Switched from @Rogers to @Bell based on a promise of faster internet speed. Disappointed outcome after just 24 hours. Bell might be faster since it uses finer optics, but their current hardware bottlenecks the wifi capabilities. I’m multiple tests with support tier 1,2 and 3

@RogersHelps @gmarie55 I sure did a few years ago and I had to call and have my bill fixed every single month for a whole 3 years contract! Horrible service and kept making it worse. I am with a different co. now and I explained the issue. They fixed the issue from day one. Never had to do it again.
