@Rogers it has been 3 hours since my internet went down completely and I spoke to your associate. As someone who works 9h a day from home this is completely unacceptable. At least give people why rely on you to make a living some damn updates on how long this is going to take.

If you ever consider @Rogers ignite, do your research. Cause when it’s down you have nothing - no tv, no internet, no phone. And after more than a week & multiple service techs showing up - still not working. Worst service EVER.

@RogersHelps first you do network maintenance on my friends ignite network so he had to come over to my house to get school work done and today it’s me no tv or home phone or internet. It’s spotty in Scarborough/Pickering border. People are trying to work like my mom rn.

I guess @Rogers will just opening up new accounts in your name at the same address for the same services. They will also tell you they can't cancel without an investigation as to why you have multiple accounts for the same service. The money grab has started.

@Sportsnet Sinve you upgraded the app and made it look better, the streaming has been bad. It lags and has the spinning circle every now and then. Nothing drives a sports fan more crazy in an intense moment of the game. For $40 bucks a month. Tsn is better. @Sportsnet @Rogers
