    B BEWARE IF @Rogers calls to talk about your internet. DONT ANSWER THEIR CALLS. I've been on the phone for an hour on a Saturday morning to cancel a service I DID NOT ORDER. Now apparently my original service price is no longer available. ITS A SCAM to raise prices.

    @Rogers worst service ever had i was trying call their customer support and had wait 1hour no one picks call and i just want to transfer my home internet to new address . Even @BSNLCorporate india have better customer support than you guys .

    I'm glad that Rogers Communications got rid of the hiccup from yesterday blackout,but not happy that OLG still had numbers drawing even though their system was down all day ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ™ƒthat some of us couldn't get to play there numbers for any game @Rogers @OLG_CA

    People in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. Iโ€™m likely to switch back shortly.

    @RogersHelps This took 45 minutes and an escalation to get a simple question answered correctly and to a long term customer who pay on average 600$ per month.

    When I was out tonight my cell must've been jostledโ€”got home & internet access was disconnected. Called @Rogers for tech service. Spent 51 mins on hold, gave up, called back, waited another 44 mins. WASTE OF MY TIME. Inexcusable lack of tech service due to Rogers' mass layoffs.

    @allkindsXO @RogersHelps Same. I have been bumped around in the queue too. At say 24 then it jumps to 27 and starts counting down again. I'm almost hitting the 2 hour mark with nothing. This is ridiculous.
