I’ve definitely had my fair share of issues with @Rogers services over the years. However, due to a recent unsolicited promotional offer my internet is faster, my bill is cheaper (could do better), and I am enjoying free Disney Plus for 12 months. Not bad, guys.

@Rogers No you don't. If you truly valued your customers, they wouldn't be paying these high rates for such mediocre service. You're losing my "gigabit" internet sergicr (which I have never seen get remotely near that speed), and three phone lines on Fido.

Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers your level 1 support is utterly useless, I know they have scripts to follow, but going around in circles and having to repeat what I say is getting tiring. Random intermittent connection drops are getting tiring. Disable OFDMA its breaking your network!

Last night I tried watching the maple leafs game here in Ottawa. I pay for NHL centre ice with Rogers. Normally Leafs games are on channel 451 but even that was blacked out. Why? @rogers @MapleLeafs I pay a lot for that service, this is first time it’s been fully blacked out
