Please inform your customers when this issue will be resolved. I had a service ticket put in yesterday, but so far have heard nothing! Incredibly angry!

Since the "fix", wifi inconsistent, ignite is spotty, text works with data and other things only with wifi. Way more than 1 day credit needed. This is midtown T.O.
