    @AldrenDaKeer @Rogers @RogersHelps Only thing I can say is ask them to cut your bill in half. Point at your data stream and say I pay for and use both up and down stream - they can look at your bandwidth usage history. Packet loss is a problem. It’s impacting your business so it should impact theirs too.

    @AldrenDaKeer @Rogers @RogersHelps This is literally the same problem I had. No one pays attention to upload (including tech support) because people primarily only use download. I finally gave up and went team blue because it took team red 8 months to find a competent tech support person to figure it out.

    In case you were wondering,@Rogers, who sells you your cell phones and cell service, cannot have a manager call you. I was literally told that the online team don’t have phones and that my only recourse is to deal with them online or call and be put on hold again. #Rogers

    @Rogers 1hr 45 min and waiting to speak to a retention agent! A stall tactic to get a month of your full inflated price?? 25 plus year customer and I get treated much less favorably than someone just signing up that get offered all the "deals"....can an agent anwser the phone!
