-
izzy (@purgaytory_) reported@RogersHelps thank you, I rebooted my phone twice and it eventually went away. I'm located in the Fraser Valley in BC, close-ish to the border, however this isn't a problem I've had before.
-
Wut? (@_TheCaptaincs) reported@Rogers your customers support is so atrocious you’re losing my business despite my visceral hatred of Bell.
-
Randall Albertini (@RandallAlb70530) reported@RogersHelps Pls contact me for help with new tv bundle as mine is expiring next month

Howling at the Moon 🐺 (@Jane_Gillon) reported@Rogers I’m glad you understand but that doesn’t really help anything. I will be spending my time avoiding as many “smart” products as possible. There is a big difference between incentives and force. 95% of the people would never turn off the standby feature.
-
SAMIR PANDYA (@ss_pandya) reported@RogersHelps I experienced such issue for the first time where obly one mobile phone doesn't have network (with no phone related problem) and Service providers can't explain the issue adequately nor an assurance on if it will happen again.
