    @cbcmarketplace you should investigate @Rogers. They’re falsely advertising 1.5 Gbps and when customers upgrade, they have no internet because of “provisioning” issues with no estimate for fix.

    Canadian telecoms is great because: @RogersHelps forces me to change digital cable for their ignite cable. Then they end up charging me for both services. Then I have to call and be on hold for 19 minutes and counting for the privilege of only being charged for 1 service.

    @Bell worst customer service. My business internet down getting the runaround to get a Tec to the restaurant, have been told they will come on Monday but they can’t even find the work order. And refuse to send some immediately. Will be calling @RogersBiz first thing

    @RogersHelps Will you be crediting those customers for every day they deal with these 'intermittent challenges'? I got service back but my Ignite has had non-stop issues for days with skipping, pausing and even going blackscreen altogether. Have rebooted the modem/router many times, no change
