    And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

    I freakin hate @Rogers . The 2nd tech came to 'fix' my mom's phone monday & said 1st tech plugged the cables in wrong but there was also a problem outside they would fix that day. Still not fixed and they keep trying to upsell me when I call to get it fixed. #rogersfail #rogers
