    @BauxiteBeard @mokirokio @RogersHelps You should probably read your contract with Rogers. There is a paragraph in there about their liability for outages being limited to pro-rated refunds, if it's even that generous. Yes it sucks but that is the contract you signed

    @RogersHelps Our Rogers line got knocked down by a tree yesterday, that runs to our house. I cannot get thru via phone nor with Anna. I just want someone to add us to their list to get it fixed. It’s also a hazard lying low across the road. Pls advise.

    @Rogers we still have problems with WiFi in my area For the absurd amount of money we pay for service these disruptions should never happens. Do you think one day credit will suffice for all the problems this is causing? Get your act together and fix this #rogersoutage still on!!

    Have been on hold with @Rogers for over an hour. This is for a business account. Not even an option for a call back, like Telus offers. As with everything else, prices increase, mistakes are rampant, and service gets worse and worse. Really not impressed.

    @RogersHelps Yes - the number says it’s not assigned. That has nothing to do with the phone. I worked in Telecom for a decade - this isn’t a phone issue. Why isn’t it assigned when I’m paying for the number since 2015?

Instead they're asking you to spend more hours waiting on hold. Google "AI chatbot" and learn what they do. @Rogers #Rogers
