  • MunBagri
Mun Bagri, MA (@MunBagri) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

If @RogersHelps isn't able to inform public what caused this outage was or assure us it won't happen again, part of their "compensation" for customers should be to allow us to void our current contracts (without penalty) & switch providers. Rather this than some measly discount.

  • 123shinshan
Shan Cajucom (@123shinshan) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

  • 604kev
Kevin (@604kev) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia

@RogersHelps you're claiming service has been restored, but I cannot receive SMS messages. As a result, I cannot log into my bank because @TD_Canada solely supports SMS MFA (which is also a joke). When will your services be fully restored including SMS? Thanks.

  • kikithekrakra99

  • Mike_Jones_1
    Mike Jones (@Mike_Jones_1) reported

@lamphieryeg @Rogers @RogersHelps Customer service in telecom companies in Canada is practically nonexistent, their monopoly allows it. The threat of taking your business elsewhere is a joke and they all know it.

  • lamphieryeg
    Gary Lamphier (@lamphieryeg) reported

@Rogers Picture it: You're a longtime Rogers customer. One day you get a spam call from Morocco. You don't pick up. Then you spot a $24 charge for a call to the same number on your July bill. You contact Rogers to complain. It's rejected. No explanation. What gives, Rogers?🙄

  • KarlMagnonMan
    Solid Shatner (@KarlMagnonMan) reported

@RogersHelps That’s irrelevant. I’ve followed all the steps (no dashes or box #’s etc) and it’s just not recognized (according to YOU) by Canada Post, and yet I get mail w/o issue. The PROBLEM is trying to speak to a live operator to correct this and I can NEVER get through.

  • techie_in
    Techie (@techie_in) reported

Whether AI hasn’t been implemented properly or AI adoption has failed, an increasing number of customer care services are being destroyed by a lack of care and support! This is the second day I've spent over an hour on the phone with my service provider (@Rogers) addressing call-dropping connectivity issues. No one has picked it up yet. Whereas Rogers used to have amazing customer service and calls were getting connected very fast. 😢 I request Rogers to take a look!

  • thewiredserf
    Jeff Jones (@thewiredserf) reported

@RogersHelps We’ve spent hours queuing to speak with your teams in the last week. We’ve had two technicians come by and leave without resolving our issue. How do we escalate today without waiting 2 hours to speak to someone and then wait another day for a tech to arrive?

  • TorgrimsonKevin
    Kevin Torgrimson (@TorgrimsonKevin) reported

    @FierySharky @Rogers @Sportsnet I’ll say….they don’t give a **** about western Canada.

  • KennedyKreep
    Karl (@KennedyKreep) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps is the biggest rip off in Canadian history! Literally spent 2hrs on the phone waiting for an available service rep. to only suddenly be told "high call volume, call back later" I WAS IN LINE!!! Waiting for my turn. Cancelling is now my next move.

  • claytonhales83
    Hales (@claytonhales83) reported

@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers Literally every team does this. Calm down

  • keithmacinnis
    Keith MacInnis (@keithmacinnis) reported

@Smileyyeg @Rogers no longer has humans answering the phone :/. I recently upgraded my phone with a save & return option, and mailed them my mint condition used device. I was suppose to get 360$ back. Instead, they rejected my return for water damage, and let me know I would be charged $1,800 for my old device. I’ve disconnected my credit card from Rogers while I try and get in contact with them; it’s so frustrating.
