@Rogers no internet all day, 3 calls, 3 different associates, NO HELP! Went to store for replacement modem got one that also didn’t work. Inconveniences, waste of time, waste of money!

Update - 7:28 no word back from Rogers help. Good thing my 3G cell phone plan with @PublicMobile is cheap and allows me to watch my @rogers tv app on my phone! Go @MapleLeafs

@CRTCeng @Rogers @RogersMediaPR I would like to know how in 2022, Rogers is blatantly refusing to unlock older devices for non customers. In fact, if you call them, their managers refuse to speak to you and agents refuse to help you.
