@RogersHelps going on 24 hours now with no Rogers/Shaw internet service and ZERO updates from your side as to when service might be restored. Second time in less than a month - this is not customer service 😠 Looking for other carrier options!

Wow. @Rogers is really trying to out-@Rogers themselves today. Up for 5 minutes then down 20-60 minutes. And no issues during the actual storm yesterday. But merging with Shaw was going to makes things better…

Does anyone actually work at @Rogers anymore or is it all crappy AI? Ive been waiting over 2 months for a check and no one there can tell me if its been sent or when it would be sent. Customer service clearly no longer exists there

@RogersHelps Why does my cable go out when there’s issues with wifi? I pay for cable it should be separate. And why does wifi have issues every single day?? @RogersHelps

Hey @RogersHelps I’ve been trying to discuss my account with someone for the last 3 days. Every time I call, I am told that you are experiencing extremely high call volumes and then I’m hung up on. Your staffing problems are not my problem. Stop relying on AI and hire staff.

@MactelecomN @Rogers That's actually considered a tripping hazard, tech should of booked it in as special request order to direct bury, if direct bury can not be done then they are usually required to direct bore a duct under the paved areas or concrete if they don't want to cut it. The Op manager for that area likely doesn't care or want to budget for it, the local contractors won't touch it or put it in the ground until the orders are given and $ given out by corp. Realistically they should of denied service to this home until one of those things could be done, unless it was to replace an existing working service line that is. I worked for Eastlink in the Martimes for almost 15 years, we had some strict standards on this sorta thing.
