    So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

    @205mph @RogersHelps @_phos3 I was told you have to call Rogers in order to receive the compensation so if that's the case good luck calling in. I just got my service back and running and I been calling non stop and waiting. Lines are stupid busy🤬😭

    @RogersHelps My aged parents have for the last few months, not been able to get their cable fixed. They rely on the tv. You keep sending technicians who can’t fix the issues of stations coming and going. Please respond to my text and tell me who I can accelerate this problem to.
