And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps three times in one hour yesterday our connection dropped. It’s out again. Been happening since at least april for several of us on whittaker rd in NB. I pay $200 a mo and I work from home. I have brought this up several times now. Fix this. Seriously.
