So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

  • CobyBudgell Cobyisme (@CobyBudgell) reported from Erin, Ontario

@RogersHelps please give me a timeline for service restoration. Postal code N0B 1T0. I am assuming it will be up and running for the next Leafs game. That is Saturday BTW.

  • stormchick86 ❦ϯαϩhα❦ (@stormchick86) reported from Halton Hills, Ontario

@205mph @RogersHelps @_phos3 I was told you have to call Rogers in order to receive the compensation so if that's the case good luck calling in. I just got my service back and running and I been calling non stop and waiting. Lines are stupid busy🤬😭

  • SandyRStuckless Sandy 'Captain Typo' Stuckless (@SandyRStuckless) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

  • PhotoMediaGuy 𝙹𝚊𝚜𝚘𝚗 𝙼𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚜 (@PhotoMediaGuy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@RogersHelps I have replied to your reply. I’m down again.

  • kriztoper1978 Kriztoper 🇨🇦 (@kriztoper1978) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@RogersHelps @rogers sending slimy, rude, & aggressive sales people to my home is a shit way to keep costumers. Can’t wait until my cell phone contract is up.

@Rogers you really are an ******* company. My TV died & I'm waiting for the repairs to done;meantime I've been watching tv on my laptop. But today you killed yr (included) Anytime TV app, so we'll all purchase your Ignite app. Not gonna happen; you can shove your add on app.

@jimbo19000 @Rogers When the light is flashing it means "no service, no service, no service..." So, you are in your neighborhood watching 300 channels of TV, 1TB of internet and it all stops - a light flashes (as shown) from the POD - you missed the net - no one is accountable....like AM34

  • jaysturge Jason Sturgeon (@jaysturge) reported

@RogersHelps Hi folks, are you planning on release a fix for your app. Im on fire tv cubes and both have buffering issues.

@Rogers Everyday at 8-10 pm my internet turns horrible, worst service ever. fix your goddam wifi and stop scamming your customers.

  • creativegal2 Creativegal2 (@creativegal2) reported

@RogersHelps Hi. I googled the issue too and you are right. Apple upgraded OS with no Flash support in late Sept so Apple users can’t use ignite or other Flash requirements now. Doesn’t seem to be anything Rogers can do except track issues from customers.
