@RogersHelps @rogers sending slimy, rude, & aggressive sales people to my home is a shit way to keep costumers. Can’t wait until my cell phone contract is up.

  • NancyClaridge Nancy Claridge (@NancyClaridge) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

  • gadgetwizguy Chris Goulard (@gadgetwizguy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

  • andrewjdisher A. Dish (@andrewjdisher) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

We keep on losing @RogersHelps during working hours at home. Not helpful. @Bell doesn’t service our area. Maybe Starkink through @SpaceX is the way to go…

  • andrewjdisher A. Dish (@andrewjdisher) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

So @Bell doesn’t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but we’re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

  • SandyRStuckless Sandy 'Captain Typo' Stuckless (@SandyRStuckless) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

  • bhaveshnthakkar Bhavesh Thakkar (@bhaveshnthakkar) reported from Halton Hills, Ontario

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I placed an order for a SIM card on 11/15 under a winback program and have been waiting for it to be arrived since then; multiple follow ups involved long waittimes & holding the line forever STIIL NO RESOLUTION A/C# - 946956414 #fido @RogersHelps

Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • tangfoosen Kevin Tang (@tangfoosen) reported

@FidoSolutions How is a simple compensation suppose to help us? This is not the first time it happened on a “maintenance upgrade”. Same excuse was used last year when @rogers had another outtage. Seems like the excuse is to simply sweep it under the rug. If that is the problem, hire better ppl.

  • bobajenny_ bobajenny🧋 (@bobajenny_) reported

We live in a world where we are mainly connected through the internet, our worlds completely came to a halt. There’s just no signs of accountability than a big “tough luck mate” @RogersHelps keep it mind it’s internet, cellular service, cellular data, home monitoring and more

  • SmittyRN11 Susan (@SmittyRN11) reported

    @RogersHelps wifi out again! Wtf!

  • CthulhuTeen BrendoYerFriendo (@CthulhuTeen) reported

@thedczac @DarikMaurice @Rogers The scale of this was much more severe-- this was a NATIONAL outage that not only effected internet but mobile data for almost half of all canadians, crippled our Interac system, ATM network, various infrastructure services and worst of all, emergency services.

  • St0rmTr00per11 St0rmTr00per (@St0rmTr00per11) reported

@RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 2 days ?!?! That’s BS. The entire county went down and all you offer is 2 days!?!? @CRTCeng

  • NPsCount2 NPsCount2 (@NPsCount2) reported

@JoeCarriere5 @CheriDiNovo @Rogers Landlines won't solve this kind of problem.

  • vincescarfone Vince Scarfone (@vincescarfone) reported

@RogersHelps I’m still have phone issues. People calling me are either going right to voicemail or they are ringing out.

  • legion198198 The Reaper (@legion198198) reported

@RogersHelps not only is your infrastructure so garbage, your reps are completely clueless to resolving issues, and after being on hold on 3 occassions for 1 hour+, once the rep answers the phone the line disconnects.

  • spoll1033 Spoll1033 (@spoll1033) reported

@alexposadzki And guess who will be paying for the systems upgrade to accomplish this? US…THAT’S WHO Meanwhile monopoly continues & customer’s continue to get rate ***** by @Rogers / @Bellc

  • deny_03 Den (@deny_03) reported

@RogersHelps This is ridiculous. I can't work with Intermittent internet. This is obviously not just an update issue. They were obviously compromised and don't want to tell the public. The law needs to step in. We have a right to know.
