    @Bell_Support your billing support rep just hung up on me while discussing some issues. I'd like to cancel my service today and will be moving to @Rogers , your service is absolutely ludicrous and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

    @RogersHelps Okay it’s back up an running and I didn’t have to restart my phone it was just my cellular connection to the nearest cell tower it seems. Thanks for all the help.

    We all have issues with companies and their lack of CS. However, the @RogersHelps Social Media team Krista,has been phenomenal with my acct. listened 2 my issues &corrected errors &moreover she followed up with me, twice and again after my bill is issued to me.#kristahelps

    @RogersHelps I guess I’m going to have to just guess how much data I’ve used until y’all employer’s servers are back up and running. I’m honestly so confused because my school @CentennialEDU and @Google don’t have this much service interruptions while doing server maintenance.

    @sweetkeet @Rogers I stopped counting when I got to 31 of my channels "unavailable" since Friday afternoon. And 2 specialty channels I pay an extra $5.99 a month for have been hit and miss since Saturday. Rogers online chat wasn't able to diagnose the problem. Sending a tech on Wednesday.
