We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. This isn't something the twitter team can fix, so we have to try the phone again. Ironic the only call we got yesterday pm was from Bell Canada Marketing!!
