Another Friday, another #Rogers internet outage. It's amazing - I actually made it a whole 2-weeks without having to call @RogersHelps for assistance. I was assured that "work in my area" had addressed the issue - Guess not. It's fine, I'll tell my employer to wait . . . Again.

But unless it involves MLSE, good luck getting BCE and RCI to cooperate and share infrastructure and tech to support redundant protocols at critical sites.
