I was with Teksavvy for a long time and very happy with them, until there were area issues (with the Rogers infrastructure). Rogers saw that I was a Teksavvy customer so put the tech call for my house at the bottom of the list, and postponed it many times.

You're service line says 'enter your phone number to be notified when service is restored in your area' but no one calls or texts. I speak with "Anna" the service-bot online, and choose the option to be notified, still no one called or text. So I'm real hopeful here 😑

All of my other streaming apps are still casting fine. I have cleared the cache and restarted. #HELP

Damien (@Prytoo) reported@melaniesimoesre @Rogers I feel that pain. We've had techs out, and they always point to there being too much noise in the neighbourhood. They file the complaints with Rogers, but until they fix the main trunk in the neighbourhood, we get daily drops. Sometimes 8-10 times!

I PVR stuff everyday and it's unreal how often the guide is not correct. Do better. The ROI I get on the money I spend w/ you guys is pathetic!
