@RogersHelps a serious security breach occurred on my family members phone recently. Fraudster did a SIM swap - phone number ported to another company. No compensation from @rogers, no customer service . Seems they dont care

@MonikaGul @NEWS1130 @canantifraud True story. Happened to me last month as well as I thought the text was spam. Got into my PayPal account as well. Luckily @AskPayPal and @Rogers rectified the issue within a couple hours and got my phone number back.

Expecting huge sums of money is unrealistic and not warranted but the few bucks they are planning on crediting us all is a low blow and horrible business practice.
