@RogersHelps my friend pays $65 for Ignite500. When I called same day - I was offered $109. I have been a customer for >25 yrs and have multiple services. My friend 2 yrs & only internet. On the phone for 3 hrs with Rogers today and you hung up on me & didn’t call back. Pls call

Unbelievable that @rogers would rather cancel my new plan than wave the activation fee. Told me to go in and cancel it wow lol. What is the activation fee for anyway? If I bought out the phone and switched the SIM card there would be no activation fee. Absolutely crazy.

Still no service after 24 hours from @Bell_Support. They say wait another 48 hours. In TWO DECADES, @RogersHelps was NEVER this bad. No resolution. No support. No alternative solutions.

@RogersHelps they actually don’t help! They told me myTv issues were at the green box on the street. While still paid them for no service, I called and spent hrs on hold.Troubled shooter my issue and told them, there is no Main Street issue, it’s the refurbished

@RogersHelps Its in regards to my wireless bill. An agent had agreed to not have me charged for overage fee due to a glitch in usage text alerts and my bill shows I was charged. No agent has been able to resolve the issue and I've called twice with no help.
