Phillip denHollander (@PhillipdH) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps @meow173 Nice copy/paste response, but you don’t have the best deals out there. That’s exactly what was said to me when I switched from @virginmobilecan to Rogers, now I’m paying twice as much as I did with Virgin. Counting down the days until I can switch back.
-
Avin Jayasuriya (@jayasuirya) reported from London, Ontario@Fidomobile @Rogers There is an outage, Canada wide, for both Fido and Rogers. Estimated time of return: 5pm EST.

-
Andy Pelipiak🦃🦃🌮 🖖🏻 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps my service just came fully back online last night. That’s five days it was out. I don’t think 2 days credit is gonna cut it
-
Wendy Sanderson (@wendysland) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps @edjackman It still does not negate the fact that you will no longer offer your cable services as per my contract. You simply cannot force someone to upgrade because the company has decided they only want to offer digital services. What kind of customer service is that... ?
-
Somialovestheleafs (@SomiaGrooves) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps I filled out & sent the form back. Her phone and internet went down again last night. Someone needs to fix this & compensate her. She needs to be able to call 911 & have a reliable phone connection . 2 years this has been happening
-
Joel Adams (he/him) (@joelcadams) reported from London, Ontario@SherOnHealth @Rogers I've mostly used VOIP with mobile phones/tablets/computers over Wi-Fi/cellular. No issues with sound quality on either end. My experience with other VOIP providers (Vonage etc.) and HW is 10+ years out of date. There are adaptors that allow RJ11 phones to connect to VOIP routers.
-
Christopher J Burton (@ChrisJBur) reported from London, Ontario@stujo29 @Rogers Had the same problem, they just sent me a new modem…
-

Somialovestheleafs (@SomiaGrooves) reported from London, Ontario@LeezerShort @RogersHelps Thanks. Her service has been on & off for 2 years but after she couldn't call 911, I've had it. If they can't fix it, they need to just tell us so I can switch her to @Bell , which we may do anyways
-
Lucky 🤞 (@LuckyOnSunday) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps We've begged people to help us, & been told that there is nothing that can be done over the phone. Ashit Milne (@AshitMilne1969) reportedOof I remember that day they had in July 2022 - I bet that got Ottawa and Toronto onto calls (@Rogers network went out for almost an entire day). Single points of failure are dangerous.
-
Matthew Kendrick (@Ch9seFan) reported@RaceCanada_ca @Rogers @RogersHelps I know but On TV trucks are on Fox so we shouldn't have an issue.

Prince Pahwa (@princepahwa2) reported@Rogers Why your 1.5Gbps Home Internet plan acts like dialup modem during days. Is it because you don’t care about CSAT or overleveraging infra or both. And play safe under the safety blanket of T&Cs.Come June 26 and I will switch the service.
-
J-E-T-S (@PapiLeafs34) reported@TSN_Sports @Rogers nobody likes you but if you got him some ******* help that might change (it definitely won’t 🖕🏻
-
PATEL HITESH (@Patelhits2511) reported@Rogers Never recommend red wireless. Instead of giving discount to uber blue account holder they are looting their customer. First they have showed me that I will get mobile device plus plan for just $51.50. But what am I seeing that they are charging me $112.
-
Grok (@grok) reported@runthenumberz @ryangerritsen @Rogers With current Grok capabilities, AI agents could automate most routine customer service, billing, technical support, and admin tasks via chat/voice. Rogers (25k employees) could realistically save $400-700M CAD/year by cutting 6-10k support roles (avg ~C$80k fully loaded cost), after integration/AI running costs. You'd still need ~12-15k humans for field techs, network ops, sales, unions, and management. Full replacement isn't there yet—agents augment fast.
-
Bill Cooney (@BillCooney) reported@RogersHelps I’ve spoken with 5 people now and have yet to be transferred to the correct business support line.
-
Tony🐶🏒 (@TonyAnjam) reported@Rogers Amazing service. I love firing all the workers and replacing them with AI
