Although it’s only telco wire and thus no live current run through, the boxes that are left open, and occasionally taped back shut by the crews like that’s a solution, are there for kids to play with, wires for ppl & animals to trip on etc. @RogersHelps perhaps @311Toronto cares?

@Rogers my husband was charged with 2 Spanish channels,he called to cancel &explained we never made a request 4 this,he was told that he wont get a credit back bc a “Maritza Blasquez” was leaving w/him & they assumed that bc of my Spanish last name I’ll be watching those channels

@Rogers pfffts... I'm with @Rogers and I got the @SamsungMobile Galaxy S21 Ultra last year in February. I think I was one of the first one's to get one in the area. Long story short, it was good till June and since then I've been locked out of it!! 😕yet still paying for it!! 😕help??

@RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

Ya still having a few issues with providing us tv and internet that works? Took me twice as long to watch a race. Kept freezing and the Wi-Fi would go down. This is getting painful!!! Is this what they mean about getting rid of conglomerations?It’s needed.🤬 @Rogers @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. 😕 something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.
