    Sales calls on my home phone from @Rogers daily, sometimes several times a day, even though (1) I'm already a customer, and (2) I've asked repeatedly for the calls to stop. Great way to do business.

    @RogersHelps @MerileeToo When you call there is no option for email support and the AI cant figure ot out, then just keeps repeating. Then I just selected internet and then get told there are higher then normal call volumes and to call back and then it hangs up

    Hey @Rogers do you train your staff to gate keep your managers? I called retention, spoke to an idiot who sounded half asleep, wasnt listening. I asked 5 times to speak to a manager, he gives me excuses. He tells me i'm waisting HIS time and when I asked his name, SILENCE

    Unable to provide service in a new location and still asking to pay a severance fee is wild!!! 1 whole week updating my new address 5 times! Seems like we're talking to individuals in different companies! @Rogers

    @RogersHelps Hey - we’ve been trying to get ahold of someone on the customer service phone line for a few hours now. Someone drove through a downed Internet wire severing service to my sister in-law’s house. Can’t get anyone to address it.

    @RogersHelps I am currently blocked out of my email account & can’t even reset the email password. Your AI says I have a security block and to call support… on hold for 4 hrs then disconnected. Do you have another security issue phone number?

    @RogersHelps why does the MyRogers app keep signing me out when I close the app. Used to stay signed in all the time. Now it seems like I have to sign in almost every day. Is there a way to set it up so that you stay signed in even when you close the app?
