@Rogers it has been 3 hours since my internet went down completely and I spoke to your associate. As someone who works 9h a day from home this is completely unacceptable. At least give people why rely on you to make a living some damn updates on how long this is going to take.

If you ever consider @Rogers ignite, do your research. Cause when it’s down you have nothing - no tv, no internet, no phone. And after more than a week & multiple service techs showing up - still not working. Worst service EVER.

Unbelievable that @rogers would rather cancel my new plan than wave the activation fee. Told me to go in and cancel it wow lol. What is the activation fee for anyway? If I bought out the phone and switched the SIM card there would be no activation fee. Absolutely crazy.

Feel like in a developing country you’d get better service than if you lived in Toronto and had @rogers Ignite. #day8 lots of visits but nobody capable of fixing! Let’s open lots of tickets though $$$!!

Anyone in Canada who still has @RogersHelps service leave!. Undeniable the worst customer service, technicians, escalation and products on this planet. Left my disabled mother in Ottawa without connected 3rd party smarthome services because of ignite and I’m 2800 miles away now.

Wow shocker! @RogersHelps doesn’t help! ******* idiots couldn’t even put in a free promo correctly and mistyped my email but refused to take accountability afterwards, extend the promo for missing time or pay me back for personally paying a portion of the promo. Disgusting.

@Rogers We were told our issue was resolved but keep getting reminder text messages that we owe money so my husband called back tonight and the agent said she couldn’t find any information and opened a new case we asked to be transferred to a manager and have been on hold another 1/2 hr
