I used my data and i m not goin to pay for this mnth bill for my net and cell phones plus what i lost due to ur pathtic service. It took me 3 to 4 days for ported the numbers , usually it took 20min. @cityofhamilton

They are now telling me 5 days (from this past Monday) is when the department I’m looking for will call me. Originally on Monday I was told 24-48hrs. Yesterday I was told 72. And now this. This is horrible service.
