They sent their protection to a 3rd party who say it’s either $300 to replace or $100 to fix, taking one week. What a scam. I’m going to upgrade to the 11. Not Rogers.

Fahad Khan (@FahadSalim) reported@rogers the tech came yesterday and even changed the modem. But I am still having intermittent signals issues. The modem has lost signals 3 times in the last 30 mins. It's been happening for months. Not a good thing especially during exams times.
