    @Rogers outage in Richmond hill, ON for 2 days. Your outage tracker just updates the fix eta by one hour each hour. Useless without a proper eta

    @RogersHelps Automatic puts me on t-mobile which is awful and connecting to the good one β€œAT&T” takes so long. It’s annoying when it used to be a smooth transition after landing in the US

    @RogersHelps This was as part of the call with the customer care. When they reviewed my account they mentioned that it was wrongly done. Hence I reached out to the store multiple times. This was mentioned against the notes too. I can provide my account no and other details if you need.

    Baffling to me that in the year 2026, @Rogers has such ****** support services. Almost 2hrs on hold, 1hr on hold yesterday, and two days with no resolution. No email to contact either, only phone or online chat which is also backed up. Embarrassing. #Rogers #Shaw #RogersShaw
