@RogersHelps @mp256 My family has been having issues all day accessing the app. Go to sign in and gets caught in a loop. Had to uninstall and reinstall on my phone to get it to work again, only to have the same issues a few hours later.

@RogersHelps I've reached out to you already on Twitter, talked to 15 different ppl and all I get told is it's being worked on. At this point all you can do is fix my internet before Bell get's theirs up and running.

@Rogers no worries I really enjoy holding the line for 1:30 to get no satisfaction and maybe get an explanation as to why it is logistically impossible for “supervisors” to call ppl back respectively why not following customer instructions seems to be your thing #bullshit

I need @Rogers to check mine. It’s horrible and cuts out every 5 min. When it’s the most expensive bill in that house every month the expectation is at least for it to be decent. Bell just put lines underground in front of my house...

@bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

For over two weeks, my grandmother has spoken with over 18 @Rogers representatives to access supports to aid with her visual impairment. Each has bounced her from rep to rep & supervisor to supervisor to follow up with what they promised to do to help.
