    @RogersHelps @Rogers I've been waiting for 2 days to get my internet, ignite TV and home phone set up at my new home and all I'm told is to keep waiting. I need internet at home for work. Someone needs to take ownership of this problem and fix it ASAP.

    @Rogers Would not recommend to anyone , our experience is very poor. It freezes, loses the sound and is largely non functional curiously most often between 5 and 7 PM. Have contacted rogers frequently , very disappointing .

    @RogersHelps I saw one technician came infront of my house for new connection but not for my complaint. Plz take some action on ur staff and manager who didnt call me back and rogers have no info what dispatch is doing. Dont reply with sugar coated message. Improve your company structure.

Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps I have already contacted technical support multiple times. I waited for over 2 hours on the phone, and a ticket was created. Today I also waited over an hour in the Anna online chat queue. I started at around 95 people ahead of me, and when it was finally my turn, the system suddenly ended the chat without connecting me to an agent. That was extremely frustrating. My internet has now been down for 2 days, I had to take leave from work because I work from home, and the earliest technician appointment I was offered is Monday. I don’t think this level of service is acceptable. Please escalate my case and advise what Rogers will do regarding compensation for the service outage and the loss it has caused.     @Rogers absolutely abysmal customer support - Anna is too stupid to realize there's more than mobile technical support, I wait anyway and the CSR is fine but transfers me to the right department which never answers. 3x now, I'm tired of wasting my time with this crap. FIX YOUR ****!

    As a @Rogers customer this doesn’t make me feel good about throwing my other business their way. I only hope some of the other upstarts such as @DonnieandDhali or @sekeresandprice can absorb some of the talent and I encourage people to seek out and support local content.
