@RogersHelps 7 hours over two days with a dozen people from your support team only to be told that the plan I had for a year was actually not supposed to be available. Ended up canceling two lines. Very disappointed.

@RogersHelps This is the most unprofessional unreliable company ever. How can you say we are doing our best to restore service and not provide an approximate time this will be resolved. I swear I'm leaving Rogers if they don't compensate me. I'm losing money today because if this.

@ctvottawa I need your help! Rogers @RogersHelps had promised me a new bill of $59.88 for 12 months for cable/internet. They have since charged me $105.08, and even though they acknowledge what I've been promised and agreed to they refuse to honour the price. Help!
