rogers stores in person, was told by staff at both the only way to get reconnected is to do a reset on the phone every time. @Apple says it’s a Rogers/Fido network issue. Rogers staff said no one wants to take responsibility.

    @RogersHelps Just this specific one unfortunately and I believe it's on Fox's end because when the channel changes to YES TV at 6:30, there's no issues. Yesterday it changed to FOX Sports due to MLB, again, no issue. But on FOX 29, this seems to be happening
