    Just wanted to thank @Bell_Support for taking my $150 a month for internet and it runs just like it did in 1997.... like shit!!! Oh best part is the $50 in data overages for wifi always being down!!! Help me @rogers #IHateBell

    @RogersHelps what terrible customer service. I called to do a hardware upgrade and the first guy steers to me to a decent phone for $0 for my 4 plans. 3rd person take $0 and makes it $550 plus activation.

    Internet & TV were out of commission Wednesday & they’re not working again today. Glad they fixed the problem long enough to watch @Raptors last night before this area got disconnected again this morning. #disconnected @Bell @Rogers

    @Paris__G @RogersHelps I missed first half cuz my crap ignite has been nothing but problems. Once this playoffs is done @Rogers has lost me... To top it off tech came into my home and stole a game from my kids

    Called customer SVC just now and after 3 handoff I finally get the specialized Ignite tech support. Dude says to reboot modem and hangs up on me. Nice. Rethinking this decision. @Rogers

    So I called @Rogers months ago to downgrade my TV Plan. They are now cutting channels, such as HGTV without notice and indirectly forcing me to get back to the previous plan. I am cancelling this SHIT as soon as I have another internet provider installed.

    @dean_burner @EllersDad @NHL @Rogers Didnt they say that we wouldn't have this issue for Canadian teams when deal first started. That was a huge lie. 3 times last season Habs games blacked out on a Saturday. This deal sucks cause see more American teams than Canadian teams on TV

    @RogersHelps Thank you for the quick reply, but that doesn't work. When I select "video input" the menu displays, but the arrows or seiect/ok button don't do anything.

    Dear @RogersHelps, just received an email from my Dr’s office how they tried this morning to call me repeatedly for a vaccine appointment, but couldn’t get through and now no more spots. @Rogers, your outage is putting my health at risk. Unacceptable. Do better. #rogersdown
