Bounced between customer service and tech support until internet reconnects. The full bill arrives on time, with no interruptions.

Shouldn't a Roger's truck follow /fix?

This is unacceptable . Rogers has been unfair in most of his billings and they charge customers left and right - with 0 visibility on how to raise a dispute.And on top of it, their specialists behave in this unruly manner, when customer complain about this unfair billings. Is Rogers out to loot their customer money ?

Rogers needs to deal with this to stop these fake offshore call centres from calling us.
