Canada has 80% of unhabitated land and poorer countries with less density are very able to offer unlimited mobile plans at $10. I have a photo of the error screen from the last one I received as proof. Now I’m being told they’re “past their due date” and nothing can be done, yet due to your own negligence, I’ve been running to in-store Rogers business locations and sitting through hours of hold times just to get this sorted. And somehow, I still received another QR code just last week that also didn’t work. So how exactly is this past its due date when you’re still sending them out? Now I’m told no replacement is coming and there’s nothing that can be done. That’s not an answer. I’m a loyal business client who has spent thousands with Rogers, and this is what I get, months of runaround, unprofessional staff and a 72-hour wait just to speak to a supervisor. Mistakes happen, but from a company like yours? Sort this out please.
