    @RogersHelps Eligible but after saving details to return to later (1) I cannot locate those details and (2) consistently given a Welcome Back Existing Customer pick-a-phone page when selecting the verification code email link. I'm not a wireless customer yet, just internet/TV/home phone.

    @fordnation Ok. Itโ€™s been 9 hours now without internet, cable and very slow LTE. We are paying a small fortune to have these services. Maybe start with @rogers first

    Ok @RogersHelps Itโ€™s been 9 hours now without internet, cable and very slow LTE. We are paying a small fortune to have these services. The least you can do is provide them.

    Finally did. After going at @RogersHelps the past couple years for terrible RocketHub service and costs, we finally pulled the plug on our home internet. Just couldnโ€™t justify $200+/month for slow, spotty service.

    @TheMacDonell4 @RogersHelps Same here out in Whitby! My oldest was in the middle of his online midterm and we had to shut everything else off songs could finish with some connectivity! Worst decision we ever did was change to Ignite with Rogers!!!!

    Just got an email from the CEO of @Rogers saying their whole system was down on Friday due to a technical glitch & he's going to credit me for Friday. That works out to about $13.50. I wasn't able to email or call any customers for 26 hrs. Maybe a class action is needed instead.

    @JacquiDelaney @Rogers Rogers will credit me for one day's lost service but how about the thousands in lost business even though they admitted it was their fault? I never thought I would switch to Bell but I'm likely going to make the switch as time consuming that will be.

    Oof I remember that day they had in July 2022 - I bet that got Ottawa and Toronto onto calls (@Rogers network went out for almost an entire day). Single points of failure are dangerous.

    Between @TekSavvyCSR and @Rogers who do I blame for my internet being down for over a week now. They point the finger at each other while the paying customer suffers. Yet, if I turn off my CC so they can't take more money for said service, I'd be in the wrong.

    @RogersHelps I would like a call back from somebody to resolve this..Iโ€™m not going to use an app..if Rogers canโ€™t take the time to call me then I will cancel ALL my services and go with a provider who actually cares about customer service.

    @Rogers Iโ€™m subscribed to Sportsnet through my Cable TV package. It doesnโ€™t matter though. Rogers routinely doesnโ€™t get it right. Iโ€™m ALWAYS getting pushback (instead of assistance) from Sportsnet+ support when your service constantly errs & I report it.

    @Rogers So let me get this right....you offer other customers $60 1G internet but my price on renewal goes up $15 to $115 a month for just internet.....god damn greedy assed criminal company.
