  @RogersHelps @Victorie0000 @RogersHelps the problem here outside of being universally common is that calling puts you in a ridiculous and endless queue with the worst music. When u do get through you get passed around and you get different answers 1/2

  @RogersHelps Oh its been attempted over 12 times. No ones solving the issue each call has totalled 25+ hours of hold time as well. Customer service is next level. Ill be requesting phone records soon to make public. You refer to call but its your problem, why not call me?

  Arguably one of the worst hiring processes in the last decade league wide. #leafs are one Chayka hire away from completely loosing a portion of the fan base already on the edge. @Rogers primed to really screw this one up. All about the bottom line, nothing about team success.

  @RogersHelps So those who have cottages or live near algonquin park are now outside your network? Never used to be an issue. So you no longer cover cottage country? I know others also say they have same issue. Bell has network fyi.

  @ryangerritsen I am dealing with that right now. I just spoke with @Rogers an hour ago. They put my son‘s leased phone on my account instead of his. Now I cannot leave and cancel my plan even though i own my phone! I bought it from Apple! Plus they added another year on his plan!!!! Fraud!!!
