Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

  • PhotoMediaGuy Jason Miles (@PhotoMediaGuy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@RogersHelps The issue isn’t the internet at all. The cameras keep going offline.

  • NancyClaridge Nancy Claridge (@NancyClaridge) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

@Rogers It's what I've come to expect when dealing with Rogers, so I figured I'd share my experience. I had to argue with tech support way too frequently. They kept threatening to charge me for the techs coming out because they claimed that my internet was completely fine.

  • mcloreto Chris Loreto (@mcloreto) reported

.Hey, @Rogers. My Wi-Fi guarantee came through - it's down again! You suck. Thank God for a government protected duopoly. #rogers #crtc

  • frenzyfly Tarik Alam (@frenzyfly) reported

@Rogers Did not bother to inform home internet users that there would be home internet outage since 3 pm EST yesterday in Scarborough. Trying to reach out to helpline to know update and wait time is more than an hour with no call back option. This is not a good example @Rogers

  • MegKashty Meagan Kashty (@MegKashty) reported

@Rogers My mom (a senior) went to a Rogers store to purchase a new phone with my brother’s help—both from the same household. Associates said only one of them could be in the store at a time. My mom isn’t comfortable making a purchase without his assistance. Any advice?

  • GrumpyChef GRUMPY CHEF (@GrumpyChef) reported

    @uymai @Rogers @Bell Never.

  • WeAreTheFoxes_ Courtney Danielle 🦔 (@WeAreTheFoxes_) reported

Disappointed the guy at the store told me to contact @RogersHelps to get the activation fees waved for three new upgrades. Called and they won’t do it Even more disappointed that my app was showing $43 less than what there systems were showing for each line and they won’t fix it

  • KerriAnnabell Kerri Redwood (@KerriAnnabell) reported

@RogersHelps - My parents are experiencing an outage in Guildwood Village in Toronto. Can you DM me to trouble shoot please?

  • mittenfight Erynn Paton (she/her) (@mittenfight) reported

@RogersHelps is something up with your coverage in Ottawa’s Riverside South neighbourhood? There is apparently a tower nearby but the wireless signal here is virtually non-existent. We have to drive to other neighbourhoods to reliably make phone calls.

  • GrumpyChef GRUMPY CHEF (@GrumpyChef) reported

@uymai @Rogers Never have that problem with @Bell
