@RogersHelps We've begged people to help us, & been told that there is nothing that can be done over the phone. We asked if someone would come out & every now and then we get a vague robocall saying sorry for the delay, but no one is coming. With school starting, we're done. Sorry y'all.

@RogersHelps We called two weeks ago about service. We were advised there were community issues affecting service; you would investigate and correct. received text past three days all had been addressed. Service tonight says otherwise NOT GOOD

@RogersHelps You do not need access to my account to suggest that rebooting is most frequent cause of problems. In DM @Rogershelps stated that malfunctioning splitters is most common cause of problems, & they need access to acct to test my splitter.

@AndrewLawton @RogersHelps Iv been on hold like that for Service Canada and its like that for people daily. just go to service canada in person. Its a good 30-60 min wait before they even open and ur still waiting a half a work day.. For some even longer & others get turned away when its closing time.

@DianeD0118 @RogersHelps I used that option yesterday. The callback was 3 hrs later and the rep then passed me onto another dept where I was on hold for another 2hrs. Never did get through to someone and I gave up at 10:30pm. Their wait times and customer service is not great.
