  @Darth_Pingu @Rogers Labour (customer service staff included) is not cheap in Canada. They also require benefits, pensions, and so on and so on. A lot of costs to have employees in Canada. A business needs to make money beyond what their costs are.

  @CanadasLeafs @Rogers i tried to cancel my rogers 3 years ago. they played tag with me for days on the phone. I'd wait 60-120 minuntes... spoeak to someone for 2 minutes and they would always say "this isn't my dept. let me transfer you". this went on for 4 days, over 24 hours total of wait time

  @CanadasLeafs @Rogers 5 calls to them in a 1 week span (last week) average 2-3 hrs on each call just to get them to send a tech to my house bc our internet keeps dropping. Tech shows up 2 hrs b4 our time slot, gives the wife attitude saying “I don’t have time for this” Dog-**** company top to bottom
