We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. People are WFH and kids can not connect to online school. What’s the situation and ETA to resolve. Unacceptable given people are dependent on you as an ISP.
