I pay an average of $4000 annually to @Rogers for my phone bill. I've been with them for over 20 years, or when they set up shop in Vancouver BC 1/4 of the time we get treated like ****. I always think about switching then family crisis happens. #NotHappy #badservice

@HeatherInNVan @Rogers @RogersHelps I’m w/ Fido that piggybacks the Rogers network. Have not seen any discrepancies today, but this been an issue in the past. Wifi competing with data, have to turn of wifi to get data to work.

@RogersHelps a serious security breach occurred on my family members phone recently. Fraudster did a SIM swap - phone number ported to another company. No compensation from @rogers, no customer service . Seems they dont care

@LoblawsON Made several attempts to register for my vaccine but didn't get the code due to the @Rogers outage. By the time I changed the number to my home phone and email and got the code "too many attempts have been made". Don't be a part of the problem and reset this.

Thanks @rogers,@Rogershelps Your unannounced update blunder cost me over $1800 dollars today. Maybe next time give a heads up/warning to the people who pay for your service of any possible problems so we have chance to deal with things before going to work.
